Arrived 12 April for the first of 3 visits to the Riudor. Being a frequent visitor [ 3 0r 4 times a year ] we were happy to be back. From checking in to departure we could not fault the way we were treated by all of the staff. The rooms were meticuosley cleaned daily, and the food in the restaurant was a good standard with many choices for all meals. Both Peyo and Khalil were very helpful as were Paco and his barstaff. We were in a room on floor 3 as we had requested .C riag was our entertainment rep and although being new to the hotel he kept us entertained between the acts. We both enjoyed our stay yet again and look forward to our visits to come this yearMore
Another fab stay!
Me and my hubby spent a week here from 16 april. As usual we had a fab time! We always choose the Riudor. Why? Well....where to start!! All the staff are lovely and friendly. Can't do enough for you. Shout outs to Paco and his bar staff. Every one of them a credit to the hotel and also Khalil and his ladies who always make you feel welcome. Very central to everything so perfect location. And to those who complain about the noise...well its in the middle of all the action and this is made clear in brochure descriptions so you know this when booking. Food really very good, good selections at all mealtimes. I could go on and on!! Lets just say we will be back in July for two weeks to do it all again! Thanks Medplaya for this gem of an hotel xxxMore
April 12 to April 26 2016. All inclusive, a double review, one on the negative and one on the possetive. We will definitely be re_visiting this hotel. It was a holiday on the spur of the moment to get away from the rain.
The compere or DJ is out of his depth and this should be reviewed by the management soonest. This person was close to being the only reason I would submit a don't go to this hotel review. He made a quiz last 3 hours every night. He promised a prize draw for any one who sang on karaoke, this did happen. I was one card away from winning the game hoy. My card was changed on his instructions, there by I did not win,(the dolly dealer told me). He wanted to prolong this quiz. But being mature I let this go over my head. When we did win a prize we had to wait 2days for it after constant nagging. This may appear to be a petty issue but, this was supported by other guests. Not nice to say, he has to go,he is out of his depth for the clientele of this hotel.
This was our first time in an adult only hotel. What an experience, as soon as we got through the door strangers were saying hello, (the hotel had more mature holiday makers) in past reviews there have been complaints of the noise from the clubs. If you read the brochure it tells you the hotel is in the confines of the strip. To my wife and I it was the atmosphere on our doorstep. I have read some of the negative reviews and I ask myself, why did the reviewers book this hotel when they were forewarned of the location...there are issues with the hotel and I was made aware that the management are addressing, you could see this for yourself. I have stayed in about 10 hotels in benidorm. ,,More

I had wanted to stay at this hotel for a good few years but could not get a booking I think I may have left it too late in the past, but after a weeks stay here can I say it was more than I could have ever expected it was excellent from booking in to it was time to say goodbye after an all too short stay. The staff are all very nice from restaurant to reception to room cleaning nothing seems to be too much trouble, I was in one of the new club rooms which were really special with a balcony view of the mountains the bars and a side sea view also. I tried the paid for wi-fi and it worked perfectly in the room which is sometimes not always the case. I was over the Black Chicken side of the hotel it was noisy at times but you expect that in Benidorm! I am a good sleeper and it never kept me awake in the afternoon or at night. I have also now booked for 4 weeks in January hope I get the same or similar room.More
