1 week last minute booking
When we booked this hotel, it was a last minute thing, we looked up on here to read the reviews and most were pretty good except for the odd one or two. They said the food was just average and not much choice, well if that's what they thought then they should have paid the extra and gone to a 4 star or better, we went into the restaurant every day, and can honestly say that the food was excellent, and could not be faulted, it was always hot, always fresh, and lots of choice too, they have theme nights that are very good, the room was cleaned daily, the entertainment was good, and yes you could get a sun bed, maybe not the one you wanted right next to the pool, but that is only because through experience of going abroad numerous times before, the British Sunbed Mob queue at the door for 15 minutes waiting for the doors to open then they can reserve their sunbed with a towel, and not appear for 3 to 4 hrs later then spend 15 minutes on it then go, but this happens everywhere you go in Europe, so this is not the fault of any hotel, it is done everywhere abroad and is never going to change.More

Stayed here end of July for 1 week and was very enjoyable. The hotel is very dated and adult only which is why we chose it, caters for mostly older guests. Our room on 6th floor was a club room worth paying the extra in the very hot weather as you get a fridge amongst other things Iike tea coffee sachets, kettle, chocolates , towels for the pool, free safe, although I'm sure our air con wasn't working as it should didn't seem to cool the room down hardly at all. We were overlooking the the black chicken side and we wished we were overlooking the talk of the coast side as the afternoon sun shines on the balcony you just could not sit out there it was absolutely boiling. There is one thing I would like to say that really got my goat was people leaving there towels out on their beds for the whole duration of their holiday one evening we counted 46 towels on beds this was 9pm not 9 am.... it clearly states not to reserve sun beds all round hotel but some people I spoke to go there 4 times a year 2 weeks a time they think they own that little bit of ground. The more people that seen this the more people did it, I will think twice about returning here for this reason as, this was our 3rd visit here and probably the last, shame as we like the riudor. The food was enjoyable the staff work very hard hotel is spotless.More
good but not as good as winter stay
fourth stay at this hotel this year and as usual staff very friendly and helpful room very clean and comfortable, unfortunately we were surprised to find the food was not up to the same standard as our winter visit some dishes under cooked or cold resulting in us leaving it and trying other food, although to be fair we never went hungry but had to fill up on what was hot. never the less we will be back this winter.More
Stayed at the riudor in July 2017 the hotel was nice . Most of the staff were nice and friendly, our room was cleaned every day and our maid elena was lovely. The only thing that let it down was the food, not much choice and I thought not good quality. I mainly ate toast bread and fruit and occasionally chips ! The location of the hotel was in a prime spot just off the main street which was ideal. Unfortunately I really don't think I would stay there again based on the food, but for room only basis I would.More
