There’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5 year-olds, @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, and all sessions are themed so fun is guaranteed. We’ve also introduced The Hangout - where teens from 12 to 15 can chill out and relax in their own space. Nearly all our Kids’ Clubs are free, with evening activities available at a small charge. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids Club team are trained to UK standards and have undergone relevant checks.
Children have their very own pool. And to top it off, there's a fish-shaped slide and a climbing frame in the water.

Did the title of my review catch your attention? Excellent, let me explain! Myself, my husband and our 2 children (aged 13 & 9) have just returned from a lovely 7 night stay here, on an all inclusive basis. The hotel is well situated, 10 mins walk from the beach and the lively and vibrant centre of Salou. Our room was clean (I did check under the beds on departure for anything we may have left behind and found dust and hair, which I was disappointed about) and well equipped. The lobby area is very cool, thanks to great air con! The pools and pool side area was also clean and well maintained, as was the restaurant and outside eating/seating area. There is free Wifi! The hotel staff here are brilliant, especially the bar men, Massi, San, Juan and Jesus (Chico Malo!) they are friendly, attentive and hard working. Coca Cola, Smirnoff and other well known brands of drinks are available. We found the food to be of a good quality and varied. It was always hot and we didn't struggle to find something we all liked. The a la carte restaurant is an absolute must visit. Snacks are available daily from the bar and include pizza, chips, hot dogs and Walls ice creams! Now to the title my review, I have been to many hotels with various rules regarding the reservation of sun beds. This hotel has no rules, which means that if you want any chance of getting a parasol (as you do when you have children) or a decent spot around the pool you have no choice but to join the mass of sun seekers queuing in the foyer from 7am to reserve your spot. It was ridiculous, there were grown men (some who were ignorant, rude, foul mouthed and childish) and woman rising early, and once the doors opened at 8am running to grab the sun loungers in the prime spots. Don't dilly dally, or have a lie in, or you've had it! Finally, the TUI reps. Kids team, Emma, Daniela, Lily etc, I cannot fault. Adam and some of the others, however I can and I'm sorry but they made no effort to interact with the guests (or at least us they didn't) or learn anyone's names, the games in the pool with the inflatables were poorly organised and explained, which resulted in the children having no idea what they should have been doing and what should have been a good 20-30 mins of fun turned into 5-8 mins of a free for all mass of confusion and mayhem, which was, in my opinion dangerous. The music quiz was full of factual errors and the singing left a lot to be desired. Overall we had a fab time at this hotel, we met some lovely people,( the names of whom I didn't get, but if you read this I think you'll know who I am) and made some memories that will last with us all forever. We just returned from our holiday to Salou and stayed in this hotel. Not sure if we went to the same one as some of the people who've left reviews on here because we thought it was really good. Yes you have the issue of people reserving sun beds but get that everywhere and it's happened for as long as I've been going on holiday! The rooms were basic but adequate and were cleaned daily, the pool was great and not too cold - there were inflatables but not overwhelming and the pool was basically empty over lunch. The food was abundant, fresh and delicious and was buffet style; I'd suggest not going all inclusive if you want more variety although I'm not sure what else you could want - they had everything! Staff were helpful and we never had to wait more than a minute to be served. I saw them working 14 hours a day and were always polite even if they weren't smiling permanently. Overall we had a great time and would recommend. More
Decent all inclusive
Great hotel if you have kids! If you don't I would avoid to be honest. All inclusive has things that even the fussiest eater would find something to eat. Didn't watch the entertainment too much but what we saw was a bit strange and not very good. Pool was always clean - comes with the standard British need to get up early to have a sun bed warning. Rooms were always cleaned to a decent standard although the maids weren't great at taking an obvious bin bag with them. Hotel front desk staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms are great for a family of 4 or 5 (if one of them is a baby) and could easily fit that many. More

Fantastic Family Holiday !
We stayed here for the first two weeks in July, having never been to Salou before it was new to us, we were not disappointed we stayed in room 515 which was on the outside of the building (I would have preferred a pool view so they are possibly the even numbered rooms. The room was spacious and it was great to have the second bedroom because we were a family of 4 with one Child and one Grandparent so having the extra beds was great! The rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was very clean considering the number of guests they did an excellent job, the staff were very friendly, Boris at reception was great and the bar staff who worked extremely hard were always polite and cheerful despite long shifts, Massi (sp?) was always on the ball! The entertainment team worked tirelessly and there were shows that came on site were great - two in particular stuck out for me, I believe they were both from South Africa - one was a Village People Tribute band and the other The Jackson 5 they were both fantastic. We did two trips (Booked via a local tour company) one was to Valencia as we have friends there and the other to Barcelona both value for money, we also visited the beach however the sun beds were 25 euro's for two so quite expensive so we hired a pedalo which had a slide on it for 15 euro's for the hour which was great fun - all in all a fantastic holiday Thank you Avenida Suites!More

Met at reception by the lovely staff at this great hotel, all the reps were very helpful.the hotel it's self is very clean the cleaning staff very friendly and work hard.entertainment team (reps) work so hard to keep all the little ones entertained our 2 grandchildren loved it.the food was very nice not a lot of choice but very tasty wot was on offer.bar staff brilliant.the pools were good but need the mould cleaning off round it.we cud always get a sun bed wot ever time we went, only thing which needs sorting is wen people get a sun bed and don't go on it till late afternoon tip if they are not used till 1pm towels shud be taken off then other families can use them.the roads pavements and shops around this hotel are in need of repair and updating they look very scruffy, but near the sea front it is beautiful the soroundings near it are lovely.we had a day at prtuventura great day out.we all have a great time at this hotel due to the hard working and friendly staff.More
