I am late putting this review out but nevertheless less our family holiday was very good in July. Entertainment team worked hard and were never too pushy. Some of the shows were excellent. Food choice was excellent as were the drinks. My only grouse would be the bars shut about 11 so if you want to drink longer it is best to take the short walk out to the local bars, which we found enjoyable. Beach is close by as are a few local beach bars for coffee or snacks if you fancy a change. We were half board ourselves, it's a toss up if it's best as the town is so close, where there are a few good few bars and eateries. Overall well done to the hotel. Rooms were good too. Only free wifi for half an hour in the lobby is a bit mean!!!More

Unwritten rules applied randomly
We were enjoying this hotel until about half way through a 10 night stay. We were eating at the decking area next to the Aloe bar and grill. A member of staff told us that we were not allowed to eat in this area. We found this strange for the following reasons:
1) we had eaten in this area for the previous few days
2) there are no signs indicating and restrictions
3) other people were eating in this area and we're not told they could not
This spoilt what could have been a great holiday.
We won't be going back to this hotel in a hurry.More
Sort out evening cleaning!
Our fourth stay at this hotel. Great location for week in sun at Easter or, as on this occasion, October half term. Usual good things - immaculate superior room, incredibly comfy bed, little noise slippage from neighbouring rooms, good entertainment and food. However, shocked by state of 'public' toilets especially those located near pool (old ones were much better) during day and those located off lobby and used by all people at bar and in theatre in evening. I can only assume that there are no cleaning services in the evening. I did speak to Reception but there was no noticeable improvement. In fact the toilets were so disgusting that on two occasions I chose to return all the way to Block 3 to use my room. It is strange as the rest of the place is so immaculately maintained. I appreciate that some of the mess is attributable to the low standards of some guests whom I observed dropping paper towels on the floor etc - but for others, the failure to roster staff to clean and tidy up the facilities in the evening such that they are effectively unusable suggests that perhaps standards in other areas may also be lower. This is the main reason why I have rated the hotel lower than I would otherwise have done.More

Would go back
Fab hotel, plenty of sun loungers, great location, good food, drinks were international branded but local wines/beers and spirits also available.
Air con did not work, reported & engineer was sent but unable to fix,Erika(guest relations) got us a fan for our entire stay and any time she seen us would always check how things were.
Entertainment team was excellent and worked hard during the day and put everything into the show at night with something to suit every taste!
Just a tip for gents in the evening long trousers a must for dinner in the restraunt so remember to pack a pair of jeans or dress trousers!
I would defiantly go back to this hotel!More
