Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Open from April to October.
The double room is stylish and spacious. There’s plenty of room for everyone and can sleep up to five in a double bed, single bed and two sofa-beds as required. Air-conditioning is available in the summer months. An iron* and ironing board* can be requested as well.
My first visit to Benidorm and I wasn't sure where to stay. I have to say I am extremely fussy and really picky when it comes to cleanliness and good food etc. I have to say I could not fault this hotel on anything, the food was good, rooms spotless, they were cleaned every single day as for the staff majority are helpful and courteous, the entertainment staff are fantastic, always happy, friendly and energetic. I have to say that Anna, Andrea, Dan and Tim of the entertainment team were brilliant, made it amusing and fun, real credit to the hotel team - keep up the good work guys! Definitely will be visiting again. We came with family who had children and the activities for them are brilliant, always something going on - for the adults too.
Had a fab holiday and I highly recommend this holiday wether you have kids or not A*More
Great place, Benidorm at its best
Amazing week. Hotel was always spotless - staff were constantly cleaning to keep it that way. One thing though - it would have been helpful if it was made clearer that All Inclusive customers could order a pack up the evening before to take on the all day excursions. That said, a lovely stay.More

Cardiff boy - Hotel good first time
Hotel was amazing for the first time I have been there the room was cosy had a lush view looking out to the pool itself entering the hotel when arriving had a good welcoming off of the staff providing us with champagne or orange didn't get that in other hotels, the food was amazing had a range of food you could eat nice selection, the cafe area was ok would've liked more seats and tables to sit at whilst getting a drink as there were all taken entertainment was okay Ish aswell loved the mo town on one of the nights only went down to 2 so didn't think much of it, the hotel has its good points and bad points like with the pool being surprisingly freezing would've expected it to be nice and warm considering it was sunny was like walking into a bath full of ice cubes um the rooms air con wasn't much itself didn't produce much air as one of the nights was so stuffy had leave the door open, but all in all I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again great staff amazing food/drinks, walking distance to the beach aswell so even better only downside is pool being cold and the air con not goodMore

Not the best
Stayed 7th - 14th April two adults 15 and 11 year old.
Nice hotel with some good night time entertainment. Most staff friendly and helpful.
However the food was terrible and considering we were all inclusive we spent about 100 euro during the week eating out, not what you expect when paying for AI. Chips not cooked and meat not cooked properly. In fact on returning home l had sickness for 3 days!
On arriving at hotel and eventually getting checked in ( thats another story) found our room door had a 5 inch gap when shut, hardly secure enough to leave all our belongings in! Had to ask twice before anything was done.
Booking in is ridiculous on arrival had to wait about 30 mins to get to the reception then another 30 to have our photo taken for the cards, why not just have a wristband. An hours wait to get booked in is not what you want when you arrive after a long journey! To make things worse we arrived at 1930 and after waiting an hour to get booked in were then told that we had missed tea as it finished at 2030!!! Marvellous .
Overall disappointed with the hotel and would not return.More
