Hotel H10 Salou Princess

Families are well-catered for at the Hotel H10 Salou Princess. Location-wise, it’s close to PortAventura and the beach, plus it’s got a huge pool and a big buffet restaurant.

The Hotel H10 Salou Princess scores top marks for location. It sits in one of the resort’s liveliest shopping areas, there’s a nearby beach, and you can drive to PortAventura Park in 10 minutes.

The big pool hogs the limelight at this hotel – it has a whirlpool bath and an al fresco entertainment stage on the side. And a restaurant and pub will keep you fed and watered.

Good location

Stayed here at the end of July, so was peak season. The hotel is in a good central location close to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and clean and a good size. Towels and toiletries replenished daily. In terms of services I'd probably rank it as a good 3 star rather than a 4 star. The pool area is however quite small, as a beach goer this didn't bother me too much but in the peak season there is nowhere near enough sun loungers around the pool and they're all snapped up quickly, so if a pool lover that is something to keep in mind. The hotel was convenient for the bus to Barcelona El Prat as the stop is just across the road and also for buses to Port Aventura. I'd certainly stay here again if in Salou.More

Overall a good holiday

All staff were helpful especially those at reception. Room cleaned every day and sheets and towels changed as well. Bed was a bit hard but comfortable as that is how we like ours at home. We asked for a quiet room and we got one. It was 405 on the 4th floor at the side of the hotel. The area on this floor beside the lifts needs a new carpet as we feel the condition of this carpet spoils the hotel. No programmes on TV for British except the news. The hotel is in a great position so near the beach and the shops and lovely walks all on the flat to suit pensioners.More

H10 Salou Princess

Just returned from a 5 night break here with my husband. It was 2am when we checked in. The guy on Reception wasn't extremely friendly, I found he was almost mumbling under his breath, I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying twice. The lady receptionists were all very friendly when we were enquiring about info. First impressions, we were extremely happy. The lobby is beautiful, very clean, and really nice décor. Bedroom small but very clean, and a very comfy bed which is rare you find when out on holidays. It had a small balcony with a pool view. We stayed in room 332. Beautiful view. We just went on a B&B basis, so I cant speak for lunch/dinner, but food was really good. A huge display of everything to choose from. Only downfall was food wasn't very hot just lukewarm! Swimming pool was cold, I had read this in previous reviews but had forgotten until we were in it! We didn't mind it that much though. This hotel is the perfect location when staying in Salou, its right beside all the shops, restaruants, and 5min walk to beach. Beach is beautiful and very clean. Free wifi which is a big plus for us also. We were out of the hotel every night so I cant comment on hotel entertainment! This is our 3rd time to stay in Salou, and definitely the nicest hotel we have stayed in. If returning here, I would definitely book this hotel in the future. Overall, a very happy couple and a fabulous holiday we had!!More

Salou Princess

Having just returned from a week at the Salou Princess and was very impressed with hotel overall. Always spotlessly clean, room cleaned daily and friendly and professional staff. Entertainment was mainly aimed towards Spanish and international guests but went out most nights. Hotel is in a great location with beach just down a side road and with a supermarket next door and a number of bars in the immediate area it is a winner on that front. Food was good overall with plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner, food not as hot as it should be and coffee, tea and other drinks not available at dinner (mainly focused on bar sales). Would book this hotel again and would recommend to others.More

Expected more

This hotel wasn't great for us :( the breakfast was freezing and didn't taste great. The que was horrendous in the morning to get a table for food. The evening entertainment wasn't to suit all. Find it hard to believe all the positive posts. Maybe we were unlucky :/More
