Beauty treatments like chocolate body wraps, peeling, therapeutic massage, anti-cellulite message, facial massage, foot reflexology, tired legs massage and hot stone massage are on offer. There's also a sauna, whirlpool bath, hydrotherapy pool, steam room, thermal shower, jet showers and vichy shower here too.
The hotel staff mainly are very pleasant and friendly. You do get the odd one who struggles to smile âºï¸. However they do work very long hours and consecutive days. On the whole this is a very good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. The showers are amazingly powerful. The room facilities of safe, fridge and kettle with tea and coffee is at no extra charge. The wifi is a hit or a miss however in the rooms. The entertainment is varied at night some of which is very good i.e. Il Divo, the ballet and the flamenco dancers. The magician was also good and some of the singers were bearable. Happy Hour 8.30- 10pm otherwise the drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. Cocktail of the day usually a good bet! The food is delicious and there is a great variety. Themed night each Wednesday and good effort made by staff and chef. Indoor Spa pool and jacuzzi are fabulous. Tired legs treatment well worth the money. Downsides to Hotel Florida Spa were small outdoor pool, sun-loungers in need of replacing as some were torn, not enough cushions for loungers and they were stained and smelled musty. You need to ask for a high floor if over looking the Marina as the fair ground for the children is active till 2am YES 2am!! Also sometimes there is a busker, who stations himself there. He Is very good but loud. We were there to celebrate our special anniversary which the hotel was aware of yet they made NO effort which kind of spoiled the day. Will I go back to Hotel Florida Spa? No. Did I enjoy it though? Yes! More
4 Star Hotel at very good value
Hotel location is excellent right in the mixer of the town and opposite the beach. The breakfast and evening meal service again is excellent- a good choice in a relaxed dinner hall. Never seems super busy even for August. Pool and surrounding area is a little small however we have had no trouble getting a sunbed. Rooms are excellent, clean, good AC, free tea and coffee facilities and free use of a a safe in the room. Plenty of different bars in the hotel and evening entertainment.
Also worth is a mention is that the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the costal train station which travels up and down the coast like popping on a tram, eg benalmadena takes 10 minutes and a return is â¬3.50
florida,the best hotel in fuingerola
Just back from 2 weeks @ the Florida, another great holiday.Have been to this hotel many times, and its first class. We love the whole package. Its ideal position just near the beaches, which are terrific, run for miles along the Spanish coastline.Staff are all helpful, polite, nothing is too much for them.Always great weather in august too,out of season it's still warmer than UK,but there can be rain. Will be back again be sure of that,we love Florida.More

We came back from here a week ago and i must say i had a fantastic holiday. The Hotel was excellent it was very clean and rooms cleaned everyday, toiletries stocked up every day, which consisted of a 2 toothbrushes with a little tube of toothpaste, 2 shower gels, 2 shampoos, 2 small bars of soap, 2 shower caps and also a comb i was surprised at these as you usually don't get all these things at hotels. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee, sugar, milk which was also re-stocked every day. We had a room on the 11th floor and even though i don't like heights much i must say the views were great, we looked to the left and had a view of the sea and the mariner and to the right we had views of the mountains and you could have a good nose at what was going on around you. We were also poolside so when there was entertainment of an evening around the pool we could sit on the balcony and listen to it if we didn't want to go down there. The beds were also comfy which is a plus side. The food was lovely you could not fault anything. I had a cooked dinner every night and there was plenty to choose from, i think if you say you can't find anything to eat there you must be the fussiest eater going. There were happy hours on at different times round the hotel so it was cheaper to buy a drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and i must also say a well done to all those staff in the kitchen for all the brilliant food they cooked and they were also very friendly too. The pool wasn't big but it was plenty big enough. If you want to exchange money or book a trip go to Ruebens which is not too far from the hotel as they do very good deals for both and are friendly. If you want to go for some decent Tapas go to Postif on the Marina they are cheap, friendly and tapas are very tasty. There is also a sports bar by the bus station called the Admiral they are cheap and do lovely cakes, coffee, and tapas. I loved this place and definitely will be going back there. I also had an all over massage in the hotel and i thoroughly enjoyed it,it was well worth the 50 euros. The spa pool was relaxing with beds in the one pool and chairs. We stopped for two weeks and i still didn't want to come home afterwards. A must place to go. It was also my Birthday while i was there and they posted me a little postcard with a Birthday message on it which i thought was very nice of them.More
