on the whole a great hotel but most of guests where over 70 so not suited for stag or hen parties very clean and staff where very friendly. A great location but if you want a quiet holiday this is not for you as is in center of strip.More
A great weeks break
We were on floor 7in an upgraded apartment ,very nice, but noisy due to black chicken bar below.Noise did not bother us and seemed to die down by 9 pm.Food and service excellent as was reception staff and cleaners.Overall we could not fault the hotel and would certainly book it again .The bar prices and entertainment also very good. The only advice I would give is I would take a mosquitos repellent with you as we both received numerous bites in our room as did our neighbours.More
AThis is an excellent hotel for the price, the food is always hot and plentiful,it's an older style of hotel and is spotlessly clean, the entertainment is better than some hotels I've stayed in.the beds are hard so we asked for it topper and it was there next morning along with a bath mat as requested.the drinks are reasonably priced too.whatever you ask the staff for its done with a smile and promptly.the pool area is adequate but not the best I've seen.the one thing that is mentioned a lot in other reviews is it noisy from the clubs near by no matter what floor you are on but after a couple of nights you get used to it so if a bit of noise won't bother you then this is a very good value for money hotel.More

Hated it from arrival took my mum and me who are both disabled had to hire a manual wheelchair to get her around normal wheelchairs are parked in reception and you can struggle to get a place when they are all in BEWARE a lot of the hotels are stopping all electric scooters from being allowed in them at all and they will have to be parked up outside no idea how they will get charged in that instance asked for a room with a show Andreas was rude told me nothing available Abi bless her did sort it but had to wait 4 days to be moved says disabled friendly I dont think so to go onto the terrace area by bar you have to go through a fire door that does not open properly then was too narrow to get wheelchair past tables and chairs on the side to get to the bottom area of it that was wider. Steps down to pool made this way impossible other way was through resturant when looked at door did not see ramp but picture dictating that there was steps so never ventured to go out there ended up going to the promenade by beach every day. Food was mostly catered for English although I found it bland and repatative used brown sauce to flavour it. Rooms are far too small to accomodate a wheelchair fortunately my mum can walk a few steps but for anyone that needs it in the room this would be difficult unless they move the sofa out the pictures I have seen on websites do not match up in reality to the dated rooms and furniniture that was extrememly old and tired room was not very clean on our first floor although when we got moved to room 110 the cleaner was a bit better although marks up doors and grimy shower door shows a lot of improvement needed Cleaner was friendly and nice though and got clean towels every day. Abi the Thomson (sorry now known as Tui) is fantastic she is there so much I thought she was a live in rep lol Bless you Abi you made my holiday. Out side noise was a real issue especially from the black Chicken OMG the karaoke singers there are so bad A must see is ~Levi the drag act at the paladium though he was fab, cafe on the corner is great food cheap and only place that knows a moy caliente coffee means hot and not luke warm lol overall I have to say have stayed in much better 2* hotels than thisMore
fab stay at a fab hotel
Just returned from a week's half board stay at Riudor. Although a regular visitor to Benidorm this was my first stay at Riudor. Booked on the recommendation of friends. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. Found all staff to be helpful, courteous and pleasant. Food and service was of high value. The location is fab if you like to be central to all amenities. Can be noisy however with balcony doors closed this was minimal. Our room was above the main entrance to hotel. Looking forward to our next stay in September. Cannot comment on entertainment as we were out most evenings but it seemed busy in the lounge. Fridges can be hired at a cost of 21 euros for the week. If there was improvement to be made I would suggest free wifi in all areasMore
