The Gran Hotel Delfin teams a peaceful, edge-of-town location with easy access to the beach.
This hotel sits on the quieter side of town, just across the road from Poniente Beach. A half-hour walk along the seafront gets you to the centre of Benidorm. Or you can hop on the bus that stops just outside.
Inside, rooms have a contemporary look, thanks to a white, lavender, and charcoal grey colour scheme. Abstract paintings decorate the walls, and some line up wood-beamed ceilings and sea views.

This hotel was ok, beds was comfy hotel and was clean, the pool was lovely to sit round everyday and the jucuzzi, staff was abit off when asking questions and very rude. Food was okay but it repeated the food quite alot of times and also desserts. There wasnt anything to do in the hotel when it rained you just had to stay in your hotel room on the bad days so nothing interesting to do on the rainy days. I would reccommend the hotel but only if you want somewhere quiet to stay. More

Noisy room 327
Just returned last week from this lovely hotel. As all other reviewers have said, this is a really nice hotel, pool area excellent, pool was a lovely temperature with a really nice heated jacuzzi. Weather was fantastic, around 23 degrees every day. Only problem was the really noisy room (327). We arrived early morning of 16th April. We complained on the Tuesday about the noise in our room. It started around 7am in the morning. We were out all day but when returning at around 5pm the noise was horrendous. We complained again but were made to feel like fools. None of the reception staff ( including the young under manager) knew anything about it. We don't think so!!! We investigated and found out that it was a service lift right next door to our room. We even took the young tide up hair manager upstairs and let her hear the noise. We showed her the lift, still no admission. An apology would have been enough, but no, it doesn't seem to be the Spanish way! So, if you are offered room 327 say No! Forgot to say that we were at the back of the hotel.More
Lovely relaxing hotel
What can I say lovely hotel spotlessly clean rooms comfortable beds hairdryer alarm clock shampoo body lotion shower gel nice hot shower. Food excellent always hot plenty of variety. Lovely seating area over looking beach to relax with a coffee after breakfast or to chill out with a drink. Pool area nice lots of sun beds. staff very friendly and helpful. this hotel is perfect for adults wanting a relaxing quiet out of the way hotel. Bus outside hotel is a 15 min ride into main Benidorm for shops and nightlife. Not much to do around hotel otherhan the beach. Would not recommend it for older kids or teenagers. We are here for a week 17th to 24th April 2017 weather nice but windyMore
We have just returned from two brilliant weeks at the Delfin/It was to celebrate my wifes 60th birthday. From day one everything was just perfect,we were given a sea view room at the front of the hotel, and on entering were met with a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers[ special thanks to Belen Lopez on reception for organising them Muchas Gracias].The hotel had everything we needed, right on the beach,a good sized pool which was heated, and a good regular bus service stopping outside also free wi fi..The staff were all excellent and very professional[ dealing with some very rude and horrid people.during our first week, these people must have very low standards when it comes to manners and respect].A very BIG THANK TO ALL THE STAFF. We will definitely return very soon.More

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week, it was superb! Excellent location right on the beach front with stunning views. We stayed in room 219 and could not fault it, spacious, very clean, mini fridge, coffee machine, complimentary water on arrival. This hotel is a hidden gem and would definitely stay here again. Food is of excellent quality and one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. staff in all departments are lovely and very helpful. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes you into Benidorm for â¬1.50.More
