Simply furnished the twin rooms sleep up to three adults or two adults and two children, with twin beds and bunkbeds as required. There's air-conditioning from June to September - depending on the weather. They can also be sold as a single.
Check in very quick with reception staff very friendly and able to speak english our safe key had been taken by previous occupants but reception were keen to look after our belongings till it was sorted.
The hotel throughout was clean all the time including the room .
Food was spot on all of us ate well two or three meals a day,the all inc bar is a well maintained hut in the pool area corner not what i was expecting from reviews and if there was a que at any time it didnt last long beer and soft drinks are self service.
Entertainment team and most nightly shows were excellent throught our stay.
The pool can get abit hectic as there is no lifeguard people are diving and jumping in all over but all in good fun.the only let down here was the room size and lack of storage room but it certainly didnt spoil my holiday thanks to all at rosamarMore

It's a 3 Star Hotel
Having read the reviews I was beginning to think I may have made a mistake.... Yes the lifts can be slow, but you are on holiday, so what is the rush. Yes there can be a que for drinks, but every AI hotel I have been to there is. The A/C I found to be fine, granted if you wanted your room to be the same temperature as a Scottish summer, you might find is not up to the standard you might be looking for! I have to say the staff with out exception are the best of any hotel I have visited in a long time.More

After being recommended that this hotel was a good hotel we thought we would try it.... what a mistake. On arrival when checking in the reception guy hadn't even finished checking us in when he had moved on to the next person I had to ask for our all inclusive bands which he didn't seem happy about. There is 4 lifts in the hotel although the time you have to wait on them you wouldn't think it. The rooms could do with more wardrobe space as not a lot of space to put clothes away. On the second day the roof in the bathroom was leaking so I reported it to the receptionist sara and was told the handyman would be up to fix it. 2 days later he still hadn't been up and roof was still leaking so reported it again to sara to be told he hadn't been answering the walky talky something wrong if he wasn't answering the thing within 2days. He finally came up and sorted it but was told he couldn't guarantee it was fixed properly. When running a bath as soon as the water has stopped running the water doesn't stay in the bath goes down the drain in seconds AVOID room 1208. Reported the bath problem to reception and asked to be moved to another room which I was told I had to go back the next day before 12 to be moved. Went next day to get moved to be told again to go back another time to see them. When I went back I was finally giving another room but had to go back at another time to collect card for room 321. Got in room and the wardrobe was hanging off so had to report this again the handyman never appeared then the bed base broke. Reported this again but to the jet2 rep this time and the wardrobe and bed was fixed within minutes. The food was the same every night even on themed nights they still managed to get Hungarian goulash on the menu. Food was very rarely warm, was a struggle to find something edible at all 3 meal times. Out of all the staff we only came across 4 of which weren't rude, juan carlos, nora , older bar man and diego. They have 3 entertainment staff and are all off on a Saturday night and all day sunday so the entertainment was dire on they days. Manager kept stopping people playing with balls in the pool but never stopped them jumping in the pool splashing everyone. Toilets at pool area are absolutely disgusting and are always stinking. ALL INCLUSIVE stated that we were only allowed to use it for ourself and only allowed 2 drinks at a time yet there was a Spanish family of about 20 and only 2 were all inclusive but they were getting the rest of the families drink and food for them at the hut going up seconds apart. Didn't like the idea of all inclusive having to go to a separate bar to be served. The only thing good about this hotel is the pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not go back.More

Nice relaxing Hotel
This is a lovely, family hotel with a good pool and lovely outside facilities. It is in a nice area and not too far from the "Action" on the front LONG,LONG, LONG promenade. Been to Benidorm many, many times, good fun, and I think this hotel fits the bill for those looking for good value!More

Nice hotel shame about the entertainment
Nice hotel and pleasant staff. We visited New Years 2014. The gala dinner was fabulous although the entertainment gave a little to be desired! Sean the "winner" of new faces (I think) played the same songs for hours with his karaoke backing tracks great for a couple of hours but it seemed even Sean got bored as he gave up singing and just walked around with the Mike in his hand. The entertainment floors were segregated which was odd "the Spanish customers had singing dancing and magic act in the warm comfy ballroom however, the English customers got Sean??
Rooms were clean and comfy and the hotel is a great location for the shops, market and beach.More
