Just got back from a week at the Levante.Have got to say we had a brilliant time. The food was never cold as in previous comments!!!!There was a good selection every day,I was disappointed there was no ice cream at the evening meal but on the 2nd night I found it in a fridge by the entrance!!!The Staff were fantastic and so friendly the bar staff even remembered what we were drinking when my Husband went up to the bar, they really made us feel special. And Daisy!!I would really like some of her energy.
The only down side to the hotel is the sun beds, towels on every one by 9am and the lack of umbrellas. We were lucky enough to have booked a superior room and spent everyday on our balcony which was just as well as we wouldn't have got a bed!!Apart from this it was fantastic and we will definitely go back next year.Thankyou to all the Staff for helping to make it a lovely chilled holiday for us...We will definately be going back..Thankyou!!!!More

Just got back from a week at this hotel. Really well located, away from the hustle of the strip, however some good bars in close proximity. We we're on the 18th floor, great view!! Few minute walk to the Benidorm Palace, great show and well worth the cost. Also, 10 minute walk to Mundamar and Aqualandia - up a steep hill. Facilities in the hotel were immaculate and the staff really friendly. I have scored as very good, due to the food. There were 2 vegetarians in our party and it was a great struggle to eat. Fab if you eat meat, not so good if you don't. Got quite excited to see margarita pizza, one night to find they'd put ham on it! Thank goodness for the 'original' Rays chippy! Would definitely go back, reviewing the veggie menu would give it an excellent.More

I have got to say this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! It was absolutely spotless everywhere!! I would definitely go again because it was also amazing value for money, the cheapest hotel we could get at the time but by far the best quality (and I went round looking at the other hotels we were close to choosing and so glad we didn't!!) It is also great as it is adult only so very peaceful! Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious . In bathroom you had a seperate bath and shower and they gave you all little shower gels, shampoos, toothbrushes etc on arrival. Maid came round every day to clean and make beds. It cost about 2 euros a night to hire a safe but always worth doing. Also had a fridge in room to keep bottled water nice and cold. Every room overlooks the pool area. Also it is only about a 45 minute transfer from the airport so that's pretty good :-)
Drinks- Good range (try the Spanish Baileys , it is so good!!) , and their alcoholic measures were EXTREMELY generous, ask for a vodka and coke and they give you 3/4s vodka and the rest coke!!
Food- Food is very nice and good quality but VERY repetitive .
Staff- Staff are really friendly and helpful, got to mention in particular Abel the waitor. He was sooo nice and made us feel so welcome!
Location- Very good location, we are not so keen on the typical 'Brit Strip' and luckily we were away from that in a quieter area but still close to everything! About a ten minute walk from the beach, 1 minute walk from Benidorm palace (YOU MUST GO TO SEE THE SHOW!! ), Rock and Roll bar and Tropical bar (this is definitely worth a visit, they have AMAZING singers in there). It is about half an hour away from old town if you walk ( we walked there most days)but if you are not feeling so energetic you can just jump on a bus. It is also really close to Mundomar and Aqualandia.
Entertainment- This is what let the hotel down. It was not great. We ended up going out every night in the end , but beer and drinks are so cheap it didn't really make a big difference to our spending money, and there are lots of bars with great entertainment local to the hotel. The only problem with this though is the loud music from the local bars doesn't go down until midnight so if you are planning on having an early night you probably won't be able to get to sleep until midnight at least if you are a light sleeper.More
