Great stay, just sort out your sunbeds.
On arrival rooms were not ready so had lunch and drinks, all inclusive starts on check in but finishes at noon on day of checkout. We could have upgraded drinks package to premium which gave branded spirits etc but didn't and found local drinks to be fine. Safe cost 21 Euros for week non refundable which in comparison to other hotels is a little pricey but still worth it to keep money etc secure. The rooms are the some of the largest we've stayed in and were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. Dining room was bright and airy with food stations constantly filled, just a pity not all of the guests take advantage of the hand cleansing facilities when entering the dining room. My only complaint is regarding the sunbeds approx 15-20% of which were quite obviously broken but still put out every morning around the pool by hotel staff. As a party of four we had a 15 minute hunt every day for 4 serviceable sunbeds. That said none of our group would hesitate to stay here again.More
Lovely and entertaining break
We went on this couples break hoping for a relaxing time in the sun and got much much more! The friendly staff made us feel welcome straight away and the room offered a wonderful poolside view. A bottle of champagne on arrival also helped! The pool itself is great and situated next to 2 bars which were manned by superb and friendly staff. Some of the sun loungers were broken but this really is a first world problem! We went all inclusive and found this to be the perfect setting for this option as there was a wide range of cocktails and spirits to try. With regard to food, there is a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of variety to cater for all tastes. Again, the staff in the restaurant were a credit to the hotel. Our favourite part of the whole trip was the on site entertainment team manned expertly by Andrei and Vicky. They played many games during the day such as mini golf, darts and even an iron man competition and we had a super time with them. They also introduced the evening entertainment with most of the acts being of great quality. Even the poorer ones had a certain entertainment value. There is also a small on site gym that is free for guests with enough equipment for the casual gym goer. The onsite spa is only â¬10 for about an hour and a half and offers more pools and showers than most UK spas for a fraction of the price. It really is excellent value. Overall, this is perfect for those people looking for a relaxing and entertaining break just outside the main town centre (about a 10 minute stroll). The staff and the range of good food and drink set this hotel apart and we will definitely be looking to book again in the (near) future. Bravo to the Hotel Levante! More
Sunny sunny levante
Just got back from a week here and wow what a fab place.. on arrival we couldn't get into our rooms.. but no problem with that cases put in locker room an we could still help ourselves to the all inclusive facilities,,and the bar staff were so friendly so helpful, was able to get to the room about an HR later an they were so spacious, clean and tidy.. I was on level 5 plenty high for me. There were a few days that the lifts had problems but was sorted daily.. except for the glad lift that only worked for 2 days. The entertainment team were fab through the day always encouraging ppl to join in... also the evening entertainment was good especially the magician.. OMG wow..even tho it was an adults only hotel u could hear the kids playing football.. think there were tournaments goin on as it was Easter weekend. The pool was spotless but freezing so I didn't venture in but there were ppl in.. you can hire towels for the week for 12 Euro u get 10 back the end of the hols, but beware if u do want to change them at all u have to pay a Euro if u do whenever you do.. a few of the loungers were broken which daily you got to check as they are still put out every day, but plenty to chose from. It's a key card hotel so no bands which means no sun tan marks lol.. it got to 29° while we was out there,, the beach was a 10-15 min stroll dwn the rd,, an plenty of shops to browse in on the way an the beach is clean,, an plenty of bars to go to. The market is worth a look at to.. plenty of bargains, would definitely go back here so fingers crossed might see you all soon. All in all a fab holiday would totally recommend it.. xxMore
Second visit, the weather was fabulous.
Second visit we went last April and enjoyed it that much we went back this year. Don't believe the online weather forecasts we had lovely weather for the ten days we were there. It does get cool on an evening though. The air conditioning isn't working till May so it did get warm in the room but opening the doors sorted that out. I did email and ask for a low floor as its only two flights of stairs to the dining room if the lifts are busy they gave us a room on floor two.More
