Terrible place !!
My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel. Wow from start to finish it was bad our villa was clean at first glance but it had coackroaches in the living room under the sofa an all hiding in kitchen cupboard from light. We went to the bar and the manager was very drunk and being creepy around my girlfriend so we left early. One night we had dinner in the restaurant which was vile I had to go to hospital with food poisoning which ruined our holiday. I complained to manager he called me a liar and threatened to throw us out. He never returned our money he took of our credit card. I would strongly advise stay away.More
Great villas, friendly staff, would go again
The villa we had was excellent: very spacious and well furnished. There was a patio area behind with a pool and also a rooftop area. We ate out a lot but did prepare our own meals and found the oven/hob, microwave and pans more than adequate. There was also a washing machine, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. All these white goods were very good brands. No kettle but I would not expect this in Spain. The check-in is long-winded as reported by other guests and you are asked for lots of details about yourself and to sign a contract which is a bit off-putting. Even our kids were asked to sign this!! There are rules about noise and not leaving your car in the road, etc. However, this seems to make sense as we found the complex very quiet, relaxing and spotless. The villa is checked before you leave for any breakages. Rooms are cleaned every day but if you do not want it done, you can sign a sheet for the cleaner. We found all the staff to be very polite and friendly. We had a couple of problems eg: no safe in our villa. This was sorted out within half an hour - an amiable member of staff came and put one in. We also had a problem with the front door - again sorted very quickly. We did want a heated pool and emailed to ask for the heating to be put on as recommended on this website. We were told that we could have a heated pool. However, we did not want to send our credit card details by email to pay in advance. When we got to the complex we were told that all the villas with heated pools had been rented out. It seems that if you want to have a heated pool and you are in the cheaper accommodation, you need to pay in advance. I must add that it was Easter weekend, the busiest period. They did say we could come back in a couple of days and they might have a heated pool available. We did not bother as used the non-heated pool every day anyway as the weather was so nice! It would probably have been a waste of money to heat a pool. The pools are kept very clean and it was a real bonus to have it. There is a good Mercadona supermarket quite near the complex, within walking distance. We had a car which I would definitely recommend if you are staying here and want to pop into Corralejo and back to eat, etc. All the villas have parking spaces. A couple of windows did not lock properly which I would normally have mentioned to the staff. However, the villas can be made pretty secure by locking the front gates - effectively making them surrounded by about 7ft fences. For what we paid this is easily the best accommodation we have had in the Canaries and to be honest, one of the best in Spain. We had a very relaxing and comfortable time at this resort and would definitely go again if we returned to Fuerteventura.More

We have just returned from a week of pure peace and relaxation at the Mirador Los Lobos Golf. I can't fault the villa or the complex in any way. We were greeted at reception by friendly reception staff and received a complimentary drink whilst we checked in. We were very pleased with our villa, it was bigger and more spacious than we were expecting and had everything we needed for our holiday. It was great to have a proper kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa and have probably been spoiled, I'm not sure other villas will live up to this standard! We would definitely come back for another holiday in the future. Thanks for a great holiday!More
Beautiful Villa with breath taking views
I was concerned that the resort was a little out of town but that was not a problem as there is a free bus service and taxis were only 5 euros, a 5 minute drive and we could go to whatever part of town we wanted. We had a car so easy to get about. The villa was immaculate with cleaners everyday, along with the pool being cleaned. The resort was immaculate - we didn't eat in the restaurant apart from the pealla night and tbh we had better food in town. The staff were very helpful and friendly, check in did take a little longer but we were given free drinks and looked after. To check out we had to book an inspection of the villa - this was not a problem - it was great to see the company looking after the villas so well and keeping the prices affordable by ensuring the guests treated the villas respectfully - if you break it you pay for it - the prices are not put up to cover the people who trash things. We had a fantastic holiday there.More

Good but not great
This was our second trip to this property. It has changed management and not as good as before, On arrival we were greeted by Mario, thus took around 20 minutes to check in. We had to listen to all the rules and sign a contract which was really the last thing we wanted to go after travelling. The villas sleep up to 6 but only cater for 4 guests in terms of outdoor seating/sunbeds. We requested one extra as there were 5 of us, we were advised company policy if only 4 per villa. After explaining our disappointment we were advised they would get back to us, still waiting. The kitchen did not have enough basic utensils or a toaster and you have to specially request a kettle. We were looking for a home from home, certainly not that., only 4 wine glasses etc, if it sleeps 6 then should cater for 6. The beds were not the greatest either. The golf course onsite was closed twice when we went to play although advertised as open and we had to return 40 minutes later each time as the guy had gone away. Great location and views but let down by silly things that could be made so much better and very little cost to operators by providing extra plastic chairs etc. Weather was great as were Jet 2 staff at the airport/flight. As repeat clients we expected more but even an extra sunbed was too much More
