Life more luxurious
Fantastic adult hotel. Staff are very attentive and seek to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast is first class, with waiter service, real treat. Jacuzzi bath in room is great, along with sea view, and complimentary robes to enable total relaxation. Great location too More
From the moment we arrived the service was second to none. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the junior suite was simply perfect with everything you would expect of five star accommodation. The design of the room was very quirky especially the glass bathroom walls. The view from the room was incredible, possibly the best in Benidorm, also waking up to the sound of the sea was simply perfect followed by a wonderful breakfast overlooking the med. Thank you to the team, you made our mini break one to remember More

A wonderful Spring break.
We stayed in a Junior Suite which was great. Wonderful views from the room (26) and two small balconies. The staff were always courteous and dealt with the small problem we had appropriately. We didn't stay for the evening meals, but the breakfasts were amazing - all served at the table from an extensive menu. My only concern is that there wasn't really anywhere to relax in the sun. The tiny swimming pool had an area with just two sunloungers and seating around. The sunloungers were always taken when we would have liked to use them. That said, the two small balconies in our Junior suite did provide an area to sit in the sun. I think that it might be possible to fit at least one extra lounger in the space near the rooftop pool - even if that means removing some of the perimeter seating. There was a wonderful view from the small gym and jacuzzi, although we didn't actually use either. There was a turn down service each evening and a nice touch was the drinks offered on arrival plus water and chocolate covered strawberries waiting in our room. A small bottle of cava was waiting in our room on our last night and the invitation to sample canapes and wine one evening was very nice. More
Small but perfectly formed
Fabulous stay from start to finish. The location couldn't be any more convenient, close to the beaches and shops and yet just far away enough have peace and quiet. Check in was quick and was accompanied by a chilled glass of Cava and pastries...wonderful! My room was small but perfect for me, the shower was amazing and the bath was equally divine. I could hear the neighbouring rooms television but I think that was due to the person being inconsiderate rather than thin walls. The sound of the water at night was very soothing. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and was not disappointed, there was a great selection of hot and cold choices which kept me satisfied for most of the day. Staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be back!More
