There’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5 year-olds, @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, and all sessions are themed so fun is guaranteed. We’ve also introduced The Hangout - where teens from 12 to 15 can chill out and relax in their own space. Nearly all our Kids’ Clubs are free, with evening activities available at a small charge. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids Club team are trained to UK standards and have undergone relevant checks.
Children have their very own pool. And to top it off, there's a fish-shaped slide and a climbing frame in the water.
Hidden away from all the hustle and bustle outdoors is the indoor pool, a whirlpool bath and sunloungers.

Perfect for the families
Was here for an international soccer tournament with my son. Can't ask better for large group of hyperactive kids. The staff is super patient. The rooms are large and the buffet is OK. The pool is not heated in April, but there is a second one in the basement. Ask for a pool sided room, there is too much noise in the street at night with all the people coming back from parties. Don't go there for a romantic week-end... WIFI super slowMore
Plenty of swimming pool options
They have a small indoor pool with jacuzzi. A main pool outdoors with shallow and deep end and jacuzzi. A small child's pool with small slides. Another pool for kids on the terraced area above the dinning room. Hotel was lovely and clean. Definitely try to get a room overlooking the pool, as other views from rooms aren't very nice. Mostly over looking into other hotels. Food is edible. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, however, only a couple of the Thompson reps were kind and helpful.More
We visited this hotel in April 2015. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 2. The hotel is a short coach journey from the airport. It is clean and the staff are second to none. They could not do enough for you. One of the children in our party suffers from a cows milk allergy. We had emailed ahead to ask the hotel if they could accommodate this. As soon as we entered the restaurant we met a lovely lady named Anna. She greeted all the guests and made it a mission every meal to personally take my sister / brother in law and my niece to the food area and showed them what had no dairy. The chefs also became very accustomed to our nieces needs and whenever they saw us greeted us warmly and advised what was dairy free. The hotel is very clean. The pools are great for the kids and adults. There was daily activities in the pool. There's a wide selection of great food to suit all tastes. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. The shops are about the same distance away. The rooms are very spacious. There's a separate bedroom and a small area to prepare drinks and small meals. The balconies are large. We were lucky to have a view of the pool. We go to salou a lot and This is definitely the best hotel we have stayed at and is a must for families! We will certainly be looking to stay here again on our future trips to salou More
This review is quite late. I stayed here in September term time. And I must say, I will definitely be returning. I traveled with my husband and 2 sons,6 & 16. As soon as we stepped into the main lobby there was a member of staff to greet us and help us with our rooms which I found lovely. Getting our room keys was very quick and easy which was very good as I had an irritable 6 year old. We stayed in an apartment which consisted of 1 double bed in the main area, a separate room with 2 single beds, a lounge area with a desk, sofa and tv, a little kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. We were quite disappointed that we didn't have a poolside view but that's our own fault for not requesting one. However we did have a view of the portaventura theme park which looked amazing at night. I expected the beds to be like every other hotel but I was surprised at how comfy they were. The hotel itself is faultless. There's always something to do. Inside the main area is a games room which consists of air hockey, claw machines and your typical arcade games. My sons loved this room. The main bar was very spacious with plenty of spaces to sit. There are 2 pool tables in the bar area which cost â¬2 which came in very handy. Outside you can access the bar still and there are many tables you can sit at. We were very lucky with this pool as it was very large and certainly not a basic pool. There is also 2 kiddy pools, one with a few small slides and the other on the terrace. There is also darts, table tennis, football, a park and a 'teens' hangout area where my older son usually went. The restaurant isn't amazing but there's always something to cater for everyone. The staff here are absolutely amazing. Some of the loveliest people I've met. The ladies on reception were lovely and always happy to help. Anna, who works at the restaurant, was an absolute sweetheart making sure everyone is doing fine. My youngest loved her. The bar staff were fantastic, always smiling and chatting to the guests. Special mention to Sarr who is an absolute star. He couldn't have been more lovely. Overall I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars. It's just a lovely hotel that makes you feel welcome. We will definitely be returning next year. More
Family memories ð
We stayed here for our 2nd visit mid September! This year we brought our mother and father in law along with our 3 year old! This hotel was a pleasant surprise the first time we got a last minute (June 2015) this year we were delighted as it has been given a slight face lift with an extra restaurant! the food is delicious every meal everyday was something different and tasty! Our 3 year old was in her element with the fresh fruit and pasta! The pool had the usual sunbed rush but there are plenty of beds and space to go around. There is a playground and kids pool along with kids club during the day and entertainment at night! Perfect for any family!mother and father in law were so impressed they ate every meal in the hotel!and the whiskey was a bonus all inclusive! We are looking forward to returning in September 17!More
