The hotel is a great location. food was excellent rooms were beautiful as we were in the club room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived as we were delayed we were giving a bag with sandwich bottle of water cakes tin of pate with crackers to which I have never received from any hotel i've stayed. would highly recommendMore
We have just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel.the hotel was very clean, only small in comparison to most benidorm hotels only 8 floors. We were on 5th floor overlooking the black chicken side. Sunny balcony on an afternoon. The only complaint about our room was my mattress. (The rack) as I called it. Rock hard so uncomfortable. We stayed half board but tend not to eat in all the time as so many places around the resort. The breakfast and evening meals were nice, only one evening we went were didn't fancy anything to eat. Would return to hotel if they sort mattresses out. More

Old farts place
If your idea of a hotel in Benidorm is akin to a nursing home this is the place for you, small old rooms , cheap beds , average food , the only plus points are location and a few friendly staff members won't be back in a hurry, probably only if the price is low, why on earth having only got there five hours before some idiot comes banging on the room door telling us mid fortys couple to keep the noise down! We came in quietly and was trying to sleep when we were disturbed, there is also a put your towels down at silly o'clock problem here , there's much better hotels available in the area , avoid.More
We were 2 couples and went for a week all inclusive. The others liked the all inclusive for all the drinks. I am teetotal, so made no difference to me. There were no children when we went. Food was good and plentiful, but mainly English orientated. I would have preferred Spanish. Rooms were fine and clean. Beds and towels changed every day. Expect some noise from the local bars in the evening, but to us it added colour to the stay. Entertainment in the hotel every evening and some was good - I do not like quizzes. Good excuse to go to Morgan's Bar, 50 metres away. Pool was a good size and no problem getting a lounger. Most of the residents were pensioners at that time.More

one of the best in Benidorm
Just returned from a very comfortable and relaxing stay in this hotel. We have visited Benidorm several times and this has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very good food, very friendly staff and, best of all no queues in the restaurant , always plenty of vacant tables and, believe it or not, we could always find a sun bed. This will have to go on our list of hotels to visit again.More
