Cortijo el Albaricoque is a charming rural villa set some 4km outside Frigiliana village, the last few hundred metres being on a rough, unmade track. It has proved to be an instant success with our guests enjoying the wonderful panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Frigiliana and the Sierra Tejada in the background.
The shaded terrace at the front of the house overlooking the swimming pool offers a welcome retreat for those escaping the hot summer heat in the middle of the day and also houses an outdoor barbecue ideal for al fresco living.
The interior of the villa is designed for relaxed villa life with cool ceramic floors and rustic wooden furniture. There are two comfortable bedrooms (one double and one twin) sharing a shower room. The attractive separate kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, a microwave and a small table for breakfast and daytime snacks. The large open plan lounge-dining room offers a larger table for more formal meals and comfy sofas with satellite TV. The utility room outside houses the washing machine and provides a convenient extra WC.
