Would just like to write to say what a wonderful stay we had at the Levante Club, there was 4 of us there, the hotel was lovely, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day, the food was lovely and a good choice, even for me who is a very fussy eater. The staff was all lovely, I would like to name a couple of staff who went a little bit further to make out stay more enjoyable, Alberto one of the barstaff, who was always extremely busy but always managed a smile and made us laugh, such a wonder gentleman and one of your entertainment team 'Andreas', what can I say he made our week, he is such a cheeky gentlemen, made us laugh all the time and mingled with all the guest and made everyone feel special, would highly recommend this hotelMore

`Beautiful hotel..but rules and regulations let it down`
Stayed in this hotel on a five day break with family and friends....had an enjoyable stay allinclucive let's the hotel down badly. The policies and procedures they have in place are atrocious...you have to hire a kettle or buy your own for tea/coffee in your room...you are not allowed to take any food or drink into your rooms unless you order room services to bring it up which they charge 8euro's for...or buy it yourself from the shops...you don't get a tea or coffee during meal times apart from breakfast...water is never served at any meal times...they have plenty fruit juice to choose from which is full of sugar..not good for a type 2 diabetic...Those small thing let the hotel down bad...I found the staff very nice especially in the restaurant.food was amazing...plenty to choose from....rooms cleaned every day fresh towels at the ready....can't fault the staff and cleanliness...won't return due to allinclucive regulations.......More

Our first ever visit to Benidorm
We knew we were going to have a great stay in Benidorm when we were greeted in reception with a cheery smile and a complimentary drink of Sangria, we were a little apprehensive (needlessly) with the thought of a room on the 14th floor, the room was spacious, light an airy, and we had some spectacular views, all the expected amenities were in place, and if WiFi is important to you we had very good coverage. One note of caution, be careful when using the shower despite carefully setting it to the desired temperature it did fluctuate up and down a lot from cold to very hot.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner - there was always a good choice of food on all the menus with food for every taste, I would say though that the food wasn't always quite as hot as I would have liked it to have been. Top tip - when using the self-service beer tap, open it fully and let the beer run to liquid, otherwise if you put your glass straight to the tap you will end up with a glass of froth.
Top tip 2, if you want to book an excursion do it at Round Town Travel (exit the hotel turn right) it's a few hundred metres down and on the left, see Wendy and she will sort you out. Alternatively if you don't mind local buses the no.10 (bus stop opposite the hotel) will take you to Altea for 1.50 euro, well worth a visit, also opposite the hotel is the Rock and Roll House, great atmosphere and acts, Elvis, Shakin' Stevens and Pablo Bloom are all excellent.
To sum up, we loved this hotel,an excellent location, the most outstanding feature has to be the staff, unfailingly helpful, courteous, enthusiastic and cheerful, from the restaurant Andres (hope the spelling is correct) he was fantastic, an asset to the hotel, and for service with humour behind the bar Alberto was great.
Would certainly recommend the hotel, and judging by the number of people we met who had stayed many times before and were repeat visitors the standards remain consistently high.More
Great Hotel, All inclusive deal, wonderful food and staff
Our first visit was Nov '13, 2nd visit was Nov '15. The standard seems consistient across the 2 visits. The deal was all inclusive, food buffet was very good, all the the rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large and spacious by current standards. We like it as there are no children its an adult hotel and the Spanish stay here themselves for long weekends. The all inclusive deal for drinks is good for local brands and variations of well known spirits / drinks. We found it worthwhile to pay the 40 Euro upgrade for the branded drinks. (I mean only Baileys is Baileys!). the evening entertainment is worth checking out. The management very kindly sent up a bottle of fizz for a birthday gift. The staff are all friendly and helpful. we had a great holiday.More

Great hotel, food good, although could be repetitive if you stayed longer than a wee. Sangria on tap was very good. Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Not much shelter at the pool. Hotel entertainment ok.More
