Great location, very friendly staff and helpful. Food excellent, would recommend staying here. Stayed on 5th floor, fantastic views over the beach and sea. Pool and hot tub on either side. Breakfast with cava was inspirational.More

Nice hotel in the nicest part of Benidorm. The food in the restaurant was spot on, as was the service. The view from the room as mentioned previously was lovely. Very clean with nightly turndown. Big tv in room, but no English channels worked. The pool is a dip pool, the jacuzzi only heated to a low heat and the steam room only operates upon request. Don't know if children are welcome, however I feel its geared towards adults only. Excellent wifi! More
love the views around the place and a relaxing drink near the bar area on comfy chairs
to get to this place you have to climb loads of stairs but the hotel itself is nessled on a cliff top with you facing the gorgeous sea as I sat there the big windows showed me a speed boat going by and views of peacock island in the distance This hotel is ideal in the evenings for a meal and a nice drink and it was a pleasant experience from myself just sitting there on a comfortable sofa watching the world go by I hope to visit this place again some day and the beach below the hotel to in the evenings it is amusing to see the staff at the hotel banging tins outside to scare off the cats who climb the rocks up to the hotel (something different I suppose)More
Just about perfect.
It's very nice here, very nice indeed. Fancied a few days with a bit better weather than the UK in mid Feb, found some good flights and decided on the Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique. We'd looked at this gaff a few times and decided the time of year was perfect to visit so booked direct with hotel on a hassle free easy to use website. Arrived a bit early for room but the complimentary drinks and very pleasant lobby / bar area, with great views down to the new town beach area made the short wait very pleasant. Actual check-in was a breeze - as you would expect - but still nice. Booked one of the standard rooms - for want of a better word which has (I believe all rooms have similar) - floor to ceiling windows with the same great view as the lobby. The room is not huge but more than big enough. Well appointed with all the usual amenities you would expect. Plenty of sockets to plug ya electrics in and more to the point they had them in the correct areas - by the bed, by the mirror, at the desk etc - it's a little thing but again nice. Bed comfortable with loads of pillows - we lost some after the first night! Couldn't figure out why, decided we'd sort it next morning and then found them all neatly under the bed in a little storage area - that's my top tip - look under the bed! Good shower and spa bath, plenty of towels and all those nice smelly things to wash with. Small roof-top plunge pool with a couple of sun-loungers and chairs, drinks served as required on the roof - not a bar as such but not a hassle to order. Air con decent - cos surprisingly it was a lot warmer than we expected during the day and those geet big windows can warm the room up a bit. Breakfast was very good, huge selection all delivered to ya table or on the terrace should you wish - only when the weather will let you. Evening meal - not a huge selection but should be enough to please all but the most demanding / fussy / pedantic bodies that decide to eat there. All presented well and most importantly tasted great. All the staff are really helpful and cheerful - not all great English but I can point at a menu with the best of them, so it wasn't an issue and I don't expect perfect English everywhere anyway, nor should you, so behave yourself and practice a bit Spanish. Location is just about perfect in the Old Town and a short stroll to wherever you want to go when you stagger away from the breakfast table. Now for the bit that impressed me the most;- I have allergies, one of which is an intolerance of lilies - the smell has a very diverse affect on me which can sometimes result in vomiting. I was feeling ill and asked if they could be removed from an adjacent table while we had an evening meal our first night. Not only did they remove then, every time we went into the restaurant for breakfast they removed them from the room, they even offered to remove then entirely, but as long as I am not real close to them it's not really an issue most of the time. Mind if it was jasmine! Now that's a different story that you don't really need to know about in this review. Yup, it might not seem like a big deal to you, you might even be thinking wuss! But that little gesture for a person who is only staying 4 nights is what made this place a little bit special for us - attention to detail and the well-being of ya guests - I was impressed at such a simple gesture to make our stay just a little bit better. Couldn't find fault, not even a little one. You can obviously find a lot cheaper in Benidorm but if you want to treat yaself without breaking the bank the Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique is highly recommended.More
