Very helpful staff, hotel is a bit run down, food is ok but usually cold, in a week the bed sheets wasn't changed once and the beds are very uncomfortable
This is never a four star rating hotel but otherwise okMore
Would not stay here again
Very rude members of staff
Very dated rooms
Was there on honeymoon
Only highlight was the food
Horrible place to visit and couldn't of been more insulted by a member of staff who told my husband that his wife was a cow and that was the first night More
H10 salou princess
If you are staying in Salou then you have to stay here, the hotel is excellent, the food is gorgeous, the staff helpful and courteous. This was without doubt the nicest hotel that I have stayed in. The pool is delightful. I am running out of adjectives to describe how perfect this holiday actually was!More

Nice hotel great location
Went here on a last minute holidays beginning of May. It's a lovely hotel very clean and the staff were brilliant. We stayed half board and although the food was very much on the same lines every evening always plenty of it and it was ok. Nothing was ever hot though unless you got there as soon as it was put on the buffet. There was always something for everyone plenty of nice fresh salads and cooked meat and of course chips.
There was not much entertainment nothing during the daytime and usually a singer in the evenings but was mostly very much aimed at the older visitors who were always up waltzing tangoing etc.
Rooms were lovely clean and very adequate we had a pool view room but as it was right in the corner didn't get much of the sun.
Pool area is lovely and large with plenty of sunbeds. Only dipped in the pool once as it was very cold but it was very early season and the weather was just warm.
The hotel is situated just 2 minutes away from the beautiful beachfront and loads of shops restaurants right on the doorstop.
We did the Barcelona trip with Thomsons and it is well recommended the Rep we had with us Suzzanne was so knowledgeable and knew everything you wanted to know about the city its culture and all the places to visit.
The weather for the beginning of May was pretty ok we had 4 very nice days when it was brilliant sunshine and 22deg but then by end of week it was overcast but still quite warm.
All in all can't fault the hotel or Salou it is a fab place for a holiday and if you have kids there is everything right on the doorstep theme parks , water parks , beaches all you would want.
Great breakfast if you're gluten free!
My family and I loved our stay at this hotel last summer! I'm a coeliac and I appreciate a nice breakfast, and the breakfast here was the most amazing ever! After we had informed the restaurant that I needed gluten free food, every morning when I walked in the restaurant the restaurant manager lady would go into the kitchen and get my gluten free things. I got 3 lovely heated up things every morning! This included baguettes, pain au chocolats, croissants, and little muffins!!! For tea time I just guessed what was gluten free but there's such a good range of things and I'm sure the restaurant staff would have been very helpful if I had of asked what was gluten free. This hotel is a quality hotel, very nice and also clean! The pool area and entertainment was fun. The hotel is in a great location, so close to the beach, shops, bars and everything! Quite busy when we went. The tourist train stop is just up from the hotel and is great for looking around and getting to Portaventura, however, Portaventura was so busy when we went we didn't get to go on any rides that weren't for 4 year olds. You can buy the tickets from the hotel which is convenient. We were very lucky to be in Salou when there was a firework display on the beach, it was so good. The fountain at the beach also does a show thing at 11pm every night I think. Great holiday!!!More
