The hotel offers a range of national and international dishes with show cooking stations. You can grab a snack between 11.30am-12.30pm, 5pm-6pm and 11pm-12am. And they can cater for special dietary requirements, just provide advance notice. There's a dress code, too.
Twin rooms are decorated in natural tones with tiled flooring. They sleep up to three with two or three beds or can be sold as a single. Room service* and a minibar* are available while an iron and board can be requested from reception. Outside, you have views of the pool from the balcony.
The superior twin rooms can sleep up to three. It's the extras that make this room special with wine and chocolates on arrival and one visit to the spa per person included. To top it off, the balcony is furnished with sunbeds. An iron and board that can be requested from reception, too. Just so you know, a deposit is required on arrival for this room type.
This was my second visit to this hotel. Very clean maid service every day. Staff very helpful and polite except for one lady with blonde hair on reception very rude and abrupt, if this was your first impression of the hotel on arrival you wouldn't be impressed. Having visited last June with a party of 7 women we decided to return as a family of 17. The food was not as good as last year however there was always something to eat, all fresh, hot and plentiful. I am returning in sept of this year again for my third visit as I like to play it safe and know that I am going to enjoy my time in Benidorm. The staff work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel.More
What a let down, where do the four stars come from?
This all inclusive 4-star is spacious and clean, but that is as far as the positives go. The food is stodgy, unhealthy and the restaurant reminds me of a factory works canteen. The hotel is bland, boring and lacks atmosphere, we have seen more action in a supermarket car-park. The patio doors in our room were dangerously cracked, the air-con didn't work and the phone broke after two days, we told reception staff who smiled and remarked 'no problem'. Outside the lack of sunbeds crowed around a small pool added to the misery, at £1600 for the week this all came to awful value for money.More

Shame about the food...
This hotel is in a nice quiet part of Benidorm in close proximity to Benidorm Palace and Aqualandia. The hotel is absolutely spotless with our room cleaned and towels changed everyday. All the staff are friendly including the Thomson Rep.
On arrival to the hotel we were greeted with Sangria and our room was ready straight away. We tried to have a shower but the water was brown... We told reception and this was apparently a problem across the whole hotel and was resolved in a few hours. The pool gets the sun all day until around 4/5pm. Overall the hotel is well presented.
HOWEVER! The hotel is failing massively on the food standard. Many of the food options are poor and of an extremely low quality.
This hotel is supposed to be a four star but one night served doner meat as a main meal option for an evening meal.
The snack options can only be described as repetitive and disgusting. The burgers that they offer are like eating beef flavoured bread. They are worse than a burger you would buy from a cheap backstreet take away. There are sandwiches available at the bar but they are soggy, so much so you would think they had been stored on a plate of water. I got 4 sandwiches on 4 different days and all were the same. After that I didn't bother with any 'snacks'!
The Paella one evening was all the left over breakfast (black pudding etc) chopped up and mixed with rice. I understand that the hotel has to keep wastage to a minimum but this is a bit much!
After a few nights of disappointment we decided to forget the All Inclusive and started to eat out. This obviously made the food aspect of the holiday pointless so we approached the rep to see what she could do to improve the food options. She said she would have a word and to eat in the hotel that night (Friday) then to let her know what it was like. It turned out Friday's are themed nights anyway with music playing and someone welcoming you to the buffet. Compared to the rest of the week the food options were fantastic with a wide selection of good quality food on offer. This is what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. I fed all this back to the rep but the day after it was back to normal with low quality food and little choice on offer! We got chatting to people around the pool who also said they couldn't believe the quality of food for a four star!
The second Friday we were at the hotel we decided to try the themed night again. This was a disaster!!! The night was themed as 'Indian Night' but had never seen Indian. A few examples of the food of offer for the Indian night: tomato sauce with rice noodles, potato slices, roast potatoes, mixed boiled veg, keema, rice, doner kebab (again) and chicken legs in chicken stock (not spiced at all). Labelling food as a curry doesn't mean it's a curry! It was the same food as all the other nights but labeled different!
In the brochure it states there are show cooking stations. There is only one and a chef standing there cooking bulk burgers or fish now and again isn't exactly show cooking. Why doesn't the hotel use this area for people to choose stir fries or pastas???
Another area that needs improvement is the evening entertainment. Although the entertainment person (Alex) was great, the entertainment was hit and miss throughout our stay where people were actually getting up and leaving the bar the acts were so bad. There was an act called 'Magic' which was unbelievable. I think the entertainment staff actually cut the act short it was so bad. It was like two school children playing around on the stage.
Another aspect which I cannot understand is that you cannot take drinks from the bar to your room even if they are in plastic glasses...
I wouldn't recommend this hotel as an all inclusive and wouldn't stay here again. I have stayed in 2 star hotels in Benidorm in the past and thought that it was time to spend a bit more money (£750 more). To be honest I cannot see much difference in the food quality on offer. More

What a really lovely hotel! Was very worried at first about a few things but wasn't a bother when got here, had an amazing time and would Defo return. Would be better if you could off used the WI-fi around the pool or if people didn't leave there towels on the sunbeds all day when they wasn't using them, the bar staff deserve a raise they did an amazing job was always so so happy! Especially the people who did entertainment, the ques was abit long though if you was waiting to ask someone at reception but was lovely how we got greated with a drink and how tidy are rooms was everyday! the food was spot on, especially for a fussy eater like me which is one off the things I was worried about, there was plenty off choices, had an amazing week wish it was longer and would return! Thank you xxxMore

Not what it was
After 2 previous visits I'm sorry to say in my opinion ;- what was a very good 4* become a 2* most notably the food, where once we had Beef, Turkey and Ham Joints, we now have Liver, kebab meet, Turkey thighs, frozen chicken and frozen pork chops,
The drinks are poor unless you upgrade at 8⬠each a day,
The rooms have only 3 power points 1 for the fridge* 1 for the TV and 1 in the bathroom there are no others so charging your devices is not an easy task. Sun beds are available from 9am and all gone by 5 past (although signs say no reserving sun beds).
The cleanliness of the hotel is failing to what it was.
The air con in the rooms is very poor ours having not worked properly for 6 days (blowing warm air not cool air)
having reported it daily with no joy.
The Hotel staff have been here for as long as I have been coming and they always deliver 1st class service but I feel they are being let down by the management and hotel owners.
Hope this review helps but please note this is only my opinion.More
