We have just spent a wonderful week at the Levante Club Hotel in Benidorm. Staff very friendly, especially Alberto in the bar. Great selection of delicious food, rooms very clean and spacious. We had a room on the 2nd floor which we requested by email, good to have been given just what we asked for. Levante is in a great location, has good entertainment and there are good bars across the road, although its only a 10 minute walk down to the town and beach area. The market which is brilliant and Benidorm Palace are within very easy walking distance. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and is only 1 euro 50 to go anywhere. Altea is a lovely place to visit about 30mins on the bus which are about every 10mins. We will most certainly go back again.More

Not 4 star
On first impressions clean modern hotel with welcoming staff. Rooms ok nothing special, air conditioning didn't work, shower door wouldn't close properly so wet floors, bog standard toiletries, had to pay extra if you wanted the safe, also kettles for hire! Breakfast although looked like there was a good choice was not good standard, the coffee machine was a joke, must be hell queueing in high season. Overall very surprised that this is a 4 star standard hotelMore

New year in Benidorm
I have always avoided Benidorm due to its " Blackpool with sun " reputation. However, a week spent in this hotel over New Year may have changed my mind. Hotel clean with excellent staff who would go the extra mile. Food excellent I usually end up with strange food combinations in AI hotels but here was able to construct a meal that looked like the items belonged together. Lots of re visiting customers that appeared to be remembered by staff, and welcomed accordingly. Hotel entertainment left a lot to be desired but our visit was in December. NEW YEAR GALA MEAL, excellent, a lovely evening in the restaurant. NEW YEAR WELCOME on the beach, with live music, fireworks and lots of families out seeing in the New Year . I wouldn't like to comment on pool due to the weather not being good enough to use , but the area seemed small for the size of the hotel there was also an interesting drain smell just outside the hotel that may impede your enjoyment in summer. Bars across the road good, with tribute acts on every night. Would return to the hotel without hesitation.More
