Hotel Falesia

A tropical garden setting gives the Hotel Falesia a really private feel. It’s also got a big TripAdvisor following, and it was rated the best hotel in Albufeira in 2013.

The Hotel Falesia’s good-looking gardens set the scene for a terrace-framed pool and al fresco dining areas. Beyond the gardens is a sandy beach and some of Portugal’s best golf courses.

This hotel does things in style, with a smart restaurant and a spa offering caviar treatments. Luxury room options include junior suites stocked with little extras like bathrobes and slippers.

Second visit to the Falesia hotel Portugal and at least as good as the first visit 8 years ago, the only downside to the hotel is that they don't do all inclusive, Having said that the food on offer at this hotel is very very good and the restaurant at the hotel is perfect as regards to appearance, the location is pretty good if you like to be adventurous, there is a nice walk to the right of the hotel taking you to the honey farm which has lovely views if you sit up there and have a relaxing coffee, Victor from the hotel will take you there on a guided walk free of charge, just be wary of what month you go as May is known to the locals as snail catching season as you can get some wet weather at this time of year, night time entertainment is average to good,More

Lives up to the motto - simply relaxing

Stayed here earlier this month - in a Junior Suite, room 311. Arrived in the evening and as dinner service had finished, reception kindly arranged for a plate of chilled meats and cheese etc to be sent to the room. The hotel is slightly old fashioned - classic style- but clean and comfy, and it was very quiet as they were preparing to close for the winter. The night we arrived was the final night for live entertainment - but that didn't bother us. Having mineral water replenished each day and the kettle in the room with tea, coffee and cocoa was a definite bonus. Buffet breakfast was very good and dinner was fine, although choice was fairly limited towards the end of the stay. Used both the outdoor and indoor pools - the lovely grounds are a highlight. We walked through the grounds of the adjacent hotel to visit the rugged beach rather than use the free shuttle, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the public bus stop for the 20 minute ride to Albufeira itself. If you want constant partying and modern, hi - tech features then this hotel won't be for you. If you want to feel relaxed and revitalised in comfortable surroundings, with the opportunity to get out and about exploring by car or public transport, then this is the place for you. We also saw people exploring the local area via rented mountain bikes / hybrids.More
