Rooms are too small one of the beds is right up to the wardrobe so it was not easily accessed and if somebody was asleep we could not get to it , staff were very ride when we complained , it is too cramped . Food isn't great but the location is good. A friend of mine was about to book here and when I showed her the photos she was shocked and didn't book. The hotel ruined my holidayMore

Ben J,

Good hotel

Visited the H10 vintage with my girlfriend for a week in August 2015. This was my first holiday in 10 years and I really liked the hotel it was well decorated and very clean the room we had was perfect it had a great pool view from the balcony the rooms have a TV however most of what's on is in Spanish (as the hotel is in spain) a few news stations in English but we only had the TV on once mainly as I was curious as to what we got on it so was only on for about 10 minutes. The bathroom was nice only complaint with that was the shower head it was nice and rough but was only the outer ring of the head so there was a gap in the middle of the water flow but that wasn't really a deal breaker. The only problem with the room was that the balcony door didn't lock on our first night but the following morning we went for breakfast and came up and it was fixed so that really can't be a negative. The food wasn't all to great to be honest or maybe I'm just fussy breakfast was a hit or a miss as well I wouldn't say the food was horible just not a lot of choice in my opinion can't speak for lunch as we went half board and ate out for lunch. The location is perfect a few minutes walk to the shops bars and restaurants and a supermarket literally across the road so great location. The staff were friendly and helpful and entertainment was always on at night as well as during the day activities there is also a kids club during the day and a kids disco at night so good for family's. Pool area was nice and clean. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would return.More

Just a little improvement needed!

We stayed here half board for a week. On walking into lobby it had the wow factor and I thought great I've chosen a great place! Then my holiday took a bit of a downhill moment we arrived early but couldn't get into our room till 2pm this was never mentioned to us and after being up all night angered me, the man who was speaking to us at reception was extremely cold and rude and for a moment I though I hope all the staff aren't like this. We waited around for 5 hours in the heat and feeling so tired!! Not a good start this needs to be more flexible for morning flights! On getting our key for the room after seeing the lobby our room was a let down and needed updating if I'm honest, bathroom door doesn't allow much privacy and the tiles were Black. The beds kept sliding apart so wasn't a good double, under the bed was wrappers from previous people which I was a bit disappointed in. Advice pay extra for pool side room otherwise you might be put to the back where the view isn't very welcoming. The food was good but not great, I got sick of it by the end of the hoilday. I think they need to look at getting s bigger pool, for the size of hotel it just isn't big enough. The lifeguard was a bit miserable, people would leave towels on beds and go away all day which was annoying if you wanted one for a few hours, then I put towels on to go for s swim after breakfast and she said that I had ten minutes or she would take the towels away. My partner missed breakfast and stayed with them, it was just annoying that rules mattered only sometimes. I would say this is a 3* hotel with much potential, the rest of the staff were great but didn't ever seem to have a day off! The entertainment staff did well for English and Spanish people, however this isn't English entertainment I've been to places before but these guys really did well at making sure everyone understood unlike other places I've visited. The entertainment we watched needs updated the only good thing we seen was seal tribute, others were so awful and I'm not a picky person like that! I would return with small changes made. Prices were cheapest I've had in a hotel. Staff work very hard! Not a bad location either. More
