Hotel Rosamar

Within walking distance of Benidorm's sandy beaches and non-stop nightlife, the Hotel Rosamar is in a really convenient spot.

Occupying a prime spot in the Benidorm skyline, the king-size Hotel Rosamar is ideal if you want to be close to all the action.

Thanks to a recent revamp, the Hotel Rosamar feels nice and modern. The pool is the headliner – although the buffet restaurant and entertainment line-up follow closely behind.

Lift me up

Having stayed here 2015 we thought we would book for 2016, the hotel is ideally situated for all entertainment and short walk to the beach. Externally looks okay lobby and public spaces clean. Rooms are on the small side, decor could do with updating quite shabby and stains on walls and electrics checked as one side of room lights didn't work and socket under table didn't work either. The lifts are shocking slow and quite often don't work properly... Food was of good quality and lots of choice but not for vegetarians. Pool area was lovely with entertainment every day and as usual the sunbed huggers who queued up to get the best spot. Rooms cleaned and beds made every day. Shower always had hot water. No tea coffee making facilities in room or fridge (can be hired). More

Not really impressed

Holiday with my husband and daughter 16 arrived late evening first impression great but we were only down as 2 people we were then told all was ok to then go the room to find 2 beds and then the maid arrived and squashed a third bed in, we then decided to upgrade to all inclusive as it seemed the best thing to do even for just drinks in the daytime , all was good until the hotel got busier and the Spanish seemed to be the Favorited clientele. i asked a waiter one evening if he could give us some knives and forks as all tables had all been used, you would of thought id of asked for the world grumpy is not the word. bar staff not interested in all inclusive customers but if your paying and giving tips were all happy happy happy The cleaners are great clean towels everyday and always hello maybe they should work in the bar and restaurant. Our friends stayed in the Riolta and had a brilliant experience so can say sorry Rosamar but we wont be coming again train your staff with some customer service skills were all paying customers and should be treated the same and have a great holiday experience after all we save up all year for our family holiday.More

Stephen L,

A bit noisey

This is a average 3 star hotel. The food is good, and the staff are efficient, they need to smile a bit more though. The rooms are clean, with everything you need, tv, good shower, balcony. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and beds made. The decor throughout the hotel is a little dated, but we didn't pay 4 star prices so we didn't expect a 4 star hotel. The only problem we had and which will probably stop us going back is the noise at night. We asked for a quiet room and were put on the 14th floor, the top floor. Next door was three teenage lads who liked to listen to there music very loud during the day, and at night drunken Brits were heard kicking doors and swearing from 2am onwards. So obviously we didn't get much sleep. We should of complained but we were told this is a quiet room so god knows what the others are like. We realise this is Benidorm and people are out to have a good time but not at the expense of others there were children and elderly Spanish people on this floor surely they must be able to have a floor specially for people who request a quiet room. If you don't like lifts you won't like this hotel they break down regually my partner was trapped in one for 10 mins along time when your in the dark. Sun beds are hard to come by, but if your prepared to sit and have a coffee you can usually get one within a hour. I don't want to be too down on this hotel as we enjoyed are stay apart from the greavenses noted above. They just need to sort the noise out and fix the lifts.More

Dave&Ann County Durham

Stayed here 1st July for 2 weeks half board and we had a lovely time our 1st time at the Rosamar. I emailed the hotel and got the floor that we requested we could not fault this hotel it was spotless The room was a good size with a pool view cleaned every day and towels changed. Plenty of food choice in the restaurant. All staff were pleasant and helpful and we had no problems with the lifts. Would recommend this hotel its in a good central location will stay again.More

cattle market

no complaints about the room, food or the staff but have to say the pool area was like a cattle market !!! the pool area opened at 9.00 am every day and people where waiting at 8.00 am with their towels because there is,nt enough room or sunbeds to accom all the guests, hotel staff where clearing towels from the beds when people where in the pool or having lunch etc , sort the pool area out and it would be a half decent hotelMore
