Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, our Kids’ Clubs offer two hours of activities, six days a week. To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. There’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5 year-olds, @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, and all sessions are themed so fun is guaranteed. We’ve also introduced The Hangout - where teens from 12 to 15 can chill out and relax in their own space. Nearly all our Kids’ Clubs are free, with evening activities available at a small charge. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids Club team are trained to UK standards and have undergone relevant checks.
Children have their very own pool. And to top it off, there's a fish-shaped slide and a climbing frame in the water.
Hidden away from all the hustle and bustle outdoors is the indoor pool, a whirlpool bath and sunloungers.

We stayed at the hotel in june with my daughter and 2yrs old grandson, from arriving to leaving the staff were Amazing. I e mailed the hotel to ask for a pool veiw and we received it as she even remembered I had emailed them .the suites were large and clean the staff are very helpful. there is a lady called anna who works in the restaurant meeting guests as they go in, my grandson thought she was brilliant she greeted him every day remembering his name the food was beautiful different choices every day. We will hopefully be going back soon THANKS FOR A FAB FAMILY HOLIDAYMore
We came here for a week all inclusive in June and will definitely return. The hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned everyday including fresh bedding and towels. The room was big enough and had kettle fridge and microwave plus hair dryer in the bathroom. The food was lovely, so much choice and all appeared to be fresh. The puddings were gorgeous. The staff in the restaurant are friendly and Ana is brilliant with children- she taught our son some spanish! All the staff are a credit to the hotel. The receptionists, bar staff and cleaners are lovely and helpful. The tui staff were brilliant. So friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Kirsty, Bobbi, Adam and all the other entertainment staff -sorry we can't remember all their names, were fantastic and the evening entertainment was really good. Our shy 8 year old loved getting up dancing for download on an evening. The layout of the room can make it awkward to see the stage depending where you get a seat. The location is good, 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach and resort centre. You will get hassled in the streets from people trying to get you in their shops and restaurants and some shop owners target the children to get them in the shops. We were in room 608 and found it very quiet. The only downside was having to get up early to get a sunbed. The doors were locked until 8am but it was difficult to find a space in the day. Plenty of sunbeds but not much room to put them out. The pools were good and very clean. A splash pool with slides, a shallow and deep one and a roof splash pool. The pools were cold when we were there but we had 3 days of cloud and rain. There is an indoor pool but its small. Daytime activities take place like football and volleyball and the tui staff walk round the pool to ask if people want to join in but they don't pester people. There is a safe in the room which you have to pay for but you get some of it back when you check out and there is also a tourist tax to pay. The hotel has free wifi which we found worked fine unless you were at the far side of the pool.More
Just come back from a 10 night all inclusive stay and i want to go back already! Lovely looking hotel, very clean and fresh smelling as soon as you walk in. AMAZING hotel and Thomson staff, the hotel staff really do make the holiday extra special. Best points include: excellent table service for drinks during evening, clean modern rooms, baby/toddler room downstairs with cots, steriliser, changing room, childrens books, aptamil milk powder and baby cereal, great local acts in the evening, decent food The only points of improvement i would suggest are for the sterilisers you hire to be updated as they are quite old. The first two we were given didnt work. Also, parts of the pool could use a little clean as there are bits of mould around It was amazing hotel and holiday. I would certainly recommendMore
Really nice hotel
Whole bus was going to this hotel so was dreading check in, however it was fast and painless. Really impressed with the hotel on arrival, clean and smelt wonderful. Rooms are nice but the air con isn't great! All areas are clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is good, always hot and plenty of choice. We've used the kids club (free) and nighttime parties (these cost extra €7-€10) a few times, staff are great and the kids loved it. Obviously this hotel is geared towards families so can be very noisy at times... We've not eaten out as we are AI but had a few cocktails on the beach, worth a trip down if you fancy stretching your legs. Would recommend this hotel and resort. More
Great family hotel - Avoid if you don't have kids though!
Can't knock the hotel for what it is, all about the kids, but if you're not going with kids or don't want kid overload then avoid it. The staff, food, location, amenities were all excellent but the constant barrage of noise meant we didn't get anywhere near the level of relaxation we wanted. Thomson need to be a lot clearer in their definition of this hotel so people know what they're letting themselves in for. We are kid tolerant, have 2 of our own, but Thomsons description does not prepare you for the fact that nearly everything is done for the kids or the number of children there, at least 2 kids to every adult! Wouldn't go back. More
