Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Open from April to October.
The twin room is stylish and spacious. It can sleep up to two and be sold as a single. Air-conditioning is available in the summer months, and there's a satellite TV with English channels. An iron and board are available on request at a charge, too.

The most wonderful hotel
This is our 4th year at this most amazing hotel. Everything is just beautiful in it. The staff are lovely and remembered us after being there year after year. The entertainment staff are amazing they work 14 hour shifts in the intense heat but are always fab. Led by Daniel Richards they definitely made the holiday. If you read this give this fab hotel a try you'll love it. More

No faults. No complaints.
Asked for 2 rooms lower floor. None available till next day. When we saw room on17th floor loved it. Balconies high and safe. Plenty of room. Lots of wardrobes, hangers and beds. Lovely views. Decided to stay where we were. No problems with lifts, ok you stop at a lot of floors on way down. that's to be expected. Waited no more than a minute for them. Food excellent. Need to be early to get poolside beds, but if you are into serious sunbathing there are plenty of beds on the sun deck. went 14 Sept 2015. Been before. Would go again. Indoor pool available out of season.More

Great hotel great entertainment
Just back from the flamingo oasis i loved this hotel we went with 13 people from 3 to 60 years old and everyone enjoyed it im the fussiest eater in the world but i loved the food full english breakfast ,chicken breast, steak , roast beef dinners couldn't fault the food and service from staff on to the entertainment team they keep you busy during the day with games and are a great laugh at night they put on shows like dirty dancing to Michael Jackson and getting the guests up on stage it was a right giggle they go above and beyond for the guests. the hotel is clean rooms are a good size and close to all the shops and a little walk to the beach again staff were all friendly you get a card with your picture on it for your room and to be served at the bar some people complain about this its standard at all inclusive hotels either a band on your wrist or a card no big deal you can get a neck strap from the shop for 2 euro save going in and out your pocket the only downside to this hotel is the dreaded sunbeds there is one area that gets most of the sun and are gone first thing then the rest of the area everyone moves there beds where the sun goes due to the hotel next door blocking it at points apart from that i loved it i would go back More
