You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside, but inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

'Very honest fair review'
Very prompt quick check in by a nice English lady.. room was ok bathroom was horrendous felt mucky straight after stepping out the shower.. I understand it's a 2* (mid led by thomsons when booking it's a 3*) however these are not even fit for human consumption.. read reviews bedding was changed daily - it wasn't beds was made daily - a few times my baby had muckied up our bedding and it was just turned around.. pool was lovely kids loved it.. night entertain was good.. food was standard.. a lot of VERY rude elderly who think they own the place pushing in etc.. staff on the pool side bar very rude and abrupt and CHECK YOUR CHANGE three times we was short changed from being over €10 and when sending my daughter to the bar for her slush she was been charge €3.10 when they are only €1.55.. my parents who we was with also experienced this short changing funnily enough and I also witnessed whilst waiting to be served it happening to others! Sheila who served on a evening was a credit to the pool side bar.. whoever 'roger' needs a few customer services skills I listened to him over a whole day shouting and raving at customers to 'move' 'hurry up' this is NOT the way to speak to anybody! Have to be quick in a morning if you have kids and want a parasol as only about 13 available.. Location good - great the side gate is open on a evening.. one big concern was I was locked out of my room as my husband fell asleep whilst I was watching the entertainment so I went to reception for a spare key - was given this no bother without being asked for any form of id or anything - I could of been Anyone!!! was a good week however would not return to hotel rio simply because the bathrooms and the bar staff let the place down.. One night stay
Although we normally book 3 or 4 star hotels because it was only for 1 night we decided to try the Rio park. The staff were friendly & the food was as good as higher rated hotels, although i think we caught the evening meal at a bad time, as we got the dried up food that was about to be changed. Saying that, there was a good selection & the breakfast was excellent value & choice. The room was a bit tired looking, but very clean. I would say that if the hotel was tidied up, it could easliy qualify for a 3 star rating.More

The Rio park
We arrived back sat 17/6/17, my wife and I have visited, Rio park about five times now, not had to much reason to complain before as it is 3star hotel, but on going to our room, we found the wall in the hallway flaking badly , and the bathroom was absolutely terrible, damp on floor, door peeling, we always take bath mat to stop us slipping when having a shower, used all the towels every day as a safety precaution when you got out of the shower,, as for getting a sun lounger I had to resort to what the rest of the people were doing putting towels out then going to breakfast!!!! There is a board saying DO NOT PUT TOWELS ON SUN LOUNGES OR THEY WILL BE REMOVED BY STAFF IF NOT BEING USED.!!!! I saw 6 towel on six loungers at 10am and people came at 15-00 hrs having been out all that time and promptly sat there sun bathing, why were these towel not removed? I know it's a difficult to do but I believe the manager of your hotel was made aware of sun loungers having towels on them but no one on them, all that said your staff are most helpful, and the young girls and gentleman who supplied the daytime activities were excellent, dancing in that tremendous heat, kudos to them all well done. The food was excellent as usual, one thing I did notice is the number of people who think it is ok to make rolls for lunch and happily wrapping them up in paper towels?????More
