Most relaxing holiday ever, staff are so helpful and the complex is so clean, the villa we had was amazing, i personally didn't want to come home. We tried the A la carte menue on the first night, we never went back, you can get better meals in town and better value for money, try Ramoon's or the burger restaurant you won't be disappointed. We hired a car through the reception at a cost of 36 Euros for a day and did a tour of the island, great value, look out for the goat's, Oasis Park is a good day out and gives you the chance to have a camel ride, free bus picks you up at complex entranceMore

Great Relaxing Holiday
My husband & I are just back from a week spent chilling out at Bahiazul and wish we could go back straight away! It is just such a relaxed and welcoming place to holiday. On arrival we were taken to our villa by buggy and as it was evening I had already ordered a welcome pack by email which was awaiting us - time to open the Cava! The villa was spotless and beautiful. This villa was a refurbished villa, with built in oven, microwave, fridge & freezer ( not that we cooked at all during our stay but still the option was there). The pool was beautifully lit & we went up on to the roof terrace to enjoy our cava. The next day Pascal on reception welcomed us, for our second stay at Bahiazul and explained all changes & updates since our previous visit. Staff all so friendly. Mostly we chilled out on the roof terrace, read books & enjoyed the peace & quiet. Breakfast in the dining room was great and again the staff attended to all requests with a smile. We dined in the Bahiazul restaurant on one evening & enjoyed it, again the staff were very attentive. I have in the past noticed comments about some of the vacant villas being in a poor condition. This is only noticeable from your roof terrace and is a fair point to make but the reality is you then don't have neighbours, you just have to balance up what is more important. During our stay some of the vacant villas were being upgraded. We wondered actually if some of the villas in poor condition might be offered for sale to private buyers to refurbish? All in all we had a great holiday, in lovely surroundings with terrific staff and enjoyed the relaxation we sought. Hope to revisit next year!More
I can only echo previous positive comments about the bahiazul, staff are fabulous, friendly and helpful and I would gladly have traded my wife for the red headed lady in reception 😀 Not many negatives, only that the villas are very close to each other so, although it's quite private you can hear what's going on alongside. Generally not a problem unless you have a child who screams every time he jumps in his pool for hours on end !, luckily he became ill a few days in and shut up, which was a blessing ! Supermarket 5 mins walk and very English oriented, even the tannoy announcements are in English. The walk into town is about 30 mins, which is fine but it's not a very nice walk, on a main road with nothing much to see. Best to hire a bike or take a cab, the gatekeeper is a jolly nice chap and will get a cab to drive to your villa front door and it's just 10 mins. The town is a mix of modern and tat (I love tat), the beach is ok but not very big, the port area is really nice and recommend you eat there in evenings. Bars are friendly, food is reasonable and people are welcoming. It's a quiet island though, so great for sun worshippers, not so for party animals. Beware car hire offers....we had a 'free' car which needed 200 euros of add ons when we went to collect it, we declined and took a cab....50 euros from airport. In summary, Bahiazul is very very nice, the people are very very nice......Fuerteventura....OK More
