This smart-looking place is in a really central part of town, ideal for the beach, cafés, and bars. Back at the hotel, the main pool comes with a separate children's zone. An al fresco cocktail bar and an international buffet restaurant are on hand, too.
Right in the heart of Salou, this hotel used be called the H10 Europa Park and is in a prime position for shops, bars and restaurants. It’s also less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Even PortAventura Park is within walking distance – just 15 minutes away, although there are regular buses to get you there and back.
As for the hotel itself, it’s fairly low-rise with a Mediterranean feel that blends modern and classic design. It has been really spruced up and refurbished, and reviews from TripAdvisor are always glowing about how clean this place is.
Up in the bedrooms, meanwhile, you'll find bright, modern spaces. Whitewashed walls stand out against chunky dark wooden furniture. Bedside tables and lamps have splashes of fuchsia or lime for a pop of colour. And the finishing touch - plasma TVs.
The sun terrace features 2 swimming pools – one for adults and another for little ones. The children's one boasts a mushroom-shaped fountain.
The restaurant is a serve-yourself affair, with a selection of international dishes on offer. Evenings see on-the-spot cooking stations with a different grill or carvery each night. For pre-dinner cocktails head for the bar which has a covered terrace by the pool.

I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for the first 2 weeks in June and we loved every second of it! This was our second holiday to salou and our first time staying at this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel in a very Central location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and the main town centre. There are food shops and bars near by and a bus stop on the road outside. The hotel is right next to one of the main roads in and out of Salou but there is no noise at all from the traffic, even when sitting on the balcony. The lobby is well decorated and is air conditioned with plenty of sofa's and a big tv for when the heat gets the better of you! The wifi in the lobby is free and is very quick! We were able to have video calls with our families back home. The bedrooms are a good size, and very clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are modern with a great shower. The only downside we found is the lack of privacy. the bathroom "door" is a frosted glass panel with no lock, and large gaps at the top and bottom, much like a public toilet cubicle door! The balcony was a nice size too. We had requested a pool view room at the travel agents but we were not guaranteed it, when we arrived we found our room was at the other side of the hotel looking over to a small park across a quiet road and to be honest I'm glad we got that room. It was out of the sun later in the day so gave the room a chance to cool down before bed time and the evening pool side entertainment was quite loud so we weren't disturbed by the noise at our side of the hotel. The meals were great. My girlfriend is a fussy eater but in the 14 nights we stayed there, she always had a good breakfast and dinner. All buffet style so plenty to choose from. There are a few tables outside at the pool area which are nice to sit at with breakfast. There is a bar area which sells drinks and ice cream, with a seating area and a pool table. The pool area was always clean with plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The pool itself is quite big and again always clean. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and when we return to salou for the 3rd time we will without a doubt be staying here. Thanks to everyone at H10 Vintage for an enjoyable stay.More
Stayed at this hotel in May 2014, good deal half board from a travel agents. Upon arrival due to early flights we were not able to check in till afternoon which was a bit frustrating when already tired but our cases were looked after whilst we had a look around the area/lunch. Rooms were a great Size and had a balcony (our view wasn't the greatest) but we wernt there to enjoy the balcony! Food was good and the desserts fantastic however they felt a bit repetitive by the end. Times for eating did feel a bit restrictive at times but other than that great, we just made sure to avoid when it was busy as very long queues. We didn't really use the bar nor poor but they both looked good. We did attempt to watch some entertainment but not much to our taste. We were very much the youngest in this hotel. Staff helpful when needed assistance and rooms cleaned every day. Only reason I voted four for overall despite voting 5 everywhere else was due to nighttime entertainment and the wait to check in on the first day. Location was great, walkable distance to everywhere including portadventura (tip: we got a deal with a sweet company on tickets so much cheaper tickets than what tour operators were offering) very touristy area so if you want to see history etc you will want to go further afield, good transport routes and great deals to Barcelona with the local bus company also! (again do this rather than booking with your tour operator) Overall; I loved our holiday and the hotel was great.More

Visited this hotel with my girlfriend at the beginning of June for 10 days. Upon arrival the lobby is extremely impressive with loads of seats and areas to relax with a large TV which always had the football on it(was the world cup while we were there). Reception staff were quite nice but there English wasn't great although the understood you for the most part. Rooms were nice not the largest but big enough for the two of us. Pool was quite small and getting a sun lounger and keeping it was two different things. If you left the pool area for an length of time the lifeguard removed your towel from the lounger and the pool never open till 9 and the privacy provided by surrounding palm trees blocked out sunlight in many of the areas. The restaurant was fine always something for everyone's taste but got repetitive after a few days and you had to pay for any drinks you have even with all-inclusive. Breakfast was probably the best meal of the day and was actually worth getting up for which isn't always the case on holiday. Location was quite good walking distance from beachfront which had all the shops, bars etc. The place itself wasn't great for us mainly just bars and restaurants which in general were expensive. In terms of clubs there wasn't much happening and most places weren't that busy but I think this had more to do with us going to early in the season. Would recommend the location and hotel although I wouldn't return as once you've seen it there's nothing worth seeing again.More

A lovely stay in Salou
We stayed at the H10 Vintage hotel in Salou six times and never found a fault with anything at all. The staff in the restaurant bar & reception are always ready to help in anyway possible and always kind & considerate. Gemma on reception is always very polite & thoughtful & will always do her best to help with any requests. We will visit again soon & look forward to more of the same high standards at this hotel.More

Great location, fabulous staff, tasty local food and sensible bar prices!
Arrived for a weekend getaway, the check-in was quietly efficient, the large and airy public areas featuring some quality designer furniture with modern decor and free WiFi. The room was very clean and simply furnished with two king size beds and a door opening into a balcony. We were blessed with good weather, the pool was very pleasant along with the very efficient bar staff, delivering drinks direct to your sun bed; very agreeable. The hotel is located a short walk from the main tourist area and there are plenty of local eateries within a shirt stroll, we had a hire care and plenty of free parking. The hotel had a broad mix of international and European guests staying, the main groups being French. The only downside to this hotel was the traffic noise, even with windows closed. A nice, quality hotel in a good location if you are looking for relaxing break in a proper Spanish hotel, this could be an ideal choice.More
