This nautical-themed hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy reach of Benidorm’s old and new towns. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the beach, too.
The Hotel Victoria has a really central spot – it’s a 5-minute walk to sandy Levante Beach and to the tapas bars in Benidorm’s old town, plus you can reach the restaurants and clubs in the new town in 10 minutes.
The hotel has a nautical feel to it, from the blue-and-white restaurant to the grand lobby that’s reminiscent of a grand ocean liner.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday
We stayed this hotel for the February month and we enjoyed it there. Good points: Very friendly and efficient reception staff. Very quick checkin. Room cleaned everyday. Towels changed everyday. Bedsheets changed 2 or 3 times per week. You can request a thicker pillow from reception. Free and very good wifi. Free safe you can put valuables in. It have few English channels such as itv1 itv2 itv3 bbc1 BBC news sky news. Brilliant breakfast and dinner, plenty to choose from. Most restaurant staff very friendly and look after us well. Few things encountered: Restaurant glasses dirty marks, Room still a bit dusty after cleaning, Bathroom always have a stinking smell, Door key card didnt working 6 times during our stay. After all, it's a good hotel to stay for a relaxing holiday. More
Return to Victoria
We returned to the Victoria almost a year since our last visit In fact the last 4 or 5 times we have been to Benidorm we have stayed here. In all that time we have enjoyed the spacious rooms and good service which made us keep returning However this time the one thing that stood out was the deterioration in the restaurant. The quality of the food on offer has sadly declined both in the variety and the actual portion size. The steaks were wafer thin , the tomato soup hadn't seen a tomato and the salads were very thin on the ground. They have stopped the Gala nights which were at one time excellent. I assume this is all in the name of austerity??? but it left us very disappointed coming off the back of a four star hotel in Benalmadena where there was almost too much choice but I am afraid that made the comparision all the more noticeable. Its a pity really because we always thought the Victoria was for us maybe its time for a change its so sad to see the decline in this area. I do hope they can sort it out , Otherwise service and cleanliness have continued to impress.More
stayed in the Victoria 7 March for a week just to see what Benidorm had to offer. This hotel is very good in all departments, from check in, our room was clean and well appointed, food hot well presented, no wanting for tables, bar staff smiling and helpful, will be back.More
4* hotel -3* food
i have just returned from the victoria after 6 nights there, when we arrived we were very impressed lovely reception great check in ,lovely room on the first floor over looking pool, the room was spacious dated bathroom though hated the colour of the tiles and basins, the rooms were cleaned very good the only down side it was 3 days before tea and coffee replaced after leaving a note, the hotel bar staff were very friendly adrian was such a great member of staff seville fan poor lad !!! the bar had a happy hour 6-7pm every day 1.70 two glasses of very good rioja wine i couldnt believe it we thought we had misheard ! hasten to add it was very busy on a whole though the bar was very cheap for a 4 * hotel 7.80 euro for a bottle of wine ,now comes the worst bit of the hotel the resturant on the first night we took down a glass of wine and were greeted by the only unfriendly ! member of staff in the whole hotel laura she told us we could bring the wine in tonight but not again as they sell it in the resturant (every night people walked past laura with wine with no comment)one night she was very rude when i was reading a warning notice about the electricity was going to be of she barked at me there was queue and i would never queue jump i was actually reading the notice , so please have a word she can upset you at times with her abrupt manner, then onto the food always luke warm and of a poor quality its the first time in a hotel i used a microwave !! the meat was stringy and overcooked the choice was poor if i did return to this hotel it would be breakfast only not half board.the hotel is in a fantastic location 5 mins from old town ,pool area looses sun at 1 oclock and is very small but dont let that put you off .also finally my wife had her birthday while there somebody previously mentioned cava in the room well we got nothing.would i return i would look at trip advisor and see if the food improves as everything else is perfect.More
