This big hotel comes with a pair of buffet restaurants and a giant pool. And it’s all within easy reach of the beach…
This hotel has a great spot in Benidorm – it’s quieter than down at the town centre, but still just 15-minutes’ walk to both the main strip and sandy Levante beach.
There’s a big lagoon pool at the heart of the hotel. And there are weekly theme nights at the 2 buffet restaurants including Mexican. There’s also an adults-only bar with a pianist providing the soundtrack.
Designed for 3 to 11 year olds, Thomson Kids’ Club offers 2 hours of activities, 5 or 6 days a week. And that includes at least 3 evenings. It’s split into sections, with Tots for 3 to 5 year olds, Team for 6 to 8s, and Tribe for 9 to 11s. Best of all, most kids’ clubs activities are completely free. And outside of peak season, there are parent and toddler sessions 3 days a week, too. For your peace of mind, all Thomson Kids’ Club staff have advance DBS checks and hold NVQ Level 2 childcare qualifications. They’re First Aid trained, and there’ll be at least 2 of them on duty at all times. Open from April to October.
Superior twins are Club rooms for over 18s only. They sleep 2 with air-conditioning in the summer, satellite TV, hairdryer, iPod docking station, lounge area with armchairs, large balcony and pool towels. VIP Treatment - check-in at the dedicated Club Room desk and have access to the penthouse floor with a private rooftop pool and a sunbathing terrace. Access to the Club House lounge which has widescreen TV, a DVD library and a bar.
Me my husband and 6 kids are just back from a week's stay at this hotel, and found the hotel to be great, the kids loved it,staff were very friendly, rooms are cleaned every day and very spacious, kids enjoyed the entertainment, food was ok, but the kids, weren't that fussed with the food there was something for everyone, but the kids didn't like the snacks,as it always seem to be burgers and hotdogs and a hot tray of food that always seem to be over cooked, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again next year :-)More

We stayed here for 6 nights arriving 12 Oct 2014
Our room was on the 13th floor and faced the mountain area, it didn't get much sun at all.
The rooms are long and spacious and include a hairdryer and soap in the bathrooms. The floors are laminated in a light colour. Glass wardrobes plenty hanging space, and large balcony with table and 4 chairs.
Flat screen tv in the room with English channels ITV BBC 1 etc
Communal, facilities: 2 TV areas each showing different tv programmes inc the soaps.
A piano bar for faults only with live music
An entertainment room showing a 2 week rotation of shows which are very good inc game shows
An amusement arcade, top deck outside there is a football pitch table tennis and a sun bathing area of which enjoyed the sun mornings only, there is also a bar there.
A bar cafe area in the lobby.
Comfortable chairs and settees scattered around
A hairdressers, a small gift shop, newspapers on a stand to buy.
Swimming pool area good but little sun due to the building in front.
Indoor swimming pool
6 lifts which are clean and modern but a little hit and miss.
The restaurant is large and you are taken to a seat, excellent choice of food with a carvery at lunch and dinner. The usual salad bar, and hot food counter, lots of English dishes and Spanish food.the dessert choice is very good and usually includes a hot pudding with custard. The highchair trays are covered in cling film for hygiene
Cons: The carvery dishes do not gave our British accompaniments ie mint sauce, apple sauce and stuffing. There were Yorkshire puddings once, so anyone who loves there extras a tip would be to take a small tube of mustard for the beef not much you can do for the apple and mint sauce.
The bacon is poor the usually streaky bacon a bit greasy. Don't mistake the bread at breakfast being fried bread it is sweet with cinnamon. Coffee not the best, again if need be buy a small jar.
Water is very disappointing it is supplied in plastic pint glasses rather than small bottles, which are difficult to carry up to the room. I think this lets the hotel down as I haven't been to any all inc
hotels which serve water in glasses rather than bottles.
The entertainment board for daytime activities does not say the venue! the hotel needs to address this as many guests could miss the opportunity of participation in such activities.
All hotels we have been to have a book swop area for all guests this hotel does not appear to provide such a section.
The hotel is situated approx 15 mins stroll from the beach, but there is a regular bus service outside the hotel â¬1.50 each way. The entertainment strip is approx 20 mins walk we went out once to see the famous 'Asa Elliott' at Sandras and caught a taxi both ways this cost â¬6 per taxi each direction. There is the Tropical bar for entertainment opposite the hotel if you want to venture out in the evening. Also a supermarket across the road.
Wi Fi costs â¬15 per week per device or you can buy it for shorter durations.
I would recommend this hotel for entertainment, food and comfort.More

Could not fault the hotel in any way, very clean, food nice and very helpful staff. As I am in a wheelchair staff were very attentive. For me only problem was the size of the room, had difficulty getting into bathroom and out onto balcony but if my holiday comoany took any notice they would of noticed my wheelchair and advised ne accordingly. This however did not stop me having a good time and would recommend this hotel.More
if ur an oap your in great company
Just returned after a week stay with my hubby and 2 kids 16 and 11. Certainty not a hotel for kids it was full if oaps very few families. No music at poolside. Poolside is shaded no use if yr a sun worshipper like me. Entertainment team never once approached us re kids. Our room had 2 sofa beds for kids and 2 beds put together for me and hubby!!! No atmosphere at bar. There was a daily entertainment guide but where things were I dont know. Certainly wouldn't return to this hotel until im aged 65 or over.More

Not for us
We stayed here in may hunny myself and 3 kids can't really fault the hotel itself the position is great for families as its away from all the partying but not to far from beach , the rooms are a good size and were cleaned every day and fresh towels , staff were all pleasant the food was of a decent standard for all inclusive but very much the same thing we were only there a week and found it very repetitive , the pool although a large lagoon style did become very over crowded struggled to find a sun lounger on a few occasions wouldn't want to see it in busy season as this was only may , moving on to benidorm as a whole it was our first and safe to say last visit apart from the clean beaches and mundomar animal park along with a few other daily outings benidorm as a whole just isn't for us found it a bit too rowdy and need I say very chavvy think its safe to say we will be sticking to the canaries as our family destination but each to their own More
