We stayed here for a week in September 2015 and and it's only now I'm reviewing it after months of dealing with the implications. Me and my daughter were bitten to pieces from what I can only allude to it being the dirty bed linen and sheets. I've spent a small fortune on doctors appointments and creams. My daughter still has scars and scratches on her legs and myself on my arms. The only place we were away was in your hotel and we noticed within a few days there red itchy hives appearing on is. The barbecue we paid for was awful. The food very substandard. I would not return to or recommend this hotel.More
We had a wonderful stay in July .Arparment clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic but plentiful .The staff so friendly and helpful nothing at all was too much trouble. There is an area for adults only to sunbathe on the roof terrace ,some days only 2 people up there,so very relaxing with amazing views . We had lovely walks into Salou most evenings .Lots of restaurants and entertainment.I would definitely return to this hotel. It was great value booked last minute .More

Great hotel but with food issues.
I stayed here June 2015 with my boyfriend. The lady at reception was very friendly and polite. The room was fantastic, amazing view of the sea and very clean too. There is entertainment every night (bingo and disco), but honestly, the hotel opposite had amazing entertainment and were very welcoming even though we were not staying there. The food was very greasy and fairly expensive. But I definitely would stay here again. More

Hotel is fantastic, great for families, kids club for children, lots of activities to keep the interested! Staff our great, got to know us all on our first year of staying, knew us the second time we came back, place is clean, lots of entertainmen, great distance from the salou town! Just a fab holiday both times we stayed and we all plan on coming back to this hotel again in the futureMore
Really good place for families
Don't listen to the bad reviews about the pool being too cold our kids loved it and were in the pool for hours , yes the pool was cold but isn't most outdoor pools. If you were to book for summer the pool could be a bit crowded. We stayed for a week end of Oct 15 , the hotel is very clean our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels left. The food and drink was reasonable to eat in.The supermarket on site was very handy and cheap. Eddie the entertainer was very good and did a lot for the kids and adults. The hotel is a couple of miles out of Salou but that wasn't an issue as buses run every 10 mins. I would definitely recommend this and there was a good restaurant down the hill called The Tropical.More
