Featuring an indoor pool, whirlpool bath, sauna and Turkish bath there's plenty of opportunity to close your eyes and drift away. If you want a real pamper then book in for a massage or one of the many other treatments on offer.
Myself and husband stayed here recently , with a 3 year old -it's value for money depending on time of year, downsides - beds really hard, hairdryers typical basic , no air con at this time of year , few English channels only news, nothing for kids or films for grown ups.
Food is ok and varied.
Daisy comes into the restaurant every night which is great and the entertainment lady is fab !
Great location for port aventura and Salou centre.More

Stayed here for 10 days last week and really enjoyed it.The location is excellent as it's 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the theme park so is a great choice for any family holiday.
We went half board and I must say the food was incredible and was there was different choices every night.
The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, the only problem was the paper thin walls, you can hear everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) that was going on next door.
I though the charge for the use of a fridge in the room was a bit mean also.
Overall would recommend this hotel and would have no problem returning to it myself if I was going back to Salou.More
Having previously stayed in various H10 hotels I was quite aware of the standard that was to be expected. This hotel didn't quite live up to that standard of other H10 hotels. It is a good hotel. Just felt something was missing.
We had room issues the 1st night that were resolved the next day, only through our own perseverance!
The hotel was located perfectly for ourselves. In between the beach and portaventura. There is plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
The food was standard hotel buffet food. Something for everyone.
Probably would stay here again when in Salou as the location is spot on.
From the paper thin walls, to the inability to make a hot drink in room, lack of an iron or laundry room, and poor customer service whilst making a complaint (we were asked to leave a seat we were guided to, to join a queue that didn't exist 2 mins prior). Would recommend another hotel despite the high reviews elsewhere. More

Night mare of a holiday
Went on a family holiday read good reviews on this hotel, it has not been a good holiday at all, could not fault the bar staff they were great with kids but not ment for family's kids kept getting wrong for different things and there was a lot of older people in the hostel not many kids they seem to entertain the adults more then the kids, yeah they do kids club but they hurry the night life for kids on so adults get there's not a family place at all would not go bk there with my kids at all, we requested a lower ground with having kids and yet got put in the 3rd floor then to top it off, everyone came down with a sickness bug partner was in the room for ill for 3 days then my son was the same was a night mare of a holiday, plus food chose for kids was terrible, so gutted to be making a bad review when we looked forward to this holiday so much it has to be my worst holiday ever More
