Spotless, friendly hotel

Stayed here for a week 9th July, with my husband,Adults only !!! could not fault, staff very friendly and helpful, room and rest of hotel spotlessly clean. Food was ok, not brilliant, but you didn't go hungry. same as most European all inclusive, Drinks good measures Plenty of areas to sit of an evening to relax or watch the entertainment which was very good, I was amazed by the time people queued up to get sun beds when the pool area opened, We got one each day without queuing. Hotel is away from the center of Benidorm, which suited us, A long walk into the old town or the square. We got a bus right outside hotel for 1.5 Euro. We had a hire care which the hotel sorted for us including dropping off and picking up car at the hotel. would definitely recommend this hotel, Additional charge for safe but worth itMore

Nice Hotel, Staff friendly - nice location

We stayed as two couples at this hotel for a week in July 2016 - it was our second visit - the positives are - rooms are nice - spacious and clean - staff are friendly especially in the dining room and there's a young fella in the bar who,s lovely - the older one could do with a couple of happy pills though - but the young fella more than makes up for him. Food is a bit samey but there's always something to find and although it's not as good as the previous year it's still not bad. Location is great it's a bit away from the madness and there are a few really good bars nearby if you don't want the "full on" Benidorm experience. In all its ok the only thing that really gets my goat is we arrived at 1130 pm on the first day so didn't use any of the all inclusive meals or drinks on our first day - however on the final day we booked a late check out room as our flight was 11.25pm and the all inclusive stops at 12 lunch time extended to 2pm if you've paid for a late check out room - I think this is really unreasonable - no one wants to get tanked up on alcohol the day they leave but it's bad form and very in-hospitable not to be able to get a coffee or soft drink on your last day without having to pay again ! We complained to the rep and the hotel but the response you get is its hotel policy ! That's a cop out and TUI should take this up with the hotel as they have the clout to do so. You also have to pay for the safe ! - it's all about money here - This final day left a sour taste in an otherwise good holiday - TUI I will be taking this up with you !!!!!More

3rd visit

This was mine and my boyfriends 3rd visit we stayed from the 2nd to the 16th love this hotel everyone is friendly especially the bar staff who remembered us 😀. The reception staff were very helpful and the problems with the room we had were dealt with within the hour. Thank you for the champagne on my birthday and again the next day for being loyal customers. The food we found a little hit and miss this time but oh well there was still plenty the other days. We had the premium package for the drinks which was great. The entertainment was good but not as much as we had last year normally there was two acts on but this year it was one act then on a Sunday they had two. We enjoyed our stay again thank you 😀 More

Super Food

We stayed at the Levante Club & Spa for a week from 16th of July. The standard room was nothing too sparkling but was spacious and fit for purpose. Reasonably clean with a nicely sized balcony and very well layed out bathroom with two showers and glass partitioned toilet and bidet, which I liked. Well stocked bathroom extras. The shower cubicle was in need of resealing. Fresh towels on most days. Bed linen was changed mid week. The three bars were always very well managed and I didn't have to wait long to be served. Staff were very pleasant. The pool itself was very clean, and warm at this time of year, but the let down was the sun lounges had very awkward rear adjusters that kept falling apart as most that we tried were partially broken. (the locating spigots were worn or broken off). There were several very large parasols, I think it would have been better to have had more but half the size, as they covered more than two sun beds, and most people wanted the sun. We didn't reserve sun lounges, but always found a couple in the corners that were available. For me the best element of this hotel was the food, I am very fussy but found more than enough choice and, the quality and taste was very good. Waiter service was excellent! Overall, very good hotel, a little way out from the beach (0.8 miles), but we enjoyed the walking, and would certainly stay here again!! More

Not a four star hotel

This is not a four star hotel, I am well travelled and this is a three Istar. it's standard. The food was shocking, we even had bacon and eggs for evening meal. Cheap quality food. And the choice is limited. The entertainment ? Well go across the road that's all I'm saying.More
