A great hotel, 10 minutes walk from the shops and seafront. Immaculately clean and very polite and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully inclusive was one of the best we've been to in Spain. Choice of good and drink was excellent. The pool areas were very busy but that's only to be expected because of school holidays. The evening entertainment was fine apart from the laser show, that was a disaster! The spa pool is lovely, 6 euros for 75 mins. We cooled off in the indoor pool which was was cooler than the outdoor pools! Would definitely return but at a quieter time.More

Would go back again tomorrow!
I have just returned from 7 nights stay at this hotel with a friend, both of us aged 22 and 23. Although I would say it is more of a family hotel, we had a fantastic time staying here and I have already looked at going back. Upon arrival, we only waited about 10 minutes for our room to be sorted. The rooms were clean and balcony was large. We overlooked the streets on the 6th floor but wasn't an issue. The only thing I would say is that you have to hang your door sign on the door if you wanted the room cleaned and fresh towels. This wasn't a problem but just something I wasn't used to as previous hotels I have stayed in clean them daily without putting a sign on the door. We tended to spend most days by the pool as the all inclusive drinks and food were great and the atmosphere around the pools were brilliant! On our first day there we got up early to get sunbeds round the larger pool, not realising that all of the entertainment took place at the other pool round the side. For the rest of the week we spent most days at the square pool and got involved in the activities the entertainment team hosted. The activities were for all ages and the entertainment team were amazing!! Particularly enjoyed Israel's aqua gym - definitely one not to be missed! Even when we didn't get involved in some of the games, they were still very entertaining to watch. We didn't find the sunbeds and issue as we are early birds any way. We were down at the pool for 8am and there are plenty of sunbeds. People were getting up early to leave towels on beds but if you start the day early enough like we did then you won't have a problem. If I was to pick a fault with anything, I would say that the sunbeds aren't very comfortable and looking very tired. We spent most evenings in the hotel, watching the entertainment put on. Bingo took place every night at 9.30pm after the children's entertainment which was very entertaining, especially when Israel and Jose were hosting it! The entertainment on most nights was very good. Was gutted about missing the popstars show as we had heard good things about it, but I think it only runs every fortnight so we missed out. The entertainment team were the centre of our holiday and just made the whole week really. Hats off to them. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great, nothing to complain about. The two staff who greet you on the door were very friendly and always smiling. The area of the hotel was great. Lots to do nearby, not far from the shops and main bars and about a 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn't an issue. We also won an hour at the spa through bingo. We hadn't planned to visit the spa but I am glad we did as it was very nice and worth a visit. I came back from my stay here urging my family to book this hotel for next year! It was great and I would definitely return tomorrow if I could.More

On our arrival we were greeted by two receptionists that while serving us continued a casual chat between themselves - (rude and unprofessional). Swimming times are between 10am-5pm-(hot country..are u kidding me) while we were out sunbathing by d pool one afternoon d lifeguard start putting away d sunbeds at 4.20pm...Really!!! on d morning of our check out before check out time ...We were finishing packing when a cleaner walked straight into our room (without knocking ).. D male staff were genuinely happy and pleasant..female looked so miserable put on fake smiles to try look good.. (didn't work) On d plus side d food was plentiful and good.More
Great hotel stayed for a week good location it is about a ten minuet walk from the beach and the shops. The food is nice although there is not much selection at breakfast but at dinner there was always something different. The hotel staff are nice and also friendly. There is two outdoor swimming pools and one indoor the indoor pool is not heated. There is also a spa for â¬6. There is a football pitch and a small park there is also a six course of putt putt golf for only â¬2. There is also 4 pool tables but there not very good (didn't have good cloth and pockets were to big there was spilled drink on some of them) and a games room. The night entertainment isn't that good for teenagers but if kids would enjoy it. You are also within walking distance to portanventura. The bus to Barcalona is about 1 hr 30 mins to 2hrs. Also happy hour is every drink half price between 8 and 9 o'clock. There is a safe that you can rent out â¬20 a week with a â¬10 deposit Wichita you get back. Overall fantastic hotel. More
Good hotel for families with children
we were with children in July 2015. Good hotel, good location. about 10 min by walk to the beach. 10 min by walk to the center. Located in the quiet place. tasty food and good choice in the restaurant. We took halfboard, but had lunches in the restaurant also. Lunch costs 12,50 EUR, for children 6,30 EUR. Compliments to the Chif-cook!More
