From the food to the attentive staff, there are plenty of reasons why guests keep coming back to the Seaside Sandy Beach Hotel year after year.
The popular Seaside Sandy Beach Hotel has a prime postcode, five minutes’ walk from both the beach and the centre of Playa del Ingles.

I just love this hotel!
Having been to this hotel several times before, obviously, I don't just like it, I LOVE it!! Ursula works incredibly hard, with long hours , to ensure everything runs perfectly. *The bar service has DEFINITELY IMPROVED from years ago. I almost didn't return from my first visit, because I was so disappointed in the poor way I was treated by the waiters . But I'm SO GLAD I DID RETURN !!! Nowadays, there is no problem getting served, bar staff are just so friendly and helpful , and mostly remember the order you arrived in, so you get served rightfully in your turn. I found the dining waiters were friendly too. *Hotel is amazingly clean, with efficient cleaners. Pool and surrounding areas are kept immaculate. *Rooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms have walk in showers ( useful if you are disabled in any way) *I've never been to a hotel where you get a choice of mattress ( soft , medium or firm). I needed to request a change after 2 nights , ( as I hadn't been sleeping well at all) and the mattress was changed immediately. Extra pillows were supplied within the hour, after a phone call to reception. Such good service , (which helped me so much as I have serious spine/ joint problems. ) *Good sunbed organisation. Pool is roped off until 8.45 am at which time you can get your towels onto the sunbeds to reserve them. It is a bit of a mad dash then , but at least you don't come down and find all sunbeds reserved from 5 am like at some hotels!!! In addition to the sunbeds, the hotel supplies really good quality cushion mattresses to put on top of the sunbed ( lovely and clean) which helps if you have joint problems ( as I do!) Pool is warmed to a good temperature, and there is a walk in part if you can't use the metal handrail/step type of pool entry. *Food is well cooked, excellent choices and lots of variety.Always hot and freshly topped up. The cakes and desserts are amazing!!! There is a choice of restaurant area-inside, which has been pleasantly refurbished with nice surroundings, or outside, sitting under umbrellas beside the beautifully kept gardens , with the trees all twinkling prettily with light all wrapped around their trunks.....And candles flickering , on each table...... As a non smoker, you can request a non smoking area, for your dining, which gives you the opportunity to avoid sitting too closely to a smoker , as smoking is allowed in Spanish restaurants *What else can I say? A lovely peaceful hotel , and a welcome change from the usual rowdiness of Spanish hotels . *The comfort, service and care that was given to me was the best that could be. Thank you so much, Sandy Beach , and Ursula ,for everything !!! From the guests of Room 321 ðâ¤ï¸ðMore
From check in to check out the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive - all you could ask for really. A special mention to Anajana (hopefully got spelling right!) who remained calm and professional on a busy check-in, and helped later in the week with our late checkout request â a real asset to the hotel! Food was of a very high standard and varied, though as a German company did lean towards their menu, but there was plenty of choice at each meal time. The local wine and beer as part of the all-inclusive was very drinkable. We asked for quite rooms off the reception area before travelling and were allocated these â despite the hotel seeming fairly busy, there was little to no noise. Sunbeds were readily available even after 10:00, so no great post-breakfast rush unless you wanted a poolside location. The evening entertainment is not really our âthingâ but was ok, but we did enjoy relaxing at the bars after a nice meal listening to what was going on and All in all a great week â will be looking to go back later in the year!More
Fabulous hotel, super location
We were there last week and we were very impressed from the moment we walked into the reception. The staff were amazingly helpful and very happy to welcome us. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, we had a pool, garden view and a very cool balcony which allowed us to relax in the late afternoon. The food was excellent and the choice of cuisine was overwhelming, and cooked to perfection. The entertainment in the hotel accommodated all nationalities which was great fun and made a good opportunity to meet other guests.Spa on the 10th floor free and a great way to relax before dinner. Beach a few minutes from the hotel and Playa de Ingles is spotlessly clean resort. Plenty of activities and I recommend the walk from Playa del ingles to Maspolmas along the sea, also a walk across the Dunes. Unforgettable vacation and without a shade of doubt we will return, hopefully again later in the year. But definitely to Seaside Sandy Beach. Check it out!More
