The stylish, adults-only Flash Hotel puts you in easy reach of Benidorm’s beach and bars.
The super central location of the Flash Hotel means you can walk to the pubs, bars and restaurants of Benidorm in around five minutes. And sandy Levante Beach is even closer.
The whole hotel has a contemporary feel – think high-design eateries and grey-and-fuchsia rooms with big TVs.

Awful!! Very disappointing!!
Very disappointing stay at this hotel, first time in Benidorm and felt like a 2 star hotel at best. Hotel looks very modern at first glance but believe me do not let this fool you. We were two girls mid 30's early 40's looking for adult only hotel with good food, clean rooms and nice pool area. Where to begin with faults, our room air con was rubbish, was no where near strong enough, took us 4 days to finally get a fan after complaining 5 times!! Our balcony was never cleaned, any sand accidentally brought back lay under our feet for days. The shower leaked all over floor every time we had a shower, the shower screen was filthy, the bedroom curtains were all stained and there was no mirror at dressing table area, had to do make up and hair in a sweltering bathroom. Two of the lifts were very small, old and rickety and very claustrophobic, that's if you could get one!!! 12 floors and only 3 lifts, be prepared to wait at least 10min every time! Next is the food, absolutely awful. We normally do bed n breakfast or self catering but as weren't sure of Benidorm prices we decided to go half board. We ended up having to swap dinner for lunch most days as dinner was awful, I lived on salad for 3 days before opting to eat out. The themed food nights had limited choice mixed with the same hot veg mixes and pasta sauces that were presented every night. Everything was so so bland and tasteless, nothing like the acclaimed dish it was meant to be and what made it worse was when we complained to the waiter he was not impressed and very short with us afterwards, claiming other guests liked the food. We met at least 4 couples who felt like we did and had also complained. Breakfast was the only decent mealtime selection. Next up is the pool area, very uncomfortable unclean sun beds, all stained. The small tables sticky from drink, never cleaned. Spoke to other guest who said their room was facing the pool area and in the 5 days they had been there it had not been cleaned!! There was also entertainment each day and as much as the gentleman was very nice he was also extremely irritating. Very loud and insisted on singing karaoke over and over even though tone deaf. The games were okay to watch for bit of fun but if your looking for peace to enjoy your book, nurse your hangover then don't go here. If your 5 years old and wanna watch a clown dance around and sing for 2 hours then your laughing. The only good thing was the background music because the WIFI was practically non existent so was unable to stream own music. To top it off on the way home we pointed out two water leaks in reception which the receptionist chose to ignore. No regard for guest safety. I have never written a review before as never felt need to. I have stayed all inclusive in a 2 star hotel which was miles better than this. We did not let this ruin our holiday but a lot of money down the drain for 4star hotel which could have been better spent. More
This time it's flash
The bride and I are off again to benidorm this time we stopped at the Flash hotel This is a modern building that's bright and inviting and adults only we stopped at a half board basis the bedroom was clean and modern the only downside was the air conditioning wasn't powerful enough for our liking the staff were friendly and helpful and done there best to make our stay an enjoyable one...2 of the lifts are a little clostraphobic but don't let that put you off..the food was excellent with a varied choice every day a big thankyou to mary who made a fantastic omelette and was always smiling and cherful...the evening meal time is long trousers only Which I'm pleased with if you turn up in shorts you will be asked to leave More
2nd and last visit to the Flash
Last year I stayed at the flash and it deserved it's 4 star rating. So my friends and I decided to return this year, I feel it is barely a 3 star. Hotel inside is clean. Reception staff are very helpful just as well as I had to call everyday for extras towels. 3 people in the room 3 lots of towels you would think after first call that would be sorted. Receptionist was getting annoyed because she had logged it everyday. Air-conditioning was not working properly, curtains hanging off, socket broken reported them he looked at air-conditioning without success never bothered with others. The food in the flash had definitely deteriorated from last year we swapped dinner for lunch most days very disappointing. Pool area was dirty with lots of broken sunbeds. This is an adult only hotel so why it requires childish entertainment round the pool is beyond me. You could not even read because of the noise of the music constantly from when pool opened until it closed. The male entertainer (I use that term loosely) liked the sound of his own voice, he cannot sing and would just make noises for no reason.Very sad to see this lovely hotel change so drastically in one year.More

