H10 Vintage Salou

The smart H10 Vintage Salou is in a really central part of town, in easy reach of the beach, cafés, and bars.

Right in the heart of Salou, this hotel – once called the H10 Europa Park – is in a prime position among Salou’s shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also a five-minute walk from the beach.

The hotel has a Mediterranean feel that blends modern and classic design. It’s recently been spruced up, and reviews from TripAdvisor are always glowing about its pristine rooms.

A great hotel for our Salou holiday

We stayed in the H10 vintage salou in early June, the hotel was great for all of our needs and close y to everything, only a fifteen minute walk to Portaventura. The Thomas Cook rep was great, think her name was Sophie and got us tickets to a night out and silent disco. The best idea of the hotel is not being able to reserve sun beds, so at 2pm after some shopping we found somewhere to sunbath! We were upgraded upon arrival to a pool view which i would recommend. The only issue was as we had an early departure they didn't know we would be attending an early breakfast, but this was quickly turned around and they opened the restaurant for us and let us have a continental breakfast. Would highly recommend and will return! thank youMore

Hotel Great near bars and shops.

My husband and I visited this hotel in September 2015 Hotel was very clean we had a room at the back of the hotel on the third floor which was cleaned every day. Hotel staff and management were very friendly. Restaurant was a bit small for the size of the hotel as we had to wait in a line some times to get in as there was no tables when you got a table one of us would have to wait on getting drinks ordered so we could leave the table. It would have been easier if they left a card on the table that could be turned over to say if the table was occupied or Vacant. There was a lot of choice so we never went hungry.More

Ok hotel

My husband and I were at this Hotel a couple of years ago and it was amazing but we went end of September and i just dont think its as good. We were half board and i think we ate out 4 out of 7 nights. Very poor. Not as much selection as last time we were there and food luke warm. The week we were there was full of OAPs with an odd family. We got upgraded to pool view which was nice but on hindsight think we wud of been betta at back. Very noisy. You would think entertainment was on our balcony. Doors to balcony so thin. Weather was awful. Rain/thundetstorm the lot. No one was ever in pool. Freezing. Think we had 3 days out of 7 sunshine. Think this hotel has gone downhill a bit since we were last there. If we ever return to Salou it will be to a different hotel. Very disapointed afta our last visit.More

Avoid Dinner

Booked a late week here at beginning of October was reasonably confident having stayed in H10 hotels before and had never been disappointed. The public areas were large and well maintained with free wifi and a pleasant bar . The pool area was really well maintained with a lovely clean pool and bar service. Our room, on the first floor, was clean comfortable, had fridge, safe, hairdryer, air con and daily towel change. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, reception spoke good English were happy to advise on transport and order taxis. Tea and coffee facilities were available for 15 euros a week and this included replenishment the of tea, coffee and milk daily. The room safe was free but there was a 20 euro charge for the fridge however this did include 10 bottles of water. The hotel was close to the official information bureau, was five minutes walk from the beach and main bus routes and the local area was well served with supermarkets and bars. Now the downside: Firstly, during the day in the public areas and in the dining room at mealtime children were permitted to race round chasing each other and making a racket. On one occasion a child rode a skateboard round the reception area unchecked. Secondly, the food at breakfast was fine with a reasonable choice of hot and cold items all replenished very quickly. Dinner was another story food on our first night was fine but sadly deteriorated in choice and quality thereafter. Often food was poorly labelled for example fish dishes were simply labelled "fish" and main courses were not hot enough. Despite the show cooking counter there was little in the way of interest. I think that I am correct when I say that in a week there was one roast offered and on two occasions morning sausages were proferred at dinner. On the whole a pleasant hotel but not by the standards of previous H10 hotels 4starMore

Excellent hotel for a very attractive price

It is a large hotel. Restaurant facilities are limited to an open buffet, which is simple, but absolutely good. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are perfect. The only disadvantage is sometimes the noise from the nearby road, especially at nightMore
