Hotel H10 Salou Princess

Families are well-catered for at the Hotel H10 Salou Princess. Location-wise, it’s close to PortAventura and the beach, plus it’s got a huge pool and a big buffet restaurant.

The Hotel H10 Salou Princess scores top marks for location. It sits in one of the resort’s liveliest shopping areas, there’s a nearby beach, and you can drive to PortAventura Park in 10 minutes.

The big pool hogs the limelight at this hotel – it has a whirlpool bath and an al fresco entertainment stage on the side. And a restaurant and pub will keep you fed and watered.

family holiday

Hotel is in a excellent location close to beach and shops and next door to a supermarket. Good choice of food in the restaurant. Rooms are small but clean. Good entertainment for the kids and adults at the pool area all day long . Word of warning. Although the pool area is not opened until 9am , peaple started to queue as early as 8am and when the doors open its one mad dash to get a sunbed of which there is a shortage of. Another word of warning, if you have a inflatable bed sometimes you can use them sometimes no, depends wich of the lifeguards is on duty. So beware.More

Quite decent

Stayed here for four night earlier this month. We arrived before our rooms were ready, as we expected. The Poole area was quite busy, considering it was 11.30 we expected that, but we found some loungers on the terraced area, perfect......The minimum interaction we had with staff was good, they were helpful and informative. The rooms were in a good clean condition. The location was ideal, close enough but far enough away from the main area. I'll be back, even just for the peace of the terraced area. My only complaint is people putting towels on sun loungers and not using them......But isn't it everyone's!!! More

Excellent hotel - great for families!!

We are just back from H10 Salou Princess and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The hotel was clean, modern and in a fantastic location only 2 minutes from the fountains and beach and Porta Ventura is only a 10 minute walk away. The pool was spotless and great for kids with a large shallow area for them to play in. All of the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help in any way they could. My daughter is 6 and spent a lot of time with the 'animation team' (Erika, Barbra and Alba) in the kids club. They were fabulous with her and offered a great range of activities and games to keep her occupied, not to mention Daisy the mascot entertaining her and her friends at the daily mini disco/pool party. There were also activities for adults to get involved with (rifle shooting, darts, water polo etc) Overall a fabulous hotel and holiday, we will definitely be back again soon!More

Just good feedback for a good Hotel

I am not some one who looks for the bad things in a Hotel. I always look for the good. If a Hotel makes a mistake that I believe was avoidable or just wrong, I will mention it.The Hotel is very nice and modern. I always understand that a good check in experience can be 50/50. You can arrive when the desk is free and you're in in seconds. Or just as the bus load gets there!! (ouch) thats just unlucky. When we got there, empty, yeah, It took more than 15mins.I agree with a reviewer who stated, the reception check in staff were not rude but not friendly either. The room as would be expected at a good Hotel like this, modern, clean and very well equipped. Throughout the stay I found the staff to be professional and nothing more. It depends on the individual traveler, but I always think it's a much better experience when you can interact with the guys that help your stay be the best it can. The food I have to say for a 4 star was not great. And you always felt as if YOU were intruding on the staff as it seemed you were being pushed to eat quickly, the banging of plates and shouting to each other over tables by the staff also was uncomfortable. I do however have to mention the young guy who worked the evening reception. Sean Lago Smith. We had a little problem that we needed help with and he went absolutely out of his way to help us. It was the holiday period and most businesses were closed, but through his persistence we found a solution. I also had the pleasure to witness him helping an elderly spanish gentleman in a wheel chair. I speak Spanish so was fully aware of his kind words and the help he gave him. Sean was a great example of what the younger generation has to offer the business world. H10 Hotels will do well to hold on to him, he's a manager for the future. The Hotel is on the doorstep of the town centre. Salou is known for its nightlife/late bars. But walking along the beachfront you can find some lovely wine bars and small eating outlets. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.More
