You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside, but inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

Value for money
Just booked with Thompson's the deal came up for full board initially apprehensive as ww have looked at this hotel when we stayed in the Castillo previously and other hotels in the resort but decided to try it. Check in took a while and allocated the 8th floor even though we had requested low floor as wife does not like lifts. The glass lift made it easier though . The afternoon sun was not much view but you got the sun. The other wing had it even longer we were815 so 801-812 get the sun longer 5 lifts so you will get one rooms dated but clean and done every day no hairdryer supplied or tea making facilities. Food not bad there was always something to eat toast is made already in the morning. Packed lunch was fit for purpose. Bar prices only a bit dearer than outside cheap bars only 3 days of happy hour. Charges 90 cents for a glass of ice. We used the decking area for sun beds have seen it packed in summer. Some rooms have been updated but extra cost according to people in them was not much different to other rooms may have better soundproof as walls in hotel are very thin entertainment is same acts you see outside never got a seat as never went in early.more staff needed at bar and reception when changeover day. No bin in bedroom only bathroom hotel needs the refurb and I hope the improve the soundproofing. Would be nice if they had somewhere to put finished books rather than find in random places.we can't really discredit as it is a two star but in a good place and value for money with good facilities and staff .a good base to reach anywhereMore
A smile from staff would be nice to see
Room ok looked like bathroom had been reavated but shower was useless just a trickle. we stayed in room 1006 view was of the many mobility scooters parked outside, bar and canteen staff not friendly diddnt even smile except canteen manager. I guess the people who return get to know the staff and get a better service. Bed lining (pillow cases) were not changed during the week and floors in room were swept but not moped so looked very dirty, the terrace outside of the main bar looks like it is in desperate need of repair and the main staircase to the rooms had many broken and cracked steps. walls very thin diddnt get a single night were we diddnt here people in other rooms, Rooms Could do with air con as very warm at night had to sleep with balcony doors open meaning we had road noise all night. pros well the thompsons rep ryan was lovley he took the time to speak to us every time he saw us. The hotel is very central and close to old and new town. The happy hour in the bar seemed to go down well even through the staff diddnt really speak to you, however the staff in reception was ok I asked for extra pillows as couldn't sleep on the one they give you, and they sent them straight away. Breakfast was good every other day when you got hash browns and propper bacon other days struggled to find something. evening and lunch meals very good choice loved the friday garla dinner, i wouldn't return but then that's just me I did enjoy my holiday and this is just my opinion. Lovely Easter Break
As a Benidorm virgin was a bit dubious as to what we would get, hotel & resort wise, was pleasantly surprised, hotel was lovely very friendly staff, room ok for 3 of us although more plug sockets needed as we only had the 1, the only other negative about this hotel are the paper thin walls, luckily none of us are light sleepers so was not too bad, the good points location great central to everything, food was lovely something for everyone even the most fussiest of eaters, gala night on the Friday was a nice touch red caret and a glass of fizz, plenty of sunlougers, very cheap drinks at 1e 45 a pint & 2e 45 for a long drink. will definatly be returning in the future, Benidorm was a lovely Easter hol, something for all agesMore
return trip to Rio park
My friend and I stayed at Rio park in June 2015.Was brilliant from start to finish.As I have a fear of heights,I emailed the hotel to ask if it was possible to request a low floor overlooking the pool.On arrival we were allocated room 322.Fantastic.My husband and myself are returning again in June as he hasn't been to Rio park in over 15 years.Iv been praising it to him so much he wants to find out if its still as grill as I say lol.I have again requested a lower floor and I'm keeping my fingers crossed I might get the same one .More

We arrived on Easter Saturday early evening for a week. Myself and husband and my parents. We did notice that the hotel was 2 star so we were not expecting much, however pleasantly surprised, rooms dated but hotel is being updated, and very clean in rooms maid changed beds twice during our stay and fresh towels every day. Hotel itself is kept very clean. On visiting the restaurant we were asked to use the hand gel provided which we thought was only right, food is amazing and they cater for the British with other stuff available, always red hot food and plates and very fresh, we have stayed in 5 star hotels that do not serve food like the rio did, I would definitely put this hotel in 4star group for the food alone. 10 minute 10 mi ute walk down to the promenade so well situated. Only gripe was the noise from next door room, older couple in 60's swearing and watching tv til 2 in morning and making lots of noise from 6.30 in morning, walks very thin So take ear plugs as we heard stuff that we really didn't wNt to coming from them. Overall a cracking holiday had. More
