Hotel Rosamar

Within walking distance of Benidorm's sandy beaches and non-stop nightlife, the Hotel Rosamar is in a really convenient spot.

Occupying a prime spot in the Benidorm skyline, the king-size Hotel Rosamar is ideal if you want to be close to all the action.

Thanks to a recent revamp, the Hotel Rosamar feels nice and modern. The pool is the headliner – although the buffet restaurant and entertainment line-up follow closely behind.

Good location that's all it has got going for it. The food is just warm, the beds are rock hard. If your not Spanish they don't give a dam about you. Benidorm is a good place to go I loved it me and my friend are going back again next year, but we will not be staying there. the staff are rude but bend over backwards if you are Spanish, they cater for outside Spanish people who are not staying there, more than the ones who have payed good money to stay there.Im not a fussey person but that takes the mick.I would not go back even if they gave it me free. I brought wifi but it did not work so they gave me a refund. There is so much wrong with this hotel carnt list it all. One day we got to the dinning hall 10 mins before it closed loads of people still in there, and they would not let us in we payed for allinclusive that was a joke, they said go to bar and get sandwich and that was horrid. All in all DONT GO THEREMore

are you sure your booked in your hotel

We arrived at the rosamar on the 17th of September .We had booked this holiday last November .when we got to the reception they told us we are not booked in here .we gave them our conformation letters which had all the details on it including the rosamar name but they said no your not in here .By the way His name is Rodolfo a totally ignorant Spanish hotel person!! he went away and came back 40 minuets later and said you are booked in the mont park hotel 1 mile away up an hill we said how do we get there he said book a taxi we eventually got a room in the calypso next after 5 1/2 days The mont park is a Spanish hotel what I mean is they cater mainly for the Spanish the food was gross the entertainment nil the drinks Spanish it really spoilt the holiday also my daughter had come on the Saturday and booked into the calypso next to us in the rosamar they where not amused when we told them where they had put us So don't assume just because the travel agent has booked you in the rosamar youll be in it when you get thereMore

September trip to the Rosamar......You get what you pay for ........

The Rosamar caters for all a bit like organized chaos................. Its a large Spanish style hotel which needs a little bit of an update. The rooms are dated and we could only find two accessible plug sockets one which was in the bathroom (not suitable really) and the other one under the dressing table and very difficult to access The room however was very clean and towels changed on a daily basis The tv in the room also showed 5 English channels not that you go to Benidorm to watch tv ... We asked for a low floor room but on arrival we found we had been placed on the top floor When we asked for a change we were told the hotel was full ? The food was acceptable and varied from day to day . On the plus side The Rosamar is ideally located for the nightlife , shops , and all the other amenities Benidorm has to offer . The staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they possibly could be . The Rep for Thomas Cook was absolutely fantastic and had a vast knowledge whenever you asked her a question.... we traveled with Jet 2 and never saw our rep the whole week we were there ?? If your looking for a reasonable hotel the Rosamars fineMore
