Stayed in this hotel for a week recently with my partner and 2 year old daughter. We loved the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful across the whole hotel. Our cleaning lady was also very nice giving our daughter a lollipop and a toy one morning. The area is quiet with not much in the lines of bars or restaurants but salou and la pineda aren't far away and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The pool is a little cold until about 1 o clock so we did other activities until then. Overall 5 stars from usMore
We travelled here for 1 week and we will never return. I agree 100% with the reviews about the dirty towels and bed linen. We left our dirty towels in the bath but when the cleaners replaced them, with so called clean towels, they were just as bad. The towels were grey and old and smelt of dampness. The bed linen was changed once in the whole week (I have never been bitten by insects on a holiday and I was eat alive on this one - maybe the dirty sheets had something to do with it). The Hotel is run down and in bad need of upgrading especially for the prices they are charging to stay here. The week we stayed very few people hung around for the entertainment in the evening, as it was so bad. The entertainment during the day was nonexistent especially for the kids.
One problem we had was the lock on our apartment door broke as we were on our way out for dinner on the Sunday evening - security arrived, had a look and said they couldn't fix it, they said they would move us to another room but when they came back to us they said they had no free room to move us to and that they'd get somebody up to us on Monday at 12pm to fix the door. My husband managed to lock the door securely but while we were out that evening somebody went back to the room to attempt to fix the lock on the door but failed and thought it was ok to leave our apartment door open, as they hadn't managed to lock it, with the whole frame of the door hanging off. When I went to reception the next morning Paula had the audacity to blame my husband on leaving the door open, she was unhelpful and just passed the blame on to us. She wasn't one bit bothered that our apartment door had been left open all evening. Luckily we had a safe so our valuables were locked away. The staff in this hotel are nice, if you don't have to go to them with a problem, but if you have a problem forget about getting any help from them.
Finally, a WARNING to all parents thinking of travelling here with young children - if you get a room on the 5th floor (like we did with a 2 year old) the access to the Hotel's Solarium Roof Terrace is on the corridor of this floor and is left wide open all day (it directly faces the lifts) so children can just wander freely out onto the terrace. We had to strap our 2 year old to us everytime we went out onto the corridor. The balconies in the apartments are not much better, we had to put our buggy against the door so our 2 year old couldn't get onto the balcony, as they are very unsafe.More

Nice hotel but very noisy
We stayed here for a wk with our 2 year old, it was in the two bedroom apartment which has a 'kids den', basically bunk beds and a tv in the second bedroom. The other room had a double bed. There was also a little garden type area which was accessed by patio doors and private. Overall we had a good stay, the apartments are very clean, towels changed when left in the bath, plenty cutlery etc. You could rent a hand blender which would be handy if travelling with young children. We didnt use the kids pool but it looked ok, they have a slide type set for kids awsell. The hotel is literally at the bus stop which is good for going to Salou or La Pineda or of you wanted to travel to Barcelona etc. Wifi is a rip off at â¬25 and I think wifi should be free to residents in every hotel. The biggest issue is the noise from the hotel next door. Every night the music when on until 12, midnight. We found it very loud as our apartment was pool facing and the H10 is on the other side of the pool. For that reason we wouldnt return. The beach is downhill so would be difficult for older people. We walked to La Pineda everyday, about 20 mins and a fab beach, restaurants.More
Visited this hotel on the 6th Sept 2015 for a week with our 3 year old grandson, we found the hotel needed updating as it is looking a little tired, the towels were in an absolutely awful condition as the were always Gray and smelt awful plus some of them were threadbare, the bed linen was also in need of upgrading as there were rips in a lot we had on the beds, The pools were nice especially the kiddies one although the slabs needed a good pressure wash as they were in grained and looked dirty, they also needed lights around the pool over night, also every night the music was very loud from the hotel opposite and it went on very late so anyone with children, or older visitors found it hard to sleep.
The rooms were adequate for just a week, and we had the fire alarm go off twice due to people smoking in the rooms and was a bit worrying as they just switched them off after actually going to check the room which i feel could have been very dangerous.
overall it was only an ok holiday More

Went here for a week with my family,we took our 3 children and they were looking forward to it for weeks, the room was basic, didn't even have an electric kettle, our bed sheets weren't changed for the whole week either were our towels,
It was dirty in the apt.the entertainment was bingo and quiz nights, the pool was freezing and around the pool area was dirty, the food was horrible,it cost us a lot of money and we were disappointed, don't let the internet pictures fool you,for the money you could get a much nicer place,I wouldn't go back if we got it for nothing.the last few days of our holiday we didn't come back to the hotel till it was time for bed an uncomfortable bed may I add.More
