Secreted away on the edge of Corralejo, the properties at the Bahiazul Villas and Club are less than a ten-minute drive away from the town’s beaches and old quarter.
As well as a private pool and Jacuzzi®, each villa is crowned with a rooftop terrace with a four-poster Bali bed. You can host barbecues up here, too.
The villas don’t do things by halves – all three bedrooms have en suites, the music systems hook up to iPhone docks, and the interiors match ivory-white walls with sleek dark-wood furnishings. Beautiful accommodation with excellent staff and service
A lovely stay for a quiet, private and relaxing holiday, extras when booked with secret escapes. They emailed you before arrival with further details and options which was a bonus and nice touch. On arrival we were escorted to our villa by a vet pleasant and smart security guard, as we arrived very late, 12am, check in is only open 8-8 and restaurant closes at 10.30pm. But they supplied us with a take out dinner and we checked in the following morning after breakfast. Beautiful clean villa with everything you would need if self-catering, we were half board but great having a washing machine, iron, dish washer etc. Very spacious villa, we were booked for a one bedroom premier villa. Love the surround music system. I plugged in my IPad and you can play music at the pool, on the roof terrace, bedroom and very easy to turn off the speakers individually if someone didn't want the music on in there area. Quite, didn't hear anyone else really, very private high walls. Although July pool was too cold for us, we had it heated which is very expensive but not worth it as still too cold although better. Only clean villa every 4 days, was ok and great when done as the pool was ready for a clean, you can wash your towels and request a change if need. You also get pool towels. Probably ok for most people it was supposedly 29 degrees, they did test it. You have a lovely breeze which kept you from getting too hot which is need as did get very hot. Staff were great, all were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Marga, Lino, Andres, Nelson and Ibriham (the security guard). We walked to town at a very leisurely pace, 25min to nearest point with cafes and some shops but at least 50mins to the centre where all the action is. 5 Euro for a taxi which is 5mins. It's a bit run down outside of the complex, a deserted 5* hotel was started but effects of recession halted and left. Breakfast lots of choice, evening is a la carte, good choice but for 7nts much of the same. They had a pasta night and tapas night which was a good change and they had live music. Large portions so be aware. Spa is small but we had a free hour just for the two of us which was lovely, normally 15 Euros. The jacuzzi here was a hot tub the one at the villa was Luke warm but warm enough compared to the pool. The paddle tennis is a bit run down, a little bar area but no entertainment on site. It's a great place for all types. So all in all a great place would recommend it.More
This place is exactly as the pictures show. Excellent accommodation, great breakfasts, good food and nice ambiance in restaurant in evenings. Attentive and pleasant staff from security guy who showed us to our villa and explained how everything worked, restaurant staff taking time to explain the dishes on offer, reception staff explaining all facilities available and maintenance guy sent to assist us with wifi and music player. The entire complex is scrupulously clean and well maintained by an army of gardeners, maids, maintenance team ( yes we were next door to an empty and closed down villa that I could see if I stood on my tiptoes and peered over the wall! - it had no negative affect on my stay and in fact offered me a little more privacy!). We had a fantastic time here. The only things you need to be aware of are the location is very remote but there is a huge and cheap supermarket within 5 min walk, taxis into the Main Street and harbour areas of correlejo take about 10 min journey and are 5 Euro and pick you up/drop you off at your villa door if you ask and pick up within 5 mins of requesting. The pool can get a little dirty and is cleaned by pool man every 4 days but there is equipment for you to do a general scoop if you wish. We even came home with majority of clothes freshly washed as there is a washer on the roof terrace with tablets provided. Not too sure how the bedrooms work if you have small children as there was no interconnecting door in ours and I wouldn't like to think a small child could leave rom and be so near to pool. Only true negative for us was that the complex works like hotels with check out so you are expected to check out at 11 am on day of departure. Whilst there is a room to safely store luggage and a courtesy room with half hour slot to shower and change there is absolutely no communal area to spend your time. We were fortunate that our villa had no incoming guests so we paid 50 euros and kept the villa till 6 pm but this is not guaranteed to be available to you. If you choose to go hope you have an amazing holiday. . More
Bahiazul Villas & Club
I vacationed at the Bahiazul Villas in July 2017 with my daughter. The Villa was exactly as advertised, therefore no disappointment. The Villa and terraces/pool etc are very well maintained and clean. We ordered the welcome pack which was really useful with basics such as bread, water fruit etc as well as a bottle of wine. We took half board and must say the breakfasts were excellent as was dinner. Also breakfast is available until 11am which is great, as there's nothing worse than having to wake up as early to get to breakfast...on holiday. The dinner menu for half board was a limited version of the a la carte menu, which gave a good wide selection of dishes. The staff at Bahiazul were generally really helpful and efficient. Any requests were actioned very quickly. I would definitely go again. More
Restaurant was excellent staff very friendly and helpful..would return with family again. Quick 5 minute taxi ride into town centre where there is many restaurants to chose from all family friendly....More
We have just returned from a week long holiday at The Bahiazul - wished it could've been for longer. The whole site was perfect, very clean and kept exceptionally well. The villa was impressive and we loved the private pool - couldn't have wished for better. All the staff, whether be reception, waiting, bar, cleaning were all friendly, attentive, polite and professional. We were staying on a half-board basis and can honestly say the food was delicious. Breakfast was great with a vast selection to choose from - the Cava was a really nice touch - so Buck's Fizz every morning! The restaurant in the evening was like eating at a fine dining restaurant every night - the fillet steak and fresh fish were our favourite. Very sad to leave but are already thinking about returning. Highly recommended for peace and quiet and a very relaxing holiday.More
