Magic Villa del Mar teams style with a standout location – it’s right on Poniente Beach, close to Benidorm’s old town.
This beachfront property gets top marks for style. The interiors are super-contemporary – think funky chairs and coloured lighting in the bars – and bedrooms are dressed in a palette of soft colours. Opt for one of the Jacuzzi® sea-view rooms and you’ll be able to look over the Med from your own whirlpool bath.
The swimming pool is just as easy on the eye. It’s a small, rectangular number with a pebble-effect border and a line of in-water sunloungers. More loungers are set out on the sun terrace, along with chic white parasols.
Up on the roof, there’s a terrace with widescreen sea views. During the day, it’s a sunbathing area with loungers and a soundtrack of chill-out music, while after dark it transforms into a chic cocktail bar.
Location-wise, you’re just across the prom from sandy Poniente Beach and less than 10-minutes’ stroll from the tapas bars and restaurants in the old town.

What a hotel
I am sorry to say, but this hotel is better than all the reviews say about it. From the lovely Veronica at reception, to Frank in the restaurant all the way up to my pal Yanet on the 9th floor, thank you for making our stay very special. You are all a credit to the magic group. I promised Veronica that I will be back, and I intend to honour that promise. Thank you.More

By far 1 of the best hotels in benidorm. Have not been to benidorm since the early eighties when it was really cheap, we were not dissapointed, on arrival we were given cava and offered Sangria. very speedy check in and given clear directions to our room. and what a room, really nice and comfy also very modern with compfy beds, tea coffee and water in the fridge. then we went to dinner . greeted by a very freindly matre de, and offered champagne (cava) or red or white wine, by the btl. we chose the chardoney, very nice. the food was very nice with a large selection and something for every one.later we retired to the downstairs disco bar, entertainment room. not bad but very quiet, so we just had a few drinks lol and branded they were, also heineken in btls. I would definately go back to this hotel. I can only add by saying thankyou to all the staff who remained friendly and professional at all times. and just couldn't do enough for you. just waiting to book again. looking forward.More

We have just returned home from a four night break , a group of four adults travelling with an infant. I must say what a wonderful relaxing time we all had thanks to the attention to detail at this well deserved 4 star hotel the staff always so helpful and happy nothing was too much trouble. The rooms very well laid out with fabulous bathroom facilities ,the beds very comfortable tea coffee facilities replenished daily. The food in the restaurant was always excellent with a vast selection of food to cover all tastes, branded drinks served on the all inclusive gold card available from 10 am through to midnight, the splendid roof bar terrace with large reclining sun loungers with stunning views . We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting complete luxury wish we could of stayed longer but will be returning in the not too distant future well done to the staff , this hotel is one of the few gems in benidorm that outshines the restMore

schhh.... Keep it a secret!!
I stayed here last week for 4 nights. Having stayed at Villa venecia I wanted to try Villa del Mar on an allinclusive . I was not disappointed!! Stylishly decorated (modern) & a view to die for!!! I loved it all!! The food was Excellent & for an allinclusive thats pretty hard to do, as they catered for different Nationalities. Usually i must admit the Brits are the hardest to please but all my friends & other Brits there throughly enjoyed the quality, quanity & choice that was on offer!! Cava was left in the reception & they let us have bottles of the stuff. The hotel was spotless! Cleaners everywhere. The Staff especially the restaurant & bar staff were Soooo friendly. My massage was v good & the roof top bar was such a chill out place ...especially after a Gold fish bowl of G& T!! Drink measures are half a glass & we got a bottle of wine during meal times. Snacks were Scrummy. My only down side was No room service & because we werent in summer season no bar by the pool. So felt a bit isolated. I stayed in one night & people watched from my window as i looked at my beautiful sea view. Other than that it was amazing. I will definately return with my children & try to get an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. Its a Diamond in the rough! So keep it a secret!!! But such High praise to the Staff at Villa del Mar. Im already trying to book again!!More

My partner and I took a five day break here. This was our second visit to Benidorm but the first to this hotel. We were quickly through all the paperwork at reception and given a glass of sangria on arrival. The room was lovely with a gorgeous sea view from our bed. The food for all inclusive was exceptional with venison and salmon on the menu and real English breakfast which was much appreciated by my partner.Even the spirits were the real deal. The roof top terrace was a sun trap and had lovely white leather settees and loungers. Just wish the hotel had balconies.More
