a short break
Well I must say we were pleasantly surprised! Went on a 3 night break 5 of us in total in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spotless the staff were helpful and freindly I'd love to go again it was well located too !More
Hotel was ok was clean and just what we needed. Food was basic but got a little bit fed up of eating same stuff. Beds weren't very comfy and found the staff very disorganised especially when we arrived late felt we were palmed off. Some staff were great but some very rude. People were spitting of the balcony and got my friend in the face told staff but nothing done. Not really a family hotel but ok for stag n hens n young groups More
Stayed at this hotel as a party of 5 adults in October and found it to be a very clean hotel. The staff except one woman on reception were excellent towels changed daily and the food was very good with a very good selection. I wasn't impressed with the acts they employed but the 2 members from the animation team worked very hard and did a great job. The room we had was a 2 bedroom apartment and it was a nice size with a decent kitchen and clean. The only downfall if you want to call it that was the steep hill you had to climb after you have been to the beach or strip. I would say only a 15 minute walk to all the nightlife and a 3 minute walk down the hill to the beach.More
We were a group of five 40 something ladies staying for 4 nights. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist Liam, who informed us it was his first day, he was so friendly and very helpful, he told us we couldn't access our room until 3.30pm as it wasn't ready, so we put our cases in the luggage room and went for lunch. We had to pay a £120 refundable deposit for the room, which I think is standard for everyone, bearing in mind on checking out we just got it back without anyone checking the room. Our room was ok, patio doors did not lock, but as we were on the 8th floor we knew no-one could access our room. The shower kept falling off the wall, drenching the bathroom on numerous occasions, towels were only changed once during our stay, beds not touched at all. We were all inclusive, the food was ok, no-one would starve. Drinks are limited to two at a time, which was ok. Antonio the restaurant manager was always smiling and very friendly, There are not enough sun beds around the pool for all guests, so we spent our days down at the beach sun beds were €4.50 for the day, it was very busy but a nice breeze. At night we went into Benidorm as nothing really going on at the hotel, Tiki city do the best strawberry dakoris I have ever had, worth a visit, Benidorm at night is very busy, lots of bars and restaurants. MEN BEWARE of the local prostitutes/thieves, who target vulnerable, drunk men, we saw first hand what they did, we actually saved a couple of men from them because they wouldn't take no for an answer, they put their arms around them and felt for their wallets in their back pockets, they must make a fortune so be careful. Would we stay at the levante again, no we wouldn't, but we had a fantastic time in BenidormMore
