wonderful, amazing, perfect

Having just come back from a long weekend for my friends 40th I can honestly say what a fantastic hotel this is, the staff are happy and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention must go to Sandra in the pool bar who came round with cocktails and melon, she always smiled. The rooms were clean and we'll appointed, with a view to die for. The beds were so comfy, I slept brilliant, the food was great too, a great selection for all tastes, the drinks were branded spirits and the measures were rather good too. All 6 in our group agreed we would most definitely be returning. I have read a few of the reviews commenting on sullen staff, but we never experienced that, we were treated like royalty.More

Beautiful hotel

We stayed here all inclusive, a party of 5 women in their 40s in two interconnecting rooms for a long weekend. On arrival check in was easy and food and drink was offered whilst waiting. The hotel is located in a qieter area of benidorm the nightlife is approx a € 10 taxi ride away. The hotel is a 10 second walk away from the beach and the hotel allows you to take beverages across to stay refreshed throughout the day. The hotel also offers a tiny pool and sun terrace but the beach is so near we spent our days here. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The views of the beach beautiful and the jacuzzzi in the room just a touch overboard but would have been fun if my husband had been with me rather than my good friends. The beach proved perfect for our early morning runs and afternoons relaxing on rented sun loungers. The hotels food was good quality and range of wines/spirits satisfactory to allow us to treat ourselves and over indulge. We all enjoyed our time there apart from one incident. One member of staff, the mature gentlemen who wore his suit jacket and served behind the bar and worked in the restaurant. Whilst serving us speaking in Spanish to one of his colleagues referred to us as 'whores' . As said he was speaking in Spanish and we are all English but we are all able to understand basic Spanish. Our party consisted of a senior nurse, marketing manager, recruitment specialist etc. All married with children and definitely not 'whores'. Perhaps staff should realise their guests have the ability to understand more than one language and staff at this hotel, even if joking shouldn't be so rude. I'm still upset and insulted over a week after my return.More

Magic, Brilliant

I don't usually use words like, brilliant but in this case,it is totally deserved. What a "BRILLIANT " hotel!!! The staff were so helpful, friendly, nothing too much trouble. The room was very good, we had a view of the pool. Bed was like home, so comfy. Then the food, we went all inclusive, usually I would have one dish because nothing else appealed. This time, I had the nice problem of deciding which meal to have as the selection was, brilliant. The restaurant and bar staff kept us entertained and topped up, brilliant. This hotel is part of the Magic group of hotels in Benidorm. We could pop in any , and we did, and have drinks and food there too. Happy days when we went walking around Benidorm to be able to go to the other hotels for a 'coffee ' etc. It's not cheap but worth every penny. PS first time in Benidorm and we liked that too.More

Breath taking views

We stayed here for a couple of nights in September. The welcome at reception from the staff was amazing and our glasses of sangria were very nice!! We stayed on the 6th floor, we had a jetted tub room. Our room was clean, modern and the views totally took our breath away.... total paradise!! We spent a bit of time on the 9th floor, it was amazing up there, and bar staff were great.... I recommend the mojito's!! (agree with the previous reviews of not allowing children there and should be adult only) The restaurant food was great and always very hot. There was plenty to choose from. We went to Monday night's karaoke and had a great night! :-) The pool was freezing! So we gave that a miss.... gorgeous beach though. We didn't have our kids with us, but the kids area looks fab, but it gets no sun and the water was subsequently icy cold for them, so although we will defo be back, because for a couple it's perfect - I wouldn't bring my kids here. Oh..... WIFI worked in our room and was really quick!More

super friendly hotel

a group of four of us stayed at this hotel from 16-23 sep 2015, and we all agreed it was one of the best hotels we had ever stayed in on the Costa Blanca. The staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much of a problem for them. the food and drinks were excellent, and the hotel itself was spotless, due to the efficiency of the staff. all in all, a pleasure to stay thereMore
