Brilliant time had by all . Went here with my husband , daughter , my Dad and two friends . The hotel is woth staying at for the free spa alone . It's amazing , Dead Sea pool as well as a number of other pools with different health benefits in each and it comes with the price , usually we have to pay for these facilities if we want use them when we get to a hotel as extras but this is free. Also , the wii fi is free and the Internet cafe is free as well. You can use the computers when ever you like for as long as you want and they have quite a lot of Apple computers . The towels are free for the pool . The hotel is clean and tidy and rooms cleaned daily . Option to go all inclusive or half board . We had a fab time and I highly recommend it . If I have to find a draw back it's the fact that there's no air con in the rooms just ceiling fans but you can hire a fan if you need one at reception .More
Just returned from a week there. The staff were very friendly and the reception staff particularly helpful. The all inclusive deal was good - different food each night and a wide choice. The pool area was excellent. The rooms were serviced daily but could have been kept cleaner. The rest of the hotel was very clean. and the health spa well worth a visit. There were not any tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. One of our party is always uo before six and only drinks tea. She resorted to buying a kettle so she could have her morning cuppa. Also whilst the rooms were spacious they were designed in such away that it was not possible in bed. Over all i would certainly recommend this placeMore

Fantastic week of relaxation
Myself and my partner stayed here for a week at the end of Jan/beginning of Feb and we had a fantastic time, we were both very dubious after reading several reviews how badly English are treat by staff etc. well this couldn't be further from the truth, everyone at the hotel was more than happy to help and serve you, some even going extra mile to smile and greet you when they passed you in the hotel. if they hadn't done this I couldn't have blamed them as they work their backsides off and always seem to be on the go. Back to the hotel, its a fantastic clean modern hotel, the rooms are amazing and more like a suite than a standard hotel room, theirs no air con which may be a concern in summer but at this time of year was a comfortable temperature day and night. Now the food isn't going to please typical English 'sausage and chip' kinda tourist but there was never a shortage of food on offer and we always found something, each night had different theme and our last night even had British night. The snack bar by pool was great for toasties etc and the other outside bar offered amazing dishes at lunchtime. the bar staff were great and would do their best at table-service if it wasn't too busy, both inside and out we got great drinks with very generous measures and very easily too. the entertainment inside is very typical holiday stuff, disco for the kids and then a show or outside entertainer on, these weren't amazing but after a few g&ts we had a sing-along and was fun. The entertainment outside is very much catered to the dutch and german dancers and even though we had three different duos on over course of week they sang practically same set list every night, it could become boring but after a few drinks we enjoyed ourselves and being young couple went out later on in the evening anyway. Now to the best part of this hotel, the wellness centre, my word if we had paid for just the spa we would have been happy, we visited twice a day most days it was so relaxing, two heated pools with jets/bubbles, larger heated pool with waterfalls and two saunas all free to use by all inclusive guests....we both were so relaxed during holiday and mainly down to this place such a lovely way to start morning or a quick dip before we got ready for evening meal. We were a mid-20s same sex British couple and we found the hotel and staff very welcoming, if we return to Gran Canaria we would definitely stay at the Hotel Eugenia Victoria again :)More
Brilliant Winter Break in the Sun--- FAB- U- LAS
Booked 10 nights All Inclusive in mid January 2017 via Jet2 from Glasgow. Perfect flight over and bang on time. We paid a little extra for a top floor room which was well worth it. Room 833 was very big with separate bedroom at the rear, bathroom and a big living area and Balcony at the front with fantastic views over the Atlantic. The Hotel has everything you could want for a great holiday. Two outdoor heated pools, a free spa and wellness centre, 3 pool and snack bars, modern gym, rooftop solarium, childrens play area and crazy golf etc. There are plenty sunbeds for all. The restaurant is large and the food is good. A typical Canary Island buffet so nobody can reasonably complain or go hungry. Free water even for Half Boarders at meals as other Hotels will charge you for this. Free WiFi for 24/7 with very good connection. There are 4 lifts which were fine although a little busy ( as you would reasonably expect ) around Breakfast and Dinner. Perhaps those able bodied guests on floors 1 and 2 could help by giving the stairs a try and boast their fitness at the same time. This Hotel is managed by Professionals and all the staff are hard working ,friendly people. The receptionists are always keen to help in any way that they can. The Barmen and Waitress service is excellent. The Rooms are kept spotlessly clean by the cleaning ladies. We are from the UK and were made to feel very welcome by ALL the staff. Most of the other guests are mainly Dutch or some Germans. There is evening entertainment provided both outside ( for the dancers) and inside the hotel. Maybe not to everyones taste but you will never please 100%. Some people might expect Michael Buble or Tom Jones !!!! The Eugenia Victoria is only a 10 minute walk or 15 minute stroll from the sea walk with access to the Dunes to the right and San Augustin to the left. Both walks take about 45 minutes which is good. Great Hotel and Warm Winter weather. Return flight with Jet2 again on time into Glasgow with a super smooth landing with Jet2s Lady Pilot...first time with a lady jet driver. We had a great time and I would recommend the Eugenia Victoria 100%. Would I return...?. YES PLEASEMore
