Fantastic staff !
Stayed for one week A/I 10th to 17th June. I'll summarise; 1. Location - Right on the sea front and a beautiful sandy beach, much better than the Levante end of town, less people milling about and quieter. 2. Reception staff - The best I've ever encountered and gave fantastic service every time we spoke to them, always happy to help and smiling. 3. Drinks - No need to worry about carrying any money as all the drinks are included on the all inclusive, and that means international branded spirits and bottled beers. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel as we only like the real Bacardi and Bombay gin rather than local alternatives. The bar staff were all very good, especially the lady who was running the pool bar all by herself. 4. Bars - There is a bar on the ground floor which is handy for sitting outside the front of the hotel watching the world go by. There is also a roof terrace bar which closed at 8pm which is a shame because we would have liked to used it as the sun went down and a bit of a breeze, but I undersand it is going to be open later in the near future. There is a basement club where the nightly entertainment is held. A small place with a good atmosphere and regular karaoke for those of us who are willing to have a try (get out of the way Tom Jones!). 5. Food - great choices, well laid out and no complaints at all. Some of the best sea food I've seen in a hotel, well done to the chefs. 6. Pool - The childrens pool area was not used by anyone during our stay. The main pool is small and there are insufficient sunbeds and parasols to cater for an influx during high season, but for us it was just right as there were always a few free. Only complaint here is it was very quiet and I'm used to some 'holiday music' playing in the background discreetly. 7. Room - we had 810 on the 8th floor, twin beds, comfortable and pretty standard. However, you can upgrade to a room facing the sea, but we were happy overlooking the rear. My only criticism (if you can call it that) is that none of the rooms have a balcony (something I completely forgot about when booking) and I've always had a balcony to sit on last thing at night and relax before going to bed. As I say, it was my own fault not realising there were no balconies at all, so I can't blame the hotel ! 8. Best of all was the very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alexus who is a credit to the hotel and a key player in keeping things running smoothly. You simply can't find better staff than this hotel, brilliant.More
My brothers 50th
Wow ! What a hotel . From start to finish this gem of a hotel was better than I expected. I know we all look at pictures of a dreamy hotel only to be disappointed when you get there , but this exceeded my expectations. On arrival we were asked what we wanted to drink, which is a great start to any holiday . I was given an upgrade as it was my birthday and the room was absolutely fabulous . All branded drinks and a menu to die for . As for the staff well they were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you . Met some great people and are planning to meet up same time next year at this fabulous hotel . I've stayed in Benidorm 12 times and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks guys for making this holiday so very special , see you next year More
Returned yesterday after spending a week at this lovely hotel on recommendation from our son who stayed there last year this hotel has got to be the best in Benidorm we usually stay at the levante side but thought poniente side would be a bit quieter . The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas & the food is amazing there is so much choice & is presented in a lovely way so I think the chefs & kitchen staff should be proud of themselves. All staff from reception to cleaners bar staff etc are very friendly only thing we didn't like was the pool area was a bit cramped as it's very small & no balconies but obviously we knew that when booking but it wouldn't put me off going back hope to return soon . Thank you to all concernedMore
Fabulous hotel everything we hoped for

The hotel is right in front of beach so only a stones throw away and only about 10 min walk to the old town I would recommend the hotel villa del mar and its delicious branded drinks .😊More
