The big pool hogs the limelight at this hotel – it has a whirlpool bath and an al fresco entertainment stage on the side. And a restaurant and pub will keep you fed and watered.

More of a 3 star
This hotel is rated a 4 star but even in Spanish standards I would say it is more of a 3 star. We were half board and the food every morning and night were all so similar, not much for vegetarians or vegans, thankfully I am not either but still there wasn't much choice. Waiters were quite rude and would walk into you, hardly smiled apart from the main woman who lets you in and shows you where to sit. If you turn up to breakfast at half 9 or later then expect a very big queue to get in, I think they could do with more staff. The pool area is quite small, at 8am everyone queues up at the door and runs to get sun beds and out their towels on them which is actually quite entertaining to watch whilst sat eating breakfast! The pool is smaller than what it looks on the photos, you are not allowed lilo's or big inflatables in the pool for this reason. Lovely waterfall going into it though. The terrace with the jacuzzi is a lovely more adult area and much quieter, although once again limited sun beds. I couldn't imagine being here in full season. The entertainment at night is absolutely brilliant... for the kids. The entertainers that work within the hotel are amazing and you can tell they build amazing relationships with the children and also do activities throughout the day with children and adults which is definitely the best part of the hotel, those ladies are a credit to the hotel. The entertainment for adults in the evening... not so great. We were there 9 nights and there were only 2 nights where they didn't have a dodgey singer or DJ on stage. Our room was standard, air con hardly worked, back door didn't lock which we didn't bother to bring up with reception as we locked all valuables away anyway. Apart from that was a nice little room to put your head down for the night, although I do suggest getting a pool facing room otherwise you get the sight of the main road or you get a view of a public swimming pool and apartments which we didn't enjoy too much. All in all it was a well run hotel and we had a lovely time but there could be big improvements 😁More
I stayed here for 11 night end of June beginning of July and all I have is praise. The reception were great and efficient from check in to phoning out doctor when we needed one. Cannot fault them! The food is great, many choices every night. Yes there are a lot of fish dishes but for a person like me who doesn't like fish at all there was still plenty of choice! Breakfast there was everything from bacon sausage egg beans etc to pastries, fruit and cereal! The restaurant staff were always very quick to clear plates and serve drinks! The bar staff were top notch too. Always polite and helpful and patient when I did my best to order in Spanish (failed mostly) but they understand English well which is a bonus! The daytime animation/ entertainment team were AMAZING! They were great at their jobs. Getting people to join in with different activities , making people laugh etc! A variety of activities for all ages. The daisy club was open for the kids (cannot comment further as I didn't travel with any) for adults there was bingo, pool, table tennis, darts, aquagym, water polo and list goes on! The three girls ( Anna, Joanna and Patrycja) were so easy to talk to and have a laugh with. They certainly made my holiday even better!! For the hotel itself it is clean, a few minutes walk from the beach, right next to some supermarket shops and a bus stop so it's very central! All in all I enjoyed my stay and will be booking up for next year in next few days! I would recommend this hotel !! More
Great place to stay.
Stayed a week in early July.Check-in was quick and the staff speak several languages.Had to rent room safe which should be free to rent in a 4 star hotel.Room was clean and although not massive was big enough.Air con worked great easy to control.Stayed half board gave you flexibility of either lunch or evening meal.Good variety of dishes for adults bit limited for kids. All staff pleasant.Animation team were outstanding with the kids. The three girls are great at what they do.Night time entertainment was a bit hit and miss.Overall a very nice place to stay. Fabulous stay, would return!!
Stayed there with my boyfriend in May and had a fantastic stay. The food was perfect, with something different every night and a great variety. We had a pool view which was stunning and the rooms were very pretty. The location is also so close to the beach it's brilliant. If I had to criticise anything it would be the pool was very cold that time of year with only one or two people braving it. Also the amount of young couples was minimal, it was 90% elderly couples and the entertainment seemed to be geared towards that audience but we ended up going to Salou most nights anyways so that didn't bother us. The staff were fantastic, overall would definitely return!More
