stayed here 26 sept 2015 for 7 nights with family (mum dad husband kids aged 10/17) had two rooms which staff got our rooms as close as possible even commented when checking in tried to get us close. We were on floor 5 opposite ends of corridor but at least on same level.
Rooms - very clean maids in everyday clean towels beds made. Both rooms had shower in bath. And the bath had jacuzzi jets which kids loved. All clean no concerns maids friendly helpful. Aircon was great worked a treat.
Pool - clean no problems getting loungers but could be time of year. down side was size off pool and kids were not welcome in pool by some of the other guests which didn't stop them going in but was made obvious that when playing was making too much noise or splashing too much even though they kept to areas away from other adults it was noticed that adults were going near kids then complaining because kids were in way or they got splashed. Also I was constantly moaned at because no inflatables in pool and 10 year old couldn't get head round why, as never been abroad and not allowed inflatables in pool, this wasn't mentioned in brochure would have been nice to before booking.
Food - we went full board, loads choice always found something to eat enjoyed trying different food some didn't like but that's personal choice and can't like everything. Even husband commented everyone came back with something different. Staff were friendly helpful could do enough to help. Even kids had something they could eat. There was always fish, rice, meat burgers fish fingers veg different potatoes etc puddings ice cream hot pud cakes fruit to name few. Only downside was two nights meat wasn't cooked enough one was chicken and other pork steak which was being cooked at the show cooking end. Both were still pink and blood coming out. Husband had pork and realised before eating but was 10 year old who had the chicken and was my mum who noticed luckily he wasn't ill from it. Also some of guests were shoving kids out of way. Although I went with kids while getting our meals the problem came if we were separated, after 2nd time in dinning area I had to take 10 yr old for meal then get my own as was more concerned of him getting burned or hurt.
Security - no problems felt safe in hotel no Lucy lucky men came around security person at main entrance.
Entertainment - was for both kids and adults. Included quizzes discos parrot show exotic animal show with snakes lizards kids loved it different "turns" saw many of shows and we all enjoyed.
Location - central to everything market round corner was on Sunday and Thursday. Beach less than 5 min walk, shops bars easy reach the square round corner close but not too close to have any trouble (we dint see any fights/trouble) chemist down road everything near by.
We enjoyed our stay was just some other guests that spoiled it if we went in school holidays with more kids there it may have been different but a hotel were no inflates in pool is not ideal for children. Although we had two meals items that weren't cooked properly, we ate there every day 3 xs a day didn't have problem with any other items of food.
Would I come back. Yes I would but with husband no kidsMore

Well what can I say about this hotel..... It was wonderful.
The food was spot on. The plates were warm. Not often do you see that in hotels and even the food itself was hot. Plenty of varity. From chicken fajitas to Indian curries to even rabbit. Which I did try. The desserts were to die for. Various cakes to pear crumble and custard. (my favourite) of course you still had jelly and ice cream.
The rooms were very spacious and airy. You either had a view of the pool or the road side.
You could have either a room with a shower and a bath (which was a jacuzzi) or just a walk in shower.
JUST ONE PROBLEM..... The shower was on the wall in the middle of the bath which was quite nice but unfortunately the shower screen only covered half the bath so the bathroom floor was always wet.
The pool was just lovely plenty of sun beds plus plenty of shade. The pool itself was a walk in pool which is great.
The bar and cleaning staff was always polite and friendly.
BIG BONUS.... about its hotel is that they are wonderful with the disabled. There are lifts to all floors and the life guard was absolutely brilliant with them. They have a special wheel chair that the life guard will take the person into the pool and even stay with them. Not many life guards will do that.
The hotel itself is situated in the centre of all the pubs and clubs.
We came here to celebrate my 50 and by god did we. I definitely recommend this hotel. More

Will definitely return
What a lovely well run hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. We had Bed and Breakfast, and I have to say the breakfasts were lovely, especially the bacon and the wee pastries. The bar was not expensive and had a good stock of gin, with some of the nicest bar staff you could wish to meet. Was a very good experience.More

Well done helios
Stayed 3 wks 7th to 28th sept (me and hubby).Quick and easy check in,lovely room on top floor as requested.Kept very clean.Towels and bedding changed regularly. If I was being really picky the only thing I could find fault with would be the bathroom. The sealant around the bath was a bit tired and around the bath panel could do with a clean but it's really nothing compared with the positives.Thank you Suzanna our maid on 9th floor. She had a warm and friendly smile every morning.Well done Antonio and staff in the restaurant, not an easy job when everyone arrives at the same time.Always found something to eat , plenty of choice .Great location will be back next year for definateMore
