Relaxing stay

This hotel suits all. You may relax in the extensive peaceful gardens or participate in the daily activities pool side. Rooms are modern, spacious clean with a good outlook, although it was a bug bear that there was a daily charge for use of the in room fridge & safe. Only a small charge but annoying.Staff are extremely welcoming & friendly. The meals are buffet style and the breakfasts have a huge variety of choices along with the salad bar & desserts in the evenings. Whilst the evening hot meals have also a huge choice , they appeared to cater for the mainly British guests & rarely reflected the Portuguese fayre. Just a warning, the dinner times are 18.30 to 21.00 so allow sufficient time to eat your meal as the buffet is removed promptly at 21.00. We do understand that this process is under review. Overall a most enjoyable relaxing holiday. Must also mention Erva Doce cafe, a short walk from the front of the hotel, delightful owners & great for snacks and drinks.More

Total relaxation!!

This hotel was just what me and my partner needed. We stayed for 10 nights and loved every second of it. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Can not fault the staff at all. Our room was lovely, very modern and the shower was the best! Room was cleaned and towels were changed every day, maids were lovely too. Food was amazing, very yummy and good variety of food every night. The pool area was lovely too, nice and relaxing atmosphere. The grounds are lovely and looked after well. Me and my partner are 24 and 29 so a bit younger then majority of people staying at the hotel but everyone was very friendly and chatty, so we did not feel out of place at all. We had one day trip to zoo marine where I swam with dolphins which was amazing and something I have always wanted to do! We also did a trip to albufeira beach using the shuttle bus from the hotel, lovely stalls and shops plus restaurants by the beach. We had an amazing holiday, was total relaxation!! Would 100% come back in the future :) :)More

Fantastic Falesia

Just returned back from a fantastic holiday at the Falesia with my husband and we are already pineing to go back. It is one of the best hotels we have been to in every aspect. The entertainment team Lisa, Amy & Josh look after everybody from every age group in the services they provide and couldn't be more welcoming. Also the resident duo Panache are exceptional. The hotel staff go out their way to make you welcome from the reception to the cleaners to the bar staff and the management, not forgetting the the restaurant staff and chef who provides excellent meals and desserts every day. Everywhere is spotlessly clean from the army of cleaners that are busy busy. There is plenty of sunloungers for everyone and the garden area is so peaceful and relaxing. I would also like to praise the Thomson reps for their work who were available at all times from us getting of the plane till we wet home.More

What lovely people who run this hotel

Spoilt from the minute we arrived with friendliness. Rooms recently refurbished. Lack of parasols round the pool, but still plenty of shade if required. Food quality very good and the new Thompson team with the residence Panache entertainment group proved a welcoming evening entertainment.More
