This hotel and its staff, are with out doubt, One of the best examples of value for money , That a holidaymaker, could wish for. Every person working at this hotel Lavente and spar ,- from receptionist to roommaids- made sure that ,they tried beyond most other all inclusive hotels, that the visiters where well looked after !! The food was lovely and the drinks kept coming ! I would like to thank all the staff ,for my best all inclusive holidayMore
as good as ever
Great place to stay clean and tidy big rooms food good all the staff are all great nothing is to much trouble. The hotel is in a good place not in the centre but not to far out of the main town but just far enough out. At night not to much noise so you get a good nights sleep. Have booked another week in June 2017 and another in March 2018 so I would like to say a big thank you to Beatrice on the Reception for helping me with that.More
The Levante club and spa is such a fun happy place to stay. The moment you walk through the door you can feel a lovely atmosphere. The staff are the best we have ever met the bar staff are hilarious. The two animation team Androus and Jairo and the waiters in the restaurant are brilliant special thanks to Mercedes and Jesus for your happy smiling faces everyday. The food is always good I am gluten free but always find something to eat without having to ask for special meals to be cooked, a lot off people moan about the food but hey ho you can't please everyone. Only one winge perhaps the chef could put a lot less salt in the food it's a bit over the top. We always email before we go and ask for a room on the 18 or 19 floor we normally have room 1802 which is lovely and quiet. The rooms are really big with a balcony the whole width of the room. Would highly recommend the Tropical bar accross the road for the evenings some really good tribute bands, The Yorkshire Pride next door does some fantastic food the best fish and chips on a Friday. Worth booking a show at the Benidorm Palace which Is just up the road. Lovely 15 minute walk to the beach which is the best we have seen and it's kept really clean and such a pleasant walk to the old town stopping every now and again for a brandy and coffe for 2.40 euros !!!!!More
4th Visit for 2 Weeks. Fabulous Hotel.
Well what Can I say! This Hotel is excellent. We arrived on 7th February in the morning. We were given a High Floor as requested. 18th Floor great Views. We had to wait for are room but we had a drink and sat outside in the sun. Rooms are lovely and cleaned daily. No problem with lifts. Breakfast is all good. I like the porridge and fresh eggs/ omelette's. Juices etc. Davide is very helpful as are all the other restaurant staff. Lunch also good as is Dinner. Fresh salads, Meats, fish, desserts. Wine and juice. Evening entertainment. Last year this was going downhill But this year Great with Two Fantastic Entertainers. Jiro and Andreas( not sure about spelling) they are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We went out most days but they were on had doing different entertainment in the day. To all the regulars that didn't return, you must. Karaoke also good. Bar Staff. Excellent as usual. Alberto is so cheerful and is an asset. All in all Fabulous. We will definitely be returning next February. More
