Available from April 2017. Designed for 3 to 11-year-olds, our Kids’ Clubs by Family Life offer daytime activities, five times a week. To ensure all activities suit your little and not-so-little ones, we’ve split the Clubs into age groups and tailored the activities for each. Just like in our Family Life resorts, there’s Bamse Club for 3 to 5-year-olds and @611 Club for 6 to 11-year olds, so you and your kids get a taste of the full experience. For your peace of mind, all of our Kids’ Club team are trained to UK standards by TUI, and have undergone relevant checks.
Club suites have air-conditioning in the summer months and extras like an iPod docking station, plasma TVs with English channels, champagne on arrival, bathrobes and pool towels. Plus, they have their own lounge areas complete with comfy armchairs. You'll get the VIP treatment with access to the penthouse floor, with its private rooftop pool and sunbathing terrace. You'll also get access to the Club House lounge which has a widescreen TV, DVD library and a bar. There's a dedicated Club Room desk for check-in, too. Just so you know, these rooms are for over 18s.

VERY DISAPPOINTING FOOD
Payed 65euros from airport to hotel to beat the hour long queues getting cards and photos took, which we saw every time a coach pulled up.The card's were so inconvenient all holiday, my family did not want it hanging round our necks like most people, wrist bands would be so much better and easier. The lifts were a nightmare every day I walked the 16 flights did not have the patience s to wait sometimes. The room was clean ,never got the Sun on the balcony ,woke up with backache every day even though our floor got new mattresses on the second day arrived, they were too firm.Breakfast was not worth getting up for missed it 4times .Snack time was at 12 VERY bad quality burgers ,hotdogs chicken nugget s and chips but when you are starving you will try them .Dinner at 1 every thing was 2 star overcooked tasteless I saw people eating gravy and chips or making sandwiches the waste left on plates was expected.Same again at 7 the restaurant was plain and noisy, were is this hotel getting there 4 stars from .Could never get a Sun bed after 10 and never seen them once be washed down .Left the hotel twice to go to the water park 5 euros in taxi 102 euros for 2 adults and 2 children to get in that's including the voucher s I picked up at airport beware you need to hire beds ,lockers, rings for lazy river. The water park was amazing we enjoyed it around the Jacuzzi area, it's a really big place.Benidorm beach was a 15 min walk with a glorious Sandy beach would definitely go back to benidorm but never all inclusive again so many nice bars and restaurants so you can eat what you want not the slop from the flamingo oasis.More

Visited this hotel 18 to 25th June first time in Benidorm. This hotel caters mainly for children felt like a big nursery lots of babies and young children. This would be a 4 star hotel very clean . Staff work extremely hard a couple of rude waiters . The biggest let down was the restaurant . Had the atmosphere of large working mans cafe . The quality of the food was very poor. Lots of stewed fatty meat tasteless and bland wouldn't give it the dog. Luke warm frozen veg. This brings the hotel down to a 3 star standard which is a shame really. Get that right and it would be an acceptable 4 star standard. Mentioned this to Thomson rep who offered to make me a sandwich think more customer relations needed.More
