Out of all the hotels I have been in this is by far the best from the moment of arrival to the moment you check out you are treated like an individual the food was amazing and for an all inclusive the drinks weren't cheap drinks they were proper drinks can't wait to stay againMore
My partner and I decided to spend our holiday at this hotel based on glowing reviews. On arrival our first impressions were good, clean hotel, friendly reception staff and a lovely view of the sea.I had emailed ahead asking for a high floor if possible but unfortunately we were allocated a room on the first floor which we weren't happy with but we were promised another room the next day and were subsequently given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room on the 7th floor.During our stay we only had one Jacuzzi as it took over 40 minutes to fill so we were glad we hadn't paid an extra supplement. The only downside to the room was a lack of comfy seating and a blind instead of curtains so we were unable to have the window open at night or on a sunny day as the blind had to be fully pulled down to block out the light. The restaurant is described as a Gourmet experience, unfortunately although the food was quite acceptable the room itself was very tight for space, tables were very close together with large pillars close to the food stations and a low ceiling. We found the atmosphere more like a "cafe"and during our stay large groups of Spanish people arrived and talked very loudly across the room to each other, totally ruining our dining experience. We also found the service a bit hit and miss, tables not cleared and having to wait for our drinks. Unfortunately the same people dominated all areas in the hotel, children were running around unsupervised and unruly and even using the lift late at night on their own.Hotel staff seemed overwhelmed by all the noise and made no attempt to ask parents to control them. The bar staff were very friendly and efficient, unfortunately the bar itself was situated in the restaurant adding to the noise level and there was no proper space allocated for people to sit and have a drink. We didn't use the entertainment area as it was in the basement and seemed to lack character. The chill out bar on the roof terrace was quite pleasant although the first day we used it was again dominated by a large Spanish family with a crying baby which put us off using again. There was only 9 comfortable seats in the reception area, the only other seats were outside which quite often was too cold and windy to sit for long. There were 6 seats with tables on the first floor landing but unfortunately no quiet areas to read, play cards etc. The pool is in drastic need of a refurbishment and looked dirty and the Childrens play area looked quite dangerous with rust on the slide. Having been to many 4*hotels in Spain,we believe this hotel should only have a 3*rating so based on that fact we would not want to stay again or be able to recommend to anyone unfortunately.More
5 days of Fantastic food, exemplary room and services. Staff were perfectly and catered to our every query. Hotel immaculately clean and modern. Can't wait to come again. Only disappointment - roof terrace closed due to weather More
