The seafront infinity pool turns heads at this hotel, and the centre of Puerto Rico is a short stroll away.
Just a stone's throw from the beach and moments from Puerto Rico’s stylish marina, this hotel is in a first-class spot. It had a smart new look for summer 2015 – the buffet restaurant, pool area and rooms have been modernised and refreshed.
All the suites come with a view of the sea or marina, plus a roomy balcony or terrace from which to enjoy it. You’ll get a mini kitchen, complete with all the essentials – including a microwave and coffeemaker. Factor in a separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa-bed and there’s plenty of space to spread out.
The main buffet restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and doubles up as a pool bar for drinks and snacks until 6pm. Breakfast is included if you are staying on a half-board or bed and breakfast basis. Dietary requirements can be catered for with advanced warning given to the chefs. Early breakfasts and late dinners can be arranged if you're venturing out for the day.
These family suites are decorated with bright touches. There are 2 twin bedrooms plus 1 sofa bed in the lounge. You’ll have a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the marina. Plus air-conditioning is available from May to October.
Wonderful hotel, staff friendly and very efficient, the suite we had was great lovely views of the marina and sunsets to die for. Food was plentiful and varied catering for all tastes, served in a lovely, the whole hotel is spacious and airy with lots of amenities, the pool is amazingMore
We were a group of 12 people who stayed at this hotel for a long weekend.I really loved the spacious rooms which also had a small kitchen. The room had a wonderful view over the marina. Staff was very helpfu. The breakfast in the morning was a real treat, everything one could ask for. The only downside was that the walls were very thin so one could her when people were talking, waking up in the neigbour room.
The hotel was also located some distance from the beach, but it was only good to have a nice walk in the morning.More

Nice Hotel, good location, excellent pool
Hotel has everything you should ever need from a hotel. The outstanding thing is the infinity pool, if you view at the right angle you can almost imagine that it is part of the ocean.
We are at the hotel 2 times on our stay (1 breakfast, 1 lunch), the food is passable but very basic.
The hotel offers free WiFi which was a big plus.
The room itself had many amenities fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. which is nice but we only used the fridge and kettle.
The balcony was a reasonable size with a view overlooking the marina and Puerto Rico beyond.
The hotel is within 10 minutes of the beach.
Evening entertainment was supplied for the kids (kids disco, animal show) which kept our 6 and 2 year old entertained when we attended.
We had very little need to interact with the hotel staff but when we did they were helpful and nice.
Overall a very nice place to stay.More
Good value, half board -not sure about the renovations
By chance we had the same 2 bed apartment we had last Easter. The decor has been changed to include rough cut boards fitted as shelving in the sitting room and rather large empty wire reels for tables to reflect the nautical theme. The large fitted wardrobes of last year are now a rail and a smallish rustic wardrobe with shelves only. And only one bedside table or wire reel.
The choice of kids tv was no longer any good for British children.
We no longer had a table that we could all sit round for lunch. For some reason the table was out on the balcony but was too heavy to move.
Only two tub chairs for 5 people on the balcony.
All in all not an improvement.
That said the cleaning staff were very helpful, immediately remedying the mistake of a cot instead of a bed for a 5 year old.
Kids club was fine but the kids disco was very short and not geared to the nationalities of the kids that were present, mainly British and Irish. Also the time had been changed from 8 pm to 8.30 pm and could be a little chaotic. Pity as the time and duration were great last year.
The new arrangement of grill cooking on demand greatly improved the food. In fact the food was much better than last year and there was plenty of choice for all ages.
All in all, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and we would certainly consider returning. The size of the hotel and nearness to the beach makes it a good choice for families.More
