This is a excellent hotel the staff are all very friendly plenty of choice of food the all inclusive drinks are all branded would recommend the sea view rooms worth the extra cost they have entertainment on every night the hotel also has a excellent location just over the road from the beachMore
One of the best hotels in a concrete jungle !
I think if it hadn't of been for this hotel and the beautiful beach in front I would of been extremely dissapointed.
If you don't want to be in the middle of a crazy place then this is the place to stay, yet close enough to enter if you so wish. This hotel is situated in a nicer part of Benidorm, and overlooks the lovely clean beach.
The food here is excellent, and I could not fault it in anyway. There was always a wide variety of options and for all inclusive which at times can get a little bit tedious I never tired of what was on offer. The drinks serviced are main brands which is always a plus. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a sea view room right at the front, and so to wake up overlooking the beach was great. The entertainment was a bit dissapointing, however the dancers were excellent and so what the staff compare. The singers and bird show, well not up to much.
I think the only thing I would say is that the downstairs bar/club is a little bright and lacks ambience as does the restaurant area. But overall the staff are friendly, its clean and a great hotel.More
We came here for the Benidorm Fiesta and stayed here for 10 nights. This is the third time we have stopped here. We stayed in the hotels sea view room on the 4th floor. We had a warm greeting when we arrived with drinks and something to eat. There was a mix up with the room and we had to change on the second day as there was no sea view room. The receptionist couldn't have been more apologetic, he gave us a free safe at 19:30 we had a bar man come to our room with a bottle of cava. We swapped rooms on the second day again 19:30 we had a knock at the door again free cava which was a nice touch while getting ready. The hotel has improved from last year. You now get free WiFi in the rooms. Food was excellent some nights there was just so much to choice from. The staff are so friendly one night we asked the guy on reception his name was Reguar Rafuls Marquez where the best places to go for fiesta and when the fair was open he was excellent very friendly and professional and couldn't do enough to help. On our return from our night out Reguar was still working the reception and asked how our night was and seemed genuinely interested he is an asset to your team and the only night staff to great us and be so friendly as the other night staff didn't even acknowledge you walking through the door. We watched the fireworks on the top floor excellent view of them and again friendly staff working the bar. Rooms are very clean and modern with no noise at all. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be coming back next year. More
Looked lovely but let down
We stayed here 1 night then moved. I booked upgraded room with spa bath with all enclusive package. The room was great and bed was comfortable. When we went down for lunch food was average. The snacks were warm as sitting out all day. I went up to book us into the spa. Reception told me I needed to ho to 9th floor. I waited 30 mins and no one was there. Waited another 30 mind on a lift. Was only 1 lift working in hotel. Lots of people complaining about the wait to go to breakfast etc I woke in middle of night to have a pee only to smell rotten egg's. Our eyes were watering, was very strong smell of sluphar in room. Had to ring reception at 6am the man couldn't understand what I was telling him. I'm after 10 mins of repeating myself he agreed to send up maintenance. They took few steps into room and run back out. Came back in with big drum off liquid and started to pour down plug hole of spa bath. It was sluphar fumes coming up the plug hole. And they opened window fully and told us to stay in bed but window had to stay open. This was holloween weekend. It was raining and windy. Not pleasant at 7am in morning. £140 I paid for that 1 night. Clean hotel tho. If gettig room with bath put plug in hole just incase. We were light headed and my doctor said that sluphar gases can be very dangerous. Booking was under Matthews if any hotel management want to double checkMore
Very Good but not great
The food was very good and the choices at every meal were varied and tasty. The wine and beer offered as part of the fully inclusive deal was plentiful and always available but unlike with the food - not much choice. The cocktails were from bottles and the champagne wasn't actually champagne - nice enough though.
The room was great, although the Jacuzzi plumbing made weird noises at night and the window blind was damaged. The cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent though and the staff in the restaurant were great too. The only disappointment was with the reception staff. We asked about tours of the local area and were met with puzzled looks. Surely we cannot have been the first people to ask about things to do. All we were offered was a photocopied map of the town. Also when we checked out, we thought the chap might say "did you have a good trip?" or at least smile. After a 7 night stay, his lack of friendliness was odd and we left feeling that our last moments in the hotel were a slight let down. If the reception staff had been more friendly I would have given 5 star.More
