Would Not Reccomend
Disappointed at having to get up extremely early to get a sun bed as there was a distinct lack of sunbeds for the size of the apartment block. The rooms were not cleaned on time. The pool was full of grit. Some of the bar staff were friendly. The drinks were good but the snack bar didn't have a wide variety of food. Whilst air conditioning is free you do however have to pay for everything else from the safe to the room deposit and the Wifi as well.More
Honest review. A few problems
Just returned from a weeks stay with my partner and children 12, 10 and 4. When we first arrived we were greeted by friendly staff but we did think what the hell have we walked into. We went to our room which was on the 13th floor, this made me nervous with having a 4 year old. We had to make sure he did not go out to the balcony, which was stressful with a 4 year old has you could imagine. The rooms are a good size and the balcony was plenty big enough to sunbath on. The beds are not very comfy and did give my some aches and pains in the mornings. After taking our time to look around and get used to our surroundings we did think that the hotel was ok and clean. It is a good place to stay if all you want is a room to sleep in. The first morning we woke up was dreadful, I went to wake my two girls to find them in bed covered in ants. Our cases were full of ants, we had to take everything we had with us and shake it all out. We rang straight down to reception and they sent a cleaner to look at the problem, she saw how bad it was and we was moved rooms. They found an ants nest in the room which had to be treated. The staff were pleasant and fast at sorting us another room and gave us complimentary breakfast for our trouble. As you can imagine packing up our room with 3 kids was stressful and in the process I left a brand new beach towel in the wardrobe. When I realised I asked the staff to look for it. The room was checked and I was told it wasn't there. To my amazement I was sitting around the pool when I see someone using my towel, they said a staff member gave it to them. It might sound petty but it was my property and they knew which room they had moved me to, so why not just return it to me or leave it at reception. The air con in the rooms is ok and is needed. Ours worked fine but one night we was woken up by a loud rumbling noise, the grill that covers the air con was loose. This hotel is in a fantastic location just an 8 minute walk to the beach, all the shops, bars and restaurants. We found it very quiet at night and did not get disturbed in any way. The pool is lovely and my children loved it, they had a great time using their inflatables. We found it to be a lovely size to be able to relax and keep an eye on all of the children. The pool bar is good for snacks and drinks. The hotel do have signs up say it is forbidden to reserve sun loungers but this is ignored. People got up as early as 6 am to put towels on beds. We sat around the pool at 9.30 one morning and couldn't get a sun lounger because they where all reserved with towels but nobody was actually out. It was 1 o'clock before some of the people who had put towels on beds had returned. We raised this with the lady on reception and she said to us "what do you want me to do about it, go and move them". Despite everything we did have a good holiday and an ok stay. The hotel is basic but clean and a good base. The staff are very friendly (apart from the lady we spoke to about the sunbeds) and there is an English lady who works on reception and she can not do enough to help you. More
Great place to stay on a budget
We are a family of 4 adults who stayed here in June 2017 in a 2 bed apartment. The rooms were very clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely hot water in the shower and lots of it! Decent sized pool with plenty of loungers, however as you would expect.. lots of them were covered with towels by 7am each morning! Good location, only a 5min walk to the beach and main area of Benidorm. I would definitely stay here again! More
I have been to better but I didn't expect much. Staff are great. The hotel itself is quite dated but it was very clean so no complaints there. Pool has a lot of grit shards in the bottom making it uncomfortable to spend the day in. We went and used a different hotels pool. There was 6 of us staying here and it wasn't too far from the nightlife. Air con is FREE and worked brilliantly. Safes are available for €3 per day which is good. Says no inflatables but the staff don't mind, many people used inflatables and didn't get any hassle. More
Pool was filthy full of sand and grit. Was given 24hours or would be closed down. Rooms wasn't cleaned to Rota. Mucky ashtrays put in with cutlery. Not enough sunbeds or umbrellas. Adults spitting in pool very noisy at night via the road side. Tiles missing in pools which caused scratches to my little girl. Staff was nice except for one older man on reception very miserable and did acknowledge my young one when she said HOLA. definitely would not recommend. More
