With a great outdoor scene and comfortable, well-equipped rooms, Vivenda Martins is all geared up for family holidays.

This villa feels like a real home, and that’s mainly to do with the fact it’s so well kitted out.

Step inside, and you’ll see rooms have been decorated in a homely style. The lounge comes with a comfy corner sofa, a fireplace and sliding doors out onto the terrace. The dining room, meanwhile, is a well-dressed space kitted out with dark-wood furniture, big indoor plants, and a TV and a DVD player.

You’ll feel instantly relaxed in the bedrooms, too. Take the twin one for example. With rustic wooden furniture and beds dressed in funky striped linen, it’s a great base for the kids. What’s more, there are two bathrooms in this place, so there’ll be no queues for the shower.

The outside area has also been well thought out. Most of the space is taken up by a good-sized rectangular pool. It’s set into a terrace which comes with a barbecue at one end and sun loungers at the other. It’s quite secluded, too, because it’s all surrounded by whitewashed walls and plants.

Lastly, there’s the location. This place is just five minutes’ walk from Santa Eulalia and its beach. And you don’t need to wander far for a restaurant, either – in fact, there’s one just a few footsteps from here.
