The H10 Playa Meloneras Palace doesn’t do anything by halves – it’s got five bars, three pools and three restaurants. The beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, too.
The H10 Playa Meloneras Palace is just a couple of minutes’ stroll from a sandy beach. Maspalomas‘ shops, restaurants and famous dunes are only a 10-minute drive away, too.
The lobby’s grand vaulted ceiling is designed to look like giant palm fronds. The décor is classy and modern, with LED backlights and floating seating areas surrounded by water.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, great value
2nd visit to the excellent H10 Playa Meloneras Palace, staying All inclusive this time. Location is away from the centre, but a lovely walk along the seafront to get there should you wish to. Excellent facilities & very nice pools, the slightly elevated pool terrace gives great views to sea / over the golf course. All inclusive includes a variety of branded drinks too, so not the usual 'local' only options. Very well laid out, it doesn't feel as big as it is & never feels busy, plenty of sunbeds, all of very good quality. Food is good, plenty of choice, all fresh. Staff all very pleasant, helpful & cheerful. Overall a fantastic place to stay, we were recommended it originally & have recommended to many since.More
Once again at H10 Playa Meloneras Palace
We travel to Gran Canaria from April 30th and May 14th 2017, and we went again in the H10 Playa Meloneras Palace. To describe our true satisfaction I ll post here below the letter I ve sent to the Hotel Director: To the Kind Attention of the Hotel Director Dear Director, Together with my wife we've just come back from a 15 days holiday at the H10 Hotel Maspalomas Palace. I d like to represent my very best congratulations for the wonderful service given to the guests in your hotel operation. Everything is very clean, well mantained and beautifully run in all the hotel departments . From the pool to the room, from the restaurant to the enterteinement, everything was great to make sure we've had a great holiday. But I d like, above all, congratulate to ALL your staff; in all the departments at every level they are just great: kind, smiley and very very professional. I do think that is the real best value of the Maspalomas Palace Hotel, who ever hires the personnel is a very wise and capable person. We are members of the H10 club and this is the third time we come to the Canarias in your hotel chain (once at the H10 Conquistador in Tenerife , twice at the H10 Maspalomas Palace in Gran Canaria) and we hope to get back there in september. It is very difficult to say the name of the staff members who better made our holiday so special, they all made their best, but, just above all, please deliver my best thanks to Carlos at the reception, Rita at the room housekeeping, and the tall bald head waiter whose i dont know the name (he was always at the restaurant doors at dinner, maybe is he the maitre?) Very best regardsMore

Our New Favourite Hotel!
The H10 Playa Meloneras is our new favourite hotel. Everything about it is perfect. Rooms are comfortable with gorgeous views, food/ branded drinks/ cocktails & service are excellent, shows are fab, pools are glorious & heated (we especially enjoyed the adult only infinity pool ...there are a further 2 huge pools which can also be enjoyed) ..and ..it's our first ever hotel where the 'no reserving sunbeds' rule was enforced - so Bravo H10! - it meant you never had to fight for a bed or get up with the lark to try to reserve one. On the Meloneras 'strip', we have stayed at the Lopesan Hotels (Villa Del Conde, Meloneras & Boabab) ..& at the Riu all-inclusives. The Lopesan's are gorgeous but don't offer all-inclusive, whilst the Riu all-inclusives offer a really enjoyable experience- but without the luxury of the Lopesans. If you opt for the H10 all-inclusive, it will give you the best of both worlds (luxury & all-inclusive). Can't wait to go back.More

We stayed here for the week April 22nd-29th & didn't want to leave! We have stayed in numerous H10 hotels & found the Playa Meloneras Palace to be the best one yet. Friendly staff, lovely food, cleanliness, plentiful & well spaced sun loungers, warm pools...the list goes on! We stayed in Privilege, which was lovely but, really there is no real need to upgrade as everything is so lovely. Beds are comfortable & our room was cleaned daily to a high standard thanks to our housemaid, Guayamina who really looked after us regarding anything we needed. Location is good with a lovely seafront walk to Maspalomas where we ate on a couple of occasions and was spoilt for choice! Would definitely return to this hotel & would like to thank all the lovely staff for making our stay so very enjoyable. More
