Hotel Flamingo Oasis

This big hotel comes with a pair of buffet restaurants and a giant pool. And it’s all within easy reach of the beach…

This hotel has a great spot in Benidorm – it’s quieter than down at the town centre, but still just 15-minutes’ walk to both the main strip and sandy Levante beach.

There’s a big lagoon pool at the heart of the hotel. And there are weekly theme nights at the two buffet restaurants. There’s also an adults-only bar with a pianist providing the soundtrack.

Visit 10th to 17th May 2016 second in 6 years

Excellent holiday. Very happy overall with hotel facilities. Room spacious, lovely view, very comfortable bed, always clean and tidy. Restaurant facilities excellent, good food & plenty of choice, however very noisy due to high % young families. Pool area could be improved, no sun parasols, pity the sun loungers were fixed in lying down position. Also, despite notices re: reserving sun loungers with towels, this rule totally ignored, so no point in having the rule. Staff always very friendly & helpful. Next visit we will book "Club Class" mainly because of pool area.More

JohnTiptonSidmouth,

Disaster

After waiting ages to check in, eventually managed to get my room. Went to freshen up and the hand towel had vomit on it, floor had stains of vomit on it. Went all inclusive but food and drinks was so bad that I had to eat out everyday & night. This place is no better than a boarding kennel for cats & dogs.More

Mark D,

Disappointing after previous stays at this hotel

We have stayed at this hotel before - the last time being 2 years ago. At that time we thought the food was very good and also the evening entertainment and were looking forward to another stay there. The food was still good and the restaurant staff very pleasant and obliging and the evening entertainment would have been good if not for all the children. The restaurant was half full of children screaming/shouting and running about and we found it very difficult to have a meal in peace. We tried the evening entertainment a couple of times and went down at 10 p.m.when the adult entertaiment started. We stayed half an hour and then left as the evenings were ruined with childen running all over the place while the entertainment was on. We love children but we came on this holiday during term time believing we would have a peaceful rest - unfortunately not. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we had a good holiday but we will not be staying at this hotel again as it now obviously caters more for families who probably have a great time. I would not recommend it for couples wanting a peaceful break.More

Not moving with the times in a good way...

Arrived on the early morning 6th may with a 6 year old. Hotel is overrun with hens / stags and Irish travellers. Previously stag / hens were not allowed in this hotel. Food isn't as good as previous years either and ridiculously lilo's are not allowed in the pool? I asked why and was told "it's the rules" so pointed out that it didn't feature anywhere on the list of swimming pool rules by the pool to be told it just is and when I again asked why, security were called! 😂 food is repetitive and monotonous and although you could always find something to eat we chose to eat out 5 nights out of 14. That I suppose Could be personal choice. Lifts are an out and out joke. All in all certain jobsworths and parties spoil this. I'm only 37 and I'm no stick in the mud but a little decorum in one of the nicer hotels is expected. Cocktails of the day were great, as were the majority of the quality of the drinks. Rooms are large with plenty of storage space and bathroom is large and spacey also.More
