excellent value

stayed there 17th November for four days ,with a group of friends. excellent food, on one night the entertainment was excellent on two others not so good. room and hotel were very good. staff excellent. location very good situated between the beach and the Benidorm Palace. only bad thing re the hotel is there are only 2 lifts and in the morning ,breakfast till 10.45 there were long delays. we were on the 8th floor and on the first morning tried walking down the 9 floors, needless to say we waited for the lift after that. but don't let that put you off, we will be staying there next time we are in Benidorm.More

Good location. Enjoyed our stay

I booked this hotel through a travel agent on the recommendation of the agent. A group of 27 of us went for one night to celebrate my birthday. I was very impressed with the general level of service, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The only small downside were the thickness of the dividing walls. If you have quiet neighbours this is obviously not a problem.More

Very good basic hotel

Stopped here with my boyfriend over the festival period. On arrival was checked in quick and easy. Didn't know if we would be able to check in due to arriving early in benidorm. Staff was lovely. Only stop b&breakfast so cannot comment on the evening meal but the breakfast was lovely a good range of hot and continental. Also really good choice with fruit. The room was basic a nice view. Bathroom was clean. Maid service was very good. Although the bathroom had a hair dyer could have done with a few more appliances. Due to it being a busy time in benidorm we expected a few drunk groups, but was made louder by the wooden floor. Great situation for family's short walk to the beach and the main pubs. But is a good walk into the old town. Supermarket and gift shops close by. Great takeaways if needed. Did not use the pool amenities but looked fantastic for summer. Also a lot of sun loungers when needed. Would defiantly book this hotel again. Had a great time and fantastic staff.More
