This big hotel comes with a pair of buffet restaurants and a giant pool. And it’s all within easy reach of the beach…
This place has a great spot in Benidorm – it’s quieter than down at the town centre, but still just 15 minutes’ walk to both the main strip and sandy Levante beach.
There’s a big lagoon pool at the heart of the hotel. And there are weekly theme nights at the two buffet restaurants. There’s also an adults-only bar with a pianist providing the soundtrack.

Came back after a week in Feb, the room we were in was great, double bed and single bed,tv with about 10 English channels, could do with a fridge, maid came every day,the food was fantastic in restaurant, some people said food was repetitive.? All meats you can think of every day,was their idea of repeated menu.the choice of food was really excellent.could do with a few more staff to clear tables, which would reduce queingMore

Now I know why Flamingos live in Africa
I wasn't sure what to expect but with an open mind. I tend to read a selection of comments put on by other tourist, but am not influenced unduly by them. We have never been to Benidorm, only every seen a trailer for the sitcom, so we went with the opinion to form our own opinion. Was I expecting who knows! What we got, well. The Flamingo is situated right at the end of New town, not in the middle as we were advised. This was fine because you had the commercial areas and pubs if you wanted them, the walk along a beautiful promenade to Old town was the highlight of the area. The hotel staff are brilliant rooms were basic and need of complete decoration and refurbishment. Food - always plenty although no theme or continuity to it. Soups were watery and flavourless, Lunch and dinner always a good selection of vegetables. If your a meat lover you'll love it, but if you don't eat meat you WILL struggle, except when they have salmon as the 'show' cooking. As a person with a facial deformity I am unable to eat pasta other than in the form of spirals, etc and all that I could see being served as hot pasta was spaghetti . Most of the food was not warm enough although there is a microwave for personal use if required. wine was available at lunch and dinner but to my surprise coffe wasn't you could get one when you left the restaurant but I like one when I have finished my meal. The flamingo is good as a base , all inclusive drinks were of a good standard. Bar areas were always kept clean. Ideal for the family although the marble stair case would l imagine be a death trap during the warmer summer months when you have children running in and out from the pool area.a All in all it isn't a bad place it has a great heart and just needs a little love. Would I go back , probably not to this hotel. But I would given Benidorn another go perhaps for 4 days break and more into Old town. More
