Hotel Riudor

This hotel takes you to the heart of New Benidorm, and it’s just a short hop to the beach.

1st visit

Stayed here for the first time for a week from 26th Jan although I did know where it was situated. It is not the nicest looking hotel in Benidorm but it serves it's purpose for a base to explore. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful as was Ian the Thomson rep. Food was adequate and often warm but not hot, but there was something for everyone. Rooms are basic and you get quiet a lot of noise from surrounding bars and from adjoining rooms as the walls are so thin. Whilst I was there the top 2 floors were being revamped so there was a little extra noise that I wasn't told about before I left UK or before I booked in, but it wasn't too much of a problem. There is a Happy Hour 3 times a week but the time of 4pm -5pm is I think a bit silly as its siesta time or is that the idea ??. All in all I would definitely return to this hotel as it's good value for money.More

A Good Well Run Hotel.

We have just returned today, we always go to 4-5 star so was a bit dubious, when we Arrived I wasn't impressed from the outside, but after a couple of days we had No Complaints at all. No Frills but the food was good and sometimes hot. I also requested a topper on my bed, which was on when we arrived, so was pleased With that as I have a bad back. Everywhere was cleaned everyday inside and out. The Restaurant was a Credit to the manager, who worked hard from early morning. WiFi was ok, but you had to login every time. No problem though. As others say, some rooms can be a bit noisy from outside. Also the room wall are Verrry thin, No insulation, you could here the man next door snoring. We would go again, No problem.More

Lovely wee hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January, we really enjoyed our stay. We found it to be a very friendly relaxed hotel, spotlessly clean, all the staff are very friendly, the food was lovely, always hot and plenty of choice. can't comment on the entertainment as we went out every night. Loved the location. Our balcony on the 5th floor overlooked the black chicken, I know this might anoy some people as it's quite noisy, but personally I quite enjoyed listening to people (trying )to sing. It also had a partial sea view, and also all the way up calle gerona. This is the 6th hotel we have stayed in benidorm and my favourite. maybe not the nicest, but defenitly the most welcoming and friendly. The best location. We have already booked another 2 visits to benidorm for this year. However we will definitely be booking the riudor for next yearMore

another visit

made a second visit to hotel, after an initial hiccup with room was sorted out next day.Staff are very friendly in all departments and rooms kept clean, hotel is well situated for all amenities and transport. The only downside was the food certain times it was fine and at others very disappointing and repetitive otherwise enjoyed our stayMore

good location clean hotel

The RIUDORS location is central to all the bars etc The rooms are clean and the food is good with a good variety. The only downside is it can be noisy around 1.30 in the morning from the TALK OF COAST and BLACK CHICKEN venues. Overall it is recommended if I went back to Benidorm. Benidorm itself is going down it is a bit dilapidated I don't think I will be going back soonMore
