Within walking distance is Algar Seco, with its theatrical rock formations and Carvalho cove, where half the fun is navigating your way through a labyrinth of tunnels. Add to all this animated bars, restaurants serving inviting international and local dishes and excellent activities such as golf and horse riding - and you can’t go wrong in this relaxed holiday haven.
