Lovely hotel, location and facilities+++
I stayed for a week in late November. The hotel is clean and modern. The room we had was in block 1 on third floor. It was quiet and has a beautiful view (part of this block is faces bars/cafes, part does not). There was lots of entertainment which was delivered enthusiastically. You have to admire an animation team that perform Les Miserables!!!
There was an excellent selection of food and we had a chocolate fountain with marshmallows dessert night. We stayed half board which suited us.
In the room there is a minibar but there is no kettle so I took my own. Also there was BBC1 so I didn't miss Strictly! ITV as well as BBC2 & BBC4. Looked brilliant for kids. I would recommend this holiday and the weather was good if a bit windy, but Fuerteventura always is. Free WiFi worked best in reception area.More
I first visited this Hotel 5 years ago with my Family and enjoyed it then, I have just returned from a six day break with my son and once again could not fault it. We stayed all inclusive which is far greater than other places Ive stayed at before, The entertainment programme and team are fantastic, they try and make your stay as enjoyable as they can, the evening entertainment by the team is spectacular where they do their version of the West End shows such as Grease, Lion King, Cats and more. Food at the hotel is good and have a vast variety for each Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, there is also a snack bar if you wish to stay by the pool during the day and not visit the restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a holiday in Fuertventura. Will defiantly return again for another holiday.More
Relaxing break in the winter sun!
Have just returned from a week at this great hotel. Just wanted to relax in the sun, which is definitely what we did. Temperatures around 26 degrees and a very pleasant breeze, not at all windy! All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean, our room was on the ground floor of block 1, which was perfectly quiet and the patio quite a sun trap. All staff were really friendly and worked really hard, never had to wait to be served drinks in the restaurant or wait for tables to be cleaned, very efficient service. For a hotel this size, the food was excellent, great choice and plentiful, ok so sometimes breakfast was only warm ish, but dinner was always hot and tasty. We stayed on HB basis but swapped dinner for lunch on 2 occasions, which was great to try restaurants in resort. Top tip, try the A la carte restaurant down at the end of the harbour, food, service, views are all excellent. We didn't stay for the entertainment in the hotel, as preferred the Irish bar next door! My one only gripe was that bathroom towels were changed on day 1 and then not again throughout our stay, a midweek change would have been welcomed.
Overall, hotel is excellently situated, in peaceful surroundings (out of season), spotlessly clean with friendly, efficient staff. I will definitely return for a winter break! More

Fabulous autumn break
Stayed in ground floor room in block 2. Lovely spacious room which was spotlessly clean. No problems at all with service or food in the restaurant. Enjoyed the entertainment in the evening and bar staff attentive. lovely beach at the lagoon area. Went all inclusive for the first time and were not disappointed. Hope to return againMore
