Food was lovely
Could not fault this hotel, yes its in need of a refurb but the staff were excellent the hotel was clean and the food and drink was plentiful. I preferred this hotel to its sister the Dynastic. Only negative is if you are bad on your legs the coach stops outside the Dynastic. Its only over the road down a hill. Other than that no complaints.More
Hard to fault this hotel for the money
Just returned from a 4 night break at the hotel and found it ticked all the boxes. A party of 14 blokes from mid 40s to mid 50s. We checked the reviews and weren't expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was on the 8th floor and whilst the room was basic it was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom spotless too. Rooms cleaned daily and the maids always were smiling. Didn't use the bar or the pool area much but again these were spotless too. The food choice at dinner was another nice surprise with plenty to suit.....you can't go hungry and let's face it most of the food in Benidorm is basic. One the whole I would use this hotel as it's a great base of the bars.......but I wouldn't take the family there or Benidorm really. More
Stayed here for a week for friends 60th birthday. Friendly hotel needs a refurb and quite basic. Spotlessly clean and food was very good apart from breakfast. Usually on all inclusive you get raisins and prunes etc with yogurts to pour over so was a bit disappointed. Overall though the food was quite good with plenty of variety I love fish and was not disappointed in the variety. Sun beds need renewing and maybe a few more I would stay again. Reviews said lots of stag and hen parties so was worried about the noise but it was fine no more than other hotels I've stayed in and they had security to keep things under controlMore
Five Day Break
I visited this hotel with my two daughters and twin granddaughters aged seven for a five day break to celebrate my 60th birthday. We arrived late on a Sunday evening and the gentleman on reception was quite welcoming. He made sure we were on the eight floor (as it would be quieter) and had two rooms next door to each other. Rooms were clean and serviced every day.The food was excellent at some meals and good at others. There was always something to suit us all. Staff in the dining hall were quick to take away dirty plates and serve the all inclusive drinks. There was one big drawback though, the dreaded stag and hen parties. We were so glad that we missed most of the weekend antics as there was quite a lot of bad language and heavy drinking going on around the pool area. Some young men one one occasion were drinking from cans in the pool. Not really suitable for young girls to see and hear this when they haven't been brought up with it. Because of this we wouldn't stay here again. It is a shame as although the hotel is pretty tired and basic, it could have been a lovely place to stay and explore Benidorm.More
Stayed here in July 2015 on an all inclusive basis food was ok place was quiet busy family's stags groups etc could be a bit wild at times but every where is the same to be honest would go back good value for money More
