The H10 Playa Meloneras Palace doesn’t do anything by halves – it’s got five bars, three pools and three restaurants. The beach is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, too.
The H10 Playa Meloneras Palace is just a couple of minutes’ stroll from a sandy beach. Maspalomas‘ shops, restaurants and famous dunes are only a 10-minute drive away, too.
The lobby’s grand vaulted ceiling is designed to look like giant palm fronds. The décor is classy and modern, with LED backlights and floating seating areas surrounded by water.

A beautiful 5 star hotel. For a relaxing break and for some heat away from the frozen temperatures of Europe. A lovely place to escape to. The staff are very professional and friendly. The food is the best we have eaten at any hotel. Very fresh healthy options for vegetarians and meat eaters! Pure gluttony! More
5 star service all the way - again
Second visit to H10 in 12 months and as before the service sets this hotel apart. Stayed in privilege room 768 from 2 Feb for 7 days. Great sea view with perfect sunset most nights. The privilege extras do make a difference with use of Gaudi restaurant for both breakfast and evening dinner. Food was always great and varied. Service and personal touch made us feel special. Lunch at the outside pool restaurant was cooked in front of you. Always fresh. Plenty of choice. This is an idyllic place to stay and if you want peace and quiet look no further. Of course if you want a bit of activity then tennis, pétanque, yoga, water aerobics and so on can be found. Beach just across the road with few shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to Faro lighthouse along coast path is pleasant. Spa centre very good. Bar very relaxing too. Overall room, views, food and all staff just gave us a perfect break. Will be back hopefully in November.More

Better than average
This is a good hotel with branded drinks on the all inclusive we stayed over new year and whilst the new year gala dinner was awesome and out of this world I feel the food in general is average to good but could be better, I would not stay at this hotel B&B or H/B as the prices for drinks and snacks are very expensive, and the hotel is a little out of the way from the centreMore
A weak 4 star at best
By claiming a 5 star status they raise expectations. Last time in Gran Canaria we stayed at a 4star superior in Maspalomas which was far better. Of note, the restaurant feels like a cantine. They have a cubicle in the middle where the staff clean up dishes etc so that there is a constant loud clanging of glass dishes and cutlery. You sit on plastic chairs and eat on fake laminated wood tables. Fortunately they have plate warmers (when they worked) to warm up the tired lukewarm food! The breakfast buffet is large and varied even if warm food is cold . They have knives to slice the bread that can barely cut! The rooms are generous with nice views and quiet with good blackout curtains. The room had a very generius and private terrace. The bathrooms are dated with only a hand shower, no rain shower, and you stand in a bathtub with a half glass partition, with your feet constantly stepping on the drain. The toilet is in a separate cubicle with no door! For those with Privilege status with concierge service, the concierge was out by dinner time when you need them most. The staff at the front desk are very nice but were unable to give us any restaurant recommendations (we ate out every evening to avoid the horrible restaurant) rendering the half- board a waste of money. The hotel is very large and it can be difficult to find your way as the signage is poor. Walking up the stairs you often don't know what floor you have reached. In order to help you they give you an A4 map which I challenge anyone to read what is written even with a magnifying glass- the photocopy is such that the writing is tiny and smudged. All communal areas including restrooms were impeccably clean. Overall, the place is fine for a low end 4 star, just keep your expectations low. More

I took my family to this H10 in February this year , the hotel is outstanding and lives up to all expectations, the hotel is scrupulously clean , the staff cannot help enough, food quality is excellent . All 6 of us could not find any thing to suggest improvements on . We would all recommend a stay in this hotelMore
