This nautical-themed hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy reach of Benidorm’s old and new towns. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the beach, too.
The Hotel Victoria has a really central spot – it’s a 5-minute walk to sandy Levante Beach and to the tapas bars in Benidorm’s old town, plus you can reach the restaurants and clubs in the new town in 10 minutes.
The hotel has a nautical feel to it, from the blue-and-white restaurant to the grand lobby that’s reminiscent of a grand ocean liner.

2 weeks 24th July to 6th August in Hotel Victoria
This is the second time we have stayed in the Victoria, the hotel in general is very good, However there are a few minor issues. Because we stayed in the height of summer season you would expect that the bar service would be open till 1.00pm, it is lovely to sit outside and on many nights there were quite a number of tables full, but at 12.00 they turn the lights off and the bar closes, leaving guest in semi darkness. most people took the hint and went to bed. During our stay I reported 4 times that there was no paper hand towels in the men's toilet next to the dining room and pool area, a bit disappointing from a 4 star hotel that we went 4 days before it was sorted and then the soap dispenser was empty. Surely these should be checked daily? As in many hotels the lifts are a pain, you seem to spend a day of your holiday just waiting for lifts. But in this day and age can't they set the lifts so that when people are coming in to bed, lifts have returned to reception level? Usually all 3 lifts were stood on top 3 floors (17 - 19) Also at evening meals couldn't they be set to return to dining room level instead of sitting at another floor level. Major pain for our two families as we had two pushchairs, so you need lift just to get these to right level. We have been sat on our floor level for 20 minutes or more when lifts stopped at least 7 times but couldn't get in with pushchairs... and please remember they do advertise hotel as a family hotel. However we do like the hotel, its location and would not hesitate in returning, the things I have moaned about could easily be rectified.More
Nowt wrong with this hotel
Stopped at the Victoria 24-4th August and hotel was fine. Always got a sunbed, food was good, size of room was great, drinks were not overpriced and staff were polite. rooms cleaned and sheets and towels changed regular.More
Location wise, it is in a good location for both the beach and the Old Town for shopping. However, it is rarely used by English people, which we were not aware of when we booked. Rooms are nice and clean, although the furniture is showing its age and needs replacing. Staff are very friendly and helpful; food is plentiful but not the best I have had in a hotel in Benidorm. Entertainment is not the best either.More
we stayed in this hotel in April as my wife had never been to Benidorm initial thoughts were yea looks reasonable. good points food was very good staff were good bad points entertainment was suited to the over 60s and due to the time of year we couldn't have the air conditioning on as it was still classed as winter (the temp was in the high 20s ) so due to this we were very hot in the room and we couldn't open the windows due to the noise from the party animals on the main strips. if we come again we will go to a quieter area were we can have the air conditioning onMore
