Nice hotel. Poor service but lovely spa!
Spent 10 nights all inclusive here in May. Hotel is lovely, clean and has an amazing wellness centre that is free to use. The food is not great but you can always find something to eat at meal times. The staff especially at the larger outdoor bar can be rude and arrogant. We laughed with other guests about how you could order a vodka and get Malibu or gin. They spend a lot of time chatting and flirting with each other and had no concept of order of service with polite guests pointing out who was next. We ordered a meal here only to get half the order and then we're told it was too late! We did notice that if money (tips) exchanged hands a much better service was provided. My problem with this is that when people pay for all inclusive that should include good service. We understand tips are important to staff but that should follow good service not be a prerequisiteâ. The wellness center staff were amazing and the massage was well worth the reasonable cost. All in all a lovely stay that could have been amazing with kinder more attentive waiting and bar staff.More
Just back a week from this hotel, we went here not knowing what to expect as this was a new hotel and place for us, we were more than happy when we saw the hotel, quick check in, dinner waiting for us, salad, cold meat and cheeses as it was after 10 o'clock when we arrived. The room was spacious with the bed at the door then a great seating area leading out the the balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, we were on the 8th floor so great views out the the sea, all rooms are pool view, meals were good, with all the usual stuff for breakfast, bacon, sausage, beans, pancakes as well as fresh fruit and yogurt, Lunchtime we ate mostly at the snack bar where you could have, chips, burgers, hot dogs, toasties but you could also eat in the restaurant of the the other outside bar where you could have half chicken and chips, steak on a hot stone, pizza, there was always plenty to eat at dinner time with about 5 or 6 choices, show cooking for gammon steaks, steak, pork chops and freshly made to order pasta and rice with your choice of sauce and filling, chicken, ham, prawns etc., Entertainment at nigh was good at the outside bar, always singing and people getting up to dance, they also had entertainment and binge inside as well as a disco for the kids. The pool areas are great with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, no need to get up too early to get a sunbed, always seen to be some available and the hotel was full when we were there, a large ids pool and an even larger poolo for older children and adults, 2 jaccuzzi's near the pools and another one on the roof terrace, The Wellness Centre or Spa was great, it is underground and well worth a visit. The only down side I had was the waiters in the outside bar could be a bit rude at times and found if you didn't tip them they just ignored you even though you have paid to be all inclusive, this won't stop us returning as it was a great holdiay.More

Great value for money!
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectation of a three star hotel! The hotel was very clean, the wellness centre worth a visit, the food was good (cheese selection at every meal excellent), pool great and AI package good value. Lunch could be taken at the outside restaurant where the choice was good, plenty of sun beds with lovely fat mattresses on them, rooms large and modern and nice rooftop solarium. Would definitely recommend for a good holiday and value for money.More
Lovely hotel with 2 of the biggest rooms we have stayed in. 1st room was a single adapted room for my disabled mum with handrails and a shower seat in the bathroom. Both rooms were the exact same with a large bed, wardrobe with lots of room for clothes, shoes and a safe which cost 3 euros per day. The bathroom had a good sized area for all your toiletries and a walk in shower. The living room had 2 tables, sofa and 3 seats. There was a tv with lots of British channels and a fridge. The staff were very friendly especially the entertainment team who put on shows each night. There was also bingo, karaoke, quizzes and a band each night who played outside. There were games, aqua aerobics and fashion shows during the day. The pool was cold but there was an indoor pool with saunas etc and this was included if you were all inclusive. Alcohol was served from 11am till midnight. The food was lovely with plenty of choices. The hotel was really clean, gardens immaculate and a 20 minute walk to the beach, the hotel provided a bus to take you there and bring you back. The yumbo centre is 5 minutes away with lots of shops and cafes. There was a car park in the hotel. Wifi was good and available in all rooms and public areas. We would definitely stay here again.More
