We stayed in the Levante Club for one night and two days, as a holiday hotel I guess it has all you need, room, pool, and Dining room. On a positive point we found the dining experience very good, the breakfast was presented well and plenty of choice. Given the size of the hotel we found it a leisurely experience credit to the staff who did not rush you. After a night on the town we got back at midnight for a coffee and found no coffee bar open in the hotel only a vending machine, that was a disappointment. You could hire a kettle for the room but that had to be when day reception staff were on duty, another disappointment. The rooms were spacious although a bit unusual to have opaque glass doors on the bathroom. Our room experience was not good, the TV did not work, reception blamed it on the storm but strange the others on our party had a working TV, the safe was locked shut so unusable and it was not attended to before we left, my partner found pills on the floor which suggests maybe the room was not properly cleaned or checked before we arrived. Maybe these are not usual but in any event the room should have been checked. A typical holiday hotel, nothing special in my view, its location is a good 20-25 minutes walk to the Old Town and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes walk to The Benidorm Palace, but you don't go there every day. The hotel overall was clean, spacious and modern but not a very welcoming atmosphere apart from the reception staff who were very helpful at check-in.More

What can I say..!!?
Just returned from a short break at the Levante, what an absolutely fantastic place. It was our 1st time in Benidorm and we didn't know what to expect. The hotel itself is in a great position about 10 mins from Centre, the rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed's are very comfortable. The food and drink were also very good, brilliant friendly staff too, nothing was too much gor them, we will definitely be returning to the Levante. Now then as for Benidorm itself....all I'm going to say is this..wow what a place, just go and experience it.......!!!More
Rooms Spacious & Clean
Had a great 12 days in Levante
Room was nice and large, with a full bathroom & maid came in daily.
Wifi was free and could be picked up in your room, we were on the 12th floor. However you couldn't pick it up on the far side of the pool, near the pool bar.
We were all inclusive, the food was nice but nothing spectacular. It was normal buffet style.
Drinks started when the bars opened around 10am, so no tea or coffee until then unless you got them when you had breakfast.
The gym didn't open until around 10.30am when the spa opened, and it was well equipped with cardio machines, various weight machines and a good free weight section. The spa was good especially the circuit, which was good value for money. Full massage was around 50⬠and was vey relaxing.More

This hotel is clean and the pool is great we had an apartment self catering for 4people the second bedroom was small but it's only for sleeping but not suitable for older people as the bed is against the wall and its tight to get out of would be ok for kids though .You have to pay for everyone's wi fi in the room 15euros each a week per device not to bad but think it's rubbish you have to pay. The entertainment is good but if you don't like loud music till midnight outside its not for you but it is Benidorm so u expect it We would go here again as it is minutes from the beach and good pubs . All in all a good place to stay I would recommend itMore