Not a great trip and not a 4 star
This review is not a reflection on the staff at all. With the exception of one male receptionist and one waiter they all work incredibly hard are very pleasant and try to be helpful. The disappointing part is the hotel which I suspect is now owned by accountants rather than hoteliers. The building and it's facilities are worked out. The sheets on our bed had a cigarette hole in it and cut marks through the centre. The towels are all thin and worn out and the rooms themselves are bare. Whilst the beds are comfortable the mattresses have to protectors which can be washed. As a result you're sleeping on a mattress that will have soaked up the sweat of everyone else that's slept on it. And believe me if you stay in room 304 you will sweat alot as the air con does not work. Asked for it to be looked at 3 times. On one occasion the noise was sorted out but the cool air we were desperate for never came. Sleep was often impossible. Lovely. On the last day I checked under the bed to see if anything had been dropped and was thrilled to see that there were thick piles of dust which has not built up in a day but over many months. There was a used ear swab on the first landing and though it moved position it stayed for 8 days and was there when we left. The rooms are blighted by noise from above with chairs and furniture scraping and next door rooms where you can hear everything being said. In the front outside bar it's frequently boiling. Unlike the three star hotel next door the front bar has no fans fitted to move the air at all. It's horrible to sit in so hopefully next door. Drink prices are ok and they have happy hour every day on spirits 2 for 1 which if that's your thing is great. If not recommend you try the hotel next door as the drinks are cheaper, the staff as nice and the air is cooled so it's nice to sit in unlike the Flash. The pool area is ok - nothing special and had been said by many other people the sun beds are old, worn and so stained you don't want to sit on them. The fact that this comment is on many reviews going back for months, seems to show that despite the standard reply by management that they listen to criticism to see how to improve the service - they don't. The entertainment at the pool is repetitive and lazy. The entertainers themselves are nice people, but it's intrusive and silly. If you want peace to read a book or recover from a hangover the pool is not the place to be. Others loved it so it's always personal taste. Overall we were relieved when we could leave and we had a really unpleasant time at this hotel. We spent nights being too hot to sleep and regularly woken up by noise and slamming doors. This is no longer a 4 star hotel and the building and it's facilities and lack of cleanliness let down the hard working pleasant staff who have to cope with the grumpy customers. More

Excellent hotel spoiled by 2 issues
Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for a week from 24th - 31st July. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. Very modern and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and in our room we had 2 full size double beds. Bathroom was a good size. And shower was excellent apart from the screen not preventing water from getting all over the bathroom floor causing a massive puddle. Balcony was spacious and the door blocked out nearly all of the outside noise which was good as we had a street view room. The pool isn't massive but was never overly busy and never had an issue getting a sunbed in the morning. Food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was fantastic and there was a great variety from day to day. The only negatives to the hotel were the air conditioning in the room was awful. Even after notifying our rep about this. No improvement was made. The other downside is the outrageous dress code at evening meal time. Men MUST wear long trousers. If you do not have long trousers with you. They force you to borrow trousers from reception. I didn't personally have to do this. But many people did. This is humiliating and quite frankly an outrageous policy! Made even more ridiculous by the fact that women can wear whatever they like. Including see through dresses that would be worn at the pool or shorts that don't cover their backside. On our first night. I was smartly dressed, wearing tailored shorts and a shirt and was sent away to put trousers on by the rather ignorant and abrubt restaurant manager. While there were men in adidas tracksuit bottoms and the afore mentioned women with barely anything on. I complained about this to both the hotel staff and the jet 2 rep and neither were really interested in what I had to say. The weather the week I stayed was 35degrees every day, so to expect men to to wear long trousers is madness. It was almost comical seeing the hoards of men running to the elevators after dinner to get changed back into shorts again. This was such a shame as other than this the hotel would have been up there with one of the best I have stayed in and it really let's down the atmosphere of the hotel at dinner time to the point where I considered requesting a refund on our mealsMore
