This place is more like a village than a hotel – that means you get a big choice of restaurants, bars and pools.
This place is modelled on a traditional Canarian village. The reception area is a full-scale replica of one of the island’s oldest churches, and there’s a central square where you’ll find an Italian restaurant.
You’re a few minutes’ stroll from Meloneras’s sand-and-shingle beach. And it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to Meloneras’s paved promenade, which is lined with shops and restaurants.

5 outdoor pools
The main outdoor pool winds its way through the grounds like a lazy river and is flanked by rows of sun loungers. One of the pools is saltwater and three of them are heated in winter.
All the treatments here harness the healing properties of salt water and the options include floatation in a gravity pool and showers infused with essential oils.

Floorless in every way. Highly recommended
We searched extensively for the right holiday and finally booked after lots of research. It paid off. Utterly superb. From the moment we were greeted by well trained and helpful staff, enjoyed a welcome drink and swiftly introduced to our better than expected accommodation it was clear the week was going to be wonderful. Quiet rooms, solid walks, no noise from neighbours or neighbourhood. Comfortable bed and settee bed suitable for our 10yr old. We arrived in time for dinner, timings went well late enough for us every night. 2 restaurants included with half Board provide ample variety to suit my wife and I plus perfect range of choices for kids. Special themed menus every night, freshly cooked to ordering little wait. Food best we've had. Daytime the pool never felt busy, this was peak season too. Mix of nationalities. Never an issue getting poolside loungers and excellent shade or sunny spots depending on preference. Helpful staff never to far away. Kids activities were fine but not as good as Viva Hotels in Majorca, but not a fair comparison. This is a quieter more refined destination and hotel. Fabulous spa indeed. Wife had a day of luxury. Wonderful. Endless hours of nice time in the expansive pools. The night time pool party was a nice bonus for my daughter. Local area is very nice, upmarket feel. The stroll along the promenade at night was very pleasant. Combined with plenty of shops and marquees having dozens of stall selling local crafts, really wonderful. The water park we avoided and looking at it as we drove past glad we did. The bird and dolphin park was however better than we imagined, certainly worth the money. Night time entertainment was varied and good. Plenty of options of environments around the hotel to suit all tastes. All in all a fabulous place.More
The third time in two years and keeps improving
Me and my family stayed at this hotel from 26/07 until 6/08 in a junior suite on half bard basis. When we arrive at this hotel we are always impressed with the style of this hotel and the gorgeous gardens and swimming pools. The check in was very friendly, quick and efficient. After that we were accompagnied by a lady of the public relations who showed us our room and made sure that everything was to our liking. Breakfast and dinner were good but not super, so improvements can certainly be made in this area. Howerever I want to remark that we are very fussy eaters and most of the time hotels are disappointing because of the food, but here we were not disappointed at all. The junior suite itself left a good impression, our room was a very large room (80m^2) with a nice sea view but too dark. The room is maybe a little bit dated and could use some refurbishments in the following years (and maybe the addition of a yacuzzi on the terrace) but in all a very good room. Every morning we recieved our requested (Belgian) news paper unless the last day. I don't really understand why we didn't receive it the last day as we left the hotel in the afternoon. Turn-down service was a nice touch of the hotel. but of the 12 nights we were there 4 times nobody came to our room. The service in the restaurants and the bars wery very good and very friendly. One evening however one waiter at the restaurant asked us 5 times (!) how we were doing, so in the end it started to annoy us. In al this is very good 5 star hotel with some minor details that have to be looked into but we will certainly come back!!!More
5 Star service and experience from start to finish
just returned from a 7 night stay here with my good lady, what an excellent hotel! Every thing from start to finish was 5 star plus, staff are very proficient and excellent, accommodation is superb and the food and drink excellent, the facilities are great too, plenty of pools to choose from , plenty of sun loungers , never had a situation where we couldn't find one. We stayed on a b&b basis and could not fault this place, we did dine the first night at the hotel at one of the buffet restaurants and the food was excellent with freshly cooked mains , however as I couldn't trust myself to keep my food intake down due to the massive choice , we chose to dine out fir the rest if the week, but would have no hesitation in recommending the food on offer here. Breakfast was amazing and most guests enjoyed a champagne or buck fizz drink with breakfast, the food choice was more than anyone could ask , and I would challenge anyone to find do thing they didn't offer fir breakfast . I have been fortunate to stay in many 5 star hotels but have to say this is in the top two without question. This hotel is do good I will return ASAP . Well done to all the staff and management you made our stay most memorable 👍More

Best spa ever!
Friends recommended this spa so visited and glad we did. Started off with a massage which was excellent and then moved on the spa area. Different rooms with different experiences which was fab. We spent the whole day almost going from area to area and having a swim in the outdoor pool. Loved this place and will definitely visit again when here.More
