This hotel puts you close to Benidorm’s beach and clubs, and comes with a pair of pools, too.
The Ambassador Playa has a prime spot just a few minute's walk from Levante Beach. Benidorm’s bars and clubs are on the doorstep, too, but the hotel also has four bars of its own, all with nightly entertainment.
There’s a pair of pools – one of them is covered in winter – and a buffet restaurant that’s just as good at serving paella and fresh seafood as it is curries and chips.
This hotel is part of our 3T favourites range until April 2017.

Great stay can't wait to return
Just returned from the ambassador 2. We have stayed here several times but many years ago. The hotel has been refurbished in the reception and restaurant areas. Very modern. Food was great, good selections and drinks very reasonable in the restaurant. Check in was quick and efficient. We were allocated room on floor 10 on the back of the hotel. The room was quiet and no noise trouble. We are returning in three months time and can't wait More

Avoid if under 30
Went with my family to coincide our mothers 50th birthday and also st Patrick's day. From the start there was an issue with 1 member of the party being missed. We thought that was sorted rather quickly, pay for them and have it sorted. Which never happened, so they had to go to the hotel opposite. However, and this is the reason for the one star. Besides myself (27) and sister (29) the staff were overtly rude and hostile to the rest of our party. This actually led to an altercation with the evening desk clerk, who identified himself as William. Every night he demanded that the same (twin) girls hand over their room keys and provide id. If this didn't match their name he'd kick off. Despite at check in us being handed cards and told that we can sort out our own sleeping arrangements. There was also the head waiter who again spoke to the younger members of the party to behave, and proceeded to watch the party while eating for 2 nights straight! This ended only after being confronted by the older members of the party. I genuinely thought that perhaps they'd been loud. Until a hotel receptionist shouted at my pregnant wife to keep the noise down. Despite her just going with my sister up the stairs, next to the hotel bar blaring out loud music! The blatant age discrimination displayed is disgusting and if this was to have been directed at someone older, there would be all kinds of legal ramifications. You may wonder why the trip advisor review? Well that's because we were told by another member of their staff, that managers only care about reviews. So here's your 1*. It's a shame you treat people, paying customers, like rubbish as soon as you have their money.More
