This big hotel comes with a buffet restaurant and a giant pool. And it’s all within easy reach of the beach…
This place has a great spot in Benidorm – it’s quieter than down at the town centre, but still just 15 minutes’ walk to both the main strip and sandy Levante beach.
There’s a big lagoon pool at the heart of the hotel. And there are weekly theme nights at the buffet restaurant. There’s also an adults-only bar with a pianist providing the soundtrack.

Second visit and still amazing
Our second two week holiday to this hotel, we all want to go again. The hotel does everything in their power to accommodate you and are absolutely tremendous. I would like to give a huge thank you to the bar staff as they work soooooo hard but especially to my sons best friend Francisco who always had a smile on his face, was always happy and so friendly to all my family. My boy was really upset to leave because of him! We will 100% be back!More
Pool to small
Just come back from 14 night family holiday . Hotel amazing staff couldn't do enough for us . Food repetitive really don't want soup and stew in the heat , only so much salad u can eat in 2 weeks . Snack bar not good chips and chicken nuggets only thing worth eating . Pool way to small for the amount of people . Queuing 7.30 for bed was ridiculous. Really need someone checking beds regularly as people had towels on bed and didn't use till late afternoon really annoying when you got kids in pool and takes u 20 mins to walk around all the beds to get to the pool . To many beds no room sardines in a tin ... entertainment fab and kids club fab . Would love to go back but sunbed's really need looking into . 50th anniversary was fab day had slides and entertainment all day but again they got everyone in pool and was no room at all . Beach in 10 min walk lovely beach . Cleaning of rooms fab did have drain smell now and again . Lifts not great need sorting as lots of floors . Young children messing with lifts without adult . More
Skegness in Spain!!
The hotel is a long way from the beach so dont expect to be spending long days on the beach. There is a quite nice swimming pool area - unfortunately that means you have the sunbed race every morning. People would start to queue befoe 8 in the morning but the security would not let anyone out efore 9 o clock !! A ridiculous situation made even more frustrating by the fact that loads of people would put their towels on a sunbed and then not re appear until the afternoon! Crazy. The kids were out of control - parents seemed blissfully unaware of them and left them to their own devices. We had a very entertaining expereince when we saw two sets of parents arguing over their horrid feral off spring on the bridge over the pool. Lovely Food was average. The usual all inclusive spanish fayre. There is a very much two tier system in this hotel. the 'club' members reside on te very highest floors. On the roof there is another adults only swimming pool that only club members have access to - you can only access the upper floors by using your card to activae a pad in the lifts. We could not upgrade to this club catagory when we were there - which we were desperate todo just to get away from the scrum around the pool every day. Not my type of holiday in fairness. If you are the type that loves a week in Skegness with kids, screaming, getting seriously beered up and all tht comes with it, you would probably love this place - but for me, its not a place I will be going back to.More
First hotel I've ever returned to
I've been on many holidays abroad and returned to many different countries, but this is the first time I've ever returned to a hotel. We visited last year and was so impressed we decided to go back this year. Whilst I still love it more than a dislike it, there are a few comments that I feel should be shared. FOOD Pool bar food still as good as last year and always hot and fresh. Good for a quick bite to eat and the chef always lovely. Breakfast ... standard English breakfast just as good as last year and croissants, ham, cheese etc always available. Churros we're only available on our first day though and these were available nearly every day last year. Less fruit choice than last year. Lunch and dinner Not as good as last year. Whilst there was always something to eat, the food really was not up to the same standard as last year. Hot dog sausages for both lunch and dinner available for probably 9 of the 14 days we were there. Beef stews always lovely, but dishes like 'chicken mole' tasteless and repetitive. ROOMS Clean, spacious but occasional bad smell from bathroom. But overall happy. THE POOL Let's start with the famous subbed dash ... I think, after such bad publicity, they have now started to put the sunbeds out for everyone. However, whilst this is a much more civilised way of doing things (than crazy people running around the pool throwing towels and Sun loungers), it now means that you have to queue up and wait until you are allowed out. This means some days queuing from 7.30am just to get a decent spot. People were queuing even earlier than this, which means people are queuing for as long as 2 hours. The security guards let you out in groups of around 4 from 9am. I don't really want to be queuing every day of my holiday at 7.30am! Wasps wasps everywhere! So many people getting stung and it was hard to relax. I definitely do not remember any wasps last year. Not sure if it had anything to do with both the cleanliness and people eating around the pool. Last year staff were constantly picking up empty or half drank glasses that people were too lazy to put in the bin. However, this year I only saw someone cleaning glasses twice on my 2 week stay. Last year staff would stop you from leaving the pool bar with food but this year there was no control over it and so wasps we're loving the ketchup and leftovers that were left in people's plates. ENTERTAINMENT The reason I returned to this hotel. Still good activities going on during the day and evening entertainment top quality. Especially the Dirty Dancing and Disney shows. The day of 50th birthday celebrations was excellent. Mini disco great for the little ones. BENIDORM If I could pick this hotel up and put it somewhere else I would. Benidorm is ugly, busy and expensive. Service and food in restaurants is poor compared to places like Turkey. I would never go to Benidorm to stay anywhere other than Flamingo Oasis. Overall, the kids still love it and I love that they cater for adults as well as the children. Would I return? Yes definitely, but maybe not next year, unless I found a really good deal. More
