You'll find stylish, modern décor at this popular hotel, along with easy access to Benidorm's main strip.
This imposing building might look like a typical Benidorm hotel from the outside, but inside it's all funky retro-style sofas and contemporary cream lounge chairs. The big pool is one of the highlights.
Location-wise, you're in a quiet road less than a 10-minute walk from Benidorm's major bars and restaurants. And when you want to hit the sands, Levante Beach is a 15-minute walk away.

good value for money
stayed here on 6th february 2017 for a weeks worth of all inclusive good food, cheap but clean standard of room for a winter's escape in the sun. Which is what we got :) We were probably the youngest couple (50) staying here at the time but we enjoyed the company and everybody was very friendly, there is entertainment everynight although generally catering for the older person. The Buffet style food served three times a day at this hotel for the price your paying at this time of year is outstanding in my opinion. Our last evening's stay was the gala dinner which had extra's like smoked samon and prawns with a variety of cheeses...salads...hot Buffet meals...puddings galor ! plus a glass a free bubbly. yum ! put on 4lb though. Down points. bit noisy dependant on where your room is. select lower floor but as far away from the bar and main reception area. (end of building or around the front entrance rather than at the back above bar and Entertainment if you can. (you can also upgrade your room for 70 Euro's if you happen to end up next door to the random Hen night gang !!) Take your own hairdryer, they do have them but mine was a bit rubbish. There were some complaints regarding the lifts (not by us as we were on the 2nd floor) but alot of older folk found the waiting around for a lift and giving up and taking the stairs was probably a bit of a down point if your not so good on your feet. There's alot of walking up and down to the Restaurant which is located on the lower floor. out in the town make sure you find yourself a nice corner Bar in the afternoon sun where you can get a coffee and Bailey's on the side for 1.50E to watch the world go by. I would stay here again :)More
ok for price
this is only a two star not 3 but work is under way to renovate the hotel I hope this includes making the walls more sound proffer as I think the walls are only cardboard as on the first night my wife elbowed me and told me to stop snoring witch I pointed out I was wide awake and it was in the next room .but apart from that we had a great holiday and all the staff was great .More
Had a great holiday at the Rio park hotel lovely & clean, great food & fab entertainment, met lots of lovely people ,weather wasn't to good, but hotel management put extra entertainment on each afternoon to keep everyone happy, nothing they could do about the weather More
Poor quality hotel.
This was a cheap, poor quality holiday. The rooms were being refurbished as we were there in early February, so it was very noisy. The room itself was very run down with a hole in the bathroom ceiling, toilet seat that would not stay up, mouldy bath surrounds etc. We found low hygiene standards in the restaurant, with handled utensils placed in the middle of the dishes on top of the food. The food was never hot, always just warm. We were always first in the restaurant but still only warm food.We tended to stick to the uneventful salad bar and fresh fruit.Notice by the lift stated that one could get Noro Virus more than once so not to worry. The hand cleansing machines were often empty. On the plus side, the evening entertainment was well thought through with something for everyone. The drinks were inexpensive with great service. The entertainment staff worked hard at keeping things going. The location would be poor for people with walking problems, although there is a scooter hire shop nearby. The seafront is quite a walk away. We wont be going to this hotel again.More
