The H10 Playa Meloneras Palace is just a couple of minutes’ stroll from a sandy beach. Maspalomas‘ shops, restaurants and famous dunes are only a 10-minute drive away, too.
The lobby’s grand vaulted ceiling is designed to look like giant palm fronds. The décor is classy and modern, with LED backlights and floating seating areas surrounded by water.

Great Hotel, chilled out holiday
Friendly staff, excellent facilities, good location, great food. Stayed here all inclusive, the selection was good in the buffet restaurant. Most drinks are included including some very nice cocktails. Despite the lack of usual wristbands ordering drinks and food was quick and easy, with the staff very friendly and happy to help. Tennis court was in great condition and easy to book. Pool areas had plenty of sunbeds at all times during the day - so the no reserving policy is not a problem. Evening entertain was good especially "The old school band" and "kind of Magic" (Queen tribute). Local beach is ok but a 20 min walk along the promenade gets you to Maspalomas dunes which is better. Hotel is large but despite this seems quiet and more chilled out than some I have visited...daytime activities like Zumba, Aqua-gym, football etc are provided but this is not a "holiday club" hotel which makes it at least seem less busy. Look forward to visiting again...albeit it seems not to be on TUI UK for next year...so will have to book direct!More

My first recommendation would be to join the H10 Privilege Club and book direct on the hotel's website. You receive 5% off your booking and then, if you book Privilege rooms all-inclusive, you will not be disappointed! As a Privilege customer there is a designated area at the pool where there are huge, comfortable daybeds with waitress service for drinks (also we had no problem getting a bed whatever time we arrived poolside), use of the Privilege Lounge - lovely for drinks and snacks to cool off at the end of the day, use of the Despacio Spa (wonderful!), and the chance to eat A La Carte in the Gaudi restaurant every day for breakfast and dinner. The food in the Gaudi is first class along with the service - a special mention to the lovely Nicoletta who oversees it all and booked our table for us every evening and welcomed us like good friends. Luisa, our waitress at breakfast, was also so friendly greeting us with her warm smile every morning. We found the service and staff throughout the hotel to be impeccable. We liked the poolside restaurant best for lunch - again amazing food and Privilege allowed us the choice of everything on the menu. We spent 9 nights at H10 with our 2 sons in 2 Privilege Superior rooms next to each other as requested. We were on the 7th floor with amazing sea views. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh pool towels left for us. Beds were later turned down and chocolates placed there. The hotel is big but doesn't feel it. It has a lovely relaxed vibe and never felt too busy. The outside bar and terrace is the perfect spot for cocktails as the sun sets - also our preferred spot after dinner for a drink and chat with people we'd met. The location is lovely. A promenade runs the length of the beach opposite the hotel right along to the start of the Maspolomas dunes - perfect for an early morning walk or run. We hired bikes one morning and were out for a couple of hours exploring the area. We had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend this hotel. We would love to return - and the sooner the better! 😃More
Great Stay, great hotel
Our family of four really enjoyed our 1 week all inclusive stay. The hotel is spotless and our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and all the staff were very friendly. The food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent with meat/fish/chicken cooked to order from the grill and/or wide range of hot/cold buffet offerings, although some peak time waiting. Great selection of bars all serving high quality brand spirits/beers and cocktails with excellent waiter service. The entertainment started at 10pm each evening and was enjoyable especially the live bands. We found sun beds/chairs each day without too much problem although the sun loungers (with mattress) were usually reserved before 09.00 even though this was supposedly not permitted, the hotel perhaps need to patrol this rule more vigilantly. The pools were lovely especially the infinity area that was segregated for adults. We made great use of the all inclusive package that included free use of the excellent spa and steam rooms plus tennis facilities. In summary absolutely no complaints on our stay and only 3 euros taxi to the town centre or 6 euros to playa des ingles if you want to visit other areas. Indeed, you begin to appreciate the value of the hotel all inclusive when you have a drink elsewhere where on average 4 alcoholic drinks will cost 25 euros where in the hotel you get branded long drinks for 'free'.. We certainly enjoyed our time and would recommend it, lovely climate also.More
Stunning Hotel and Perfect Location
My best friend and I stayed at the hotel to celebrate our birthdays. The hotel was stunning in appearance and the location was ideal as it was fairly close to the airport, beach, the water park and the zoo. We decided to go all inclusive and it was definitely the best option; our breakfast, lunch and dinner was included, as was our alcohol, plus we got to eat the snacks from the poolside bar. We assumed that there would only be certain drinks which fell under the 'all inclusive menu' but we were pleasantly surprised, Nearly everything on the menu was included, apart from champagne and expensive cognacs. My best friend and I worked our way through the entire cocktail menu during our week stay! The restaurant had a wide range of food, which changed every day; and it tasted amazing. I enjoyed the buffet style food, as it meant I could eat as little or as much as I wanted. There was an adult only area directly outside our bedroom window. We used the space on our first day but by the second day the pool had been drained and building work had commenced. It was highly frustrating as it meant we had to used the family pool which was noisy and the building work woke us up some mornings. Taxis frequently stopped outside the hotel and were not too expensive, which was handy. The hotel was also located near the bus routes to the water park and zoo etc; and walking distance to the camel riding and the beach. If I return to Gran Canaria I will definitely stay in the same hotel as I would rate it 9/10. The only negative was the pool being out of use, which I hope wouldn't be the case during future visits.More
Amazing 5* Hotel
If you're thinking of booking a hotel in Meloneras, Gran Canaria then look no further. H10 Playa Meloneras hotel is 5* throughout. On arrival we were handed a glass of sparkling wine - nice start! Our double rooms on the 3rd floor were large, beds extremely comfy and the balcony space overlooking the stunning golf course. All staff at the hotel were lovely and always smiling. Vito in particular was attentive and we thought he was very good at keeping the buffet and pool bar running smoothly. Food was very very good - something to eat for the whole family - steaks, fish, pizza, pasta and salads. Never been all inclusive before and glad it was this hotel where we chose to be all inclusive as food was so delicious!! If you're all inclusive you eat at the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, however if you want a late lunch you can go to the pool bar from 3:30pm onwards for waiter service rather than buffet - the burgers there were particularly tasty! Lovely space around the pools, we managed to find 5 sun beds all next to each other whenever we wanted. The walk down to the lighthouse is very pleasant and takes 20 minutes. There are lots of restaurants on the walk down too. Taxis wait right outside the hotel - so there isn't a problem finding transport. Hospital also just down the road. Anyone thinking of booking this hotel, do it! You will thoroughly enjoy this amazing hotel. We never go to the same hotel twice, but as this hotel was so amazing and the whole family enjoyed it, we will be returning very soon!!More
