Lovely hotel in a great location. It's in between the old and new town. Corner rooms are spacious. Beds comfortable and bathrooms okay with a strong shower. Corner rooms would benefit from a sofa as a lot of wasted space and only have two plastic chairs. The middle rooms are compact but comfortable and have a sofa and a chair . Breakfast was good with a lot of choice. The bar was nice and prices reasonable. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room . Good hairdryer in the bathroom .Would stay again but would choose to upgrade to a suite. Lovely friendly staff.More

Lovely place with spacious rooms and friendly staff
Just got back. Had a wonderful time here bed and breakfast for a week. The staff were friendly, helpful and highly professional. Which is more than I can say for a very over rated establishment up the road " Hotel Don Pancho". The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, but they do move easily on the tiled floor and if you are a bit on the large side as I am, you can find yourself moving across the floor each time you turn over. There's a kettle with Tea and Coffee supplied to my very welcome surprise!! As most four star establishments in Spain require you to hire the use of a kettle. The décor in the rooms is plain but stylish white and grey. Breakfast is basic but plentiful you can help yourself to as much or as little as you want and is pretty much standard for a four star hotel. If it's not to your liking there are plenty of cafes and restaurants that will please. The only real gripes are the air conditioning is not very effective and that was in Spring I couldn't cope in Summer, the temp did not go any lower than 24.5 degrees. There were two lifts supplying the hotel which took 4 small people at a time. Not very practical at mealtimes. Otherwise I loved my stay and would return given the chance.More

Average breakfast,but can't fault hotel
Me and my mum are always going on girly holidays away to Benidorm at the start of the year for quick escapes. And we always struggle on where to stay next and weather it would be in the old town or the new town. We came across hotel belroy and thought we'd give it ago, considering I'm of a certain age where I can't go to a adults only hotel, this seemed just as quiet which was perfect for the both of us. When we arrived, we was pleasantly surprised about how modern'ly made the hotel was, everything being black and white it was very beautiful. We was disappointed to be waiting to be serviced to get the key to our rooms for about 20 minutes so I must say it would be nice for there to be more people at the desk so you can be served as soon as possible. Other than that one negative thing, our room was insanely clean, which is something me and my mum are strongly picky about,no faults on that behalf. We never tried the dinner so we cannot say what it was like,as we was always going out for meals in the evening. However we had breakfast every morning, the food being served was pretty average and nothing that spectacular unfortunately, however we weren't to bother considering we aren't very big breakfast people. We both agreed after leaving Benidorm that if we were in need of a hotel we would definitely come back to the belroy hotel. xMore
