Firstly the location of the hotel was very good, the food was excellent and the cleaning of the rooms were every day, spotless!
However we were put near the pool, where there are 6 rooms. Our family of six took three rooms. For 3/4 nights the other rooms were occupied by groups of very very noisy lads who got worse each night, we had to eventually complain ( but initially didn't want any trouble) we just got told that was their last day! The hotel clearly didn't want that noise, sorry but neither did we.
Then about 80 Spanish guests of all ages arrived with special needs, there wasn't enough carers to people in my opinion. Absolute chaos in the dining room and the pool area.
A young lady barged in to our room took off her clothes to use our toilet, we looked for her career, no one in sight, she got dressed then left again. No harm really but somewhat embarrassing.
The last day we wanted to keep the room on, we couldn't, so we booked a shower room, crazy set up. Two people have 20 mins, they go over their time and then the next are being hurried up etc.
I didn't expect this from the hotel, so for these reason I wouldn't book again.More

Back to basics
Agree with most previously stated. Food is alright, hotel is clean, located far enough away from the hustle of the strip, pool area is ok too. Nothing special which probably reflects in the price paid. You get what you pay for springs to mind.
Biggest issue is the noise that can be heard between rooms. The walls are paper thin and every murmur heard. That applies to abusive language too. We were next to members of an adult male party and yes we could have asked to move but casual conversation with others revealed a move may not be for the better as they too were experiencing same on other floors.More

This hotel really surprised me! Not somewhere I would normally stay but wanted a cheap week away.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean and on a good location. Close to town and close to the beach. Food was good with a good variation and plenty of offering.
Well stocked bar and rooms were basic but offered everything you could need however there is a strict two drinks per customer rule which was a little awkward being a family of 7 meaning three people had to go to the bar at any one time... Even for pop!
Only gripe was the walls are paper thin but after a couple of hours in the all inclusive bar you soon sleep through that.
Overall good hotel and we recommend!More
