Inside, polished wood floors, crisp-white walls and modern furnishings make a very contemporary statement. But its minimalist design doesn't mean you have to have to compromise on glamour. Mood lighting, artwork and a high-spec finish give it a sophisticated edge, too.

The lobby bar is particularly inviting with its cream sofas and fireplace. Plus it's got a roof terrace with comfy wicker chairs. And the chic restaurant follows suit. Jutting out over the cliff edge, its floor-to-ceiling glass windows look right out over the sea. You'll be just as impressed with the stylish bedrooms, which come with cool white bed linen, trendy furnishings and a balcony with mountain or sea views.

Outside, the infinity pool steals the show. The ocean views from here are nothing short of breathtaking. In fact, it's so impressive, it featured in a 'Cool Pools' article in the Sunday Times Travel supplement. There's also a cafe bar here which shares the unbeatable views. And if you want to escape the sun, head for the equally serene indoor pool where there's also a Jacuzzi(Tm), a steam bath and a gym.
