double room with pool view
It’s a tastefully decorated room with a feature wall and tiled headboard. There’s a furnished balcony or terrace letting in plenty of light with a pool view. A small table and chairs, a TV with some English channels, tea and coffee facilities on arrival, along with a minibar which can used as a mini-fridge at a charge.

lovely stay in the Algarve
This is a lovely hotel in a quietish area of Albufiera. lovely room and very clean. The only problem was the fridge wasn't cold. They do like to charge a daily rate if you use it as a fridge so it is worth checking its cold. The staff are all lovely and very helpful, the food is of a high standard and in the little town there are very good restaurants and very good value. Taxi's are good and cheap for getting to and fro if the shuttle buses are not running due to lack of uptake. very relaxing!More

Great Hotel with exceptional staff
Just returned from a weeks long stay at the hotel. Couldn't be happier with the service we received from the hotel. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Marco who knew our names, before any introduction, and gave us all the necessary information you could wish for - access to the safe, breakfast times etc. The personal service we received didn't stop at check in. One of the days I wanted to watch the football so asked Rui at reception to recommend somewhere. Upon our return to the hotel Rui asked me how was his recommendation and how was the match. Goncalco (excuse me if i have spelt it wrong) was also helpful from reception when we had difficulty with our internet connection. The guys at the hotel bar are extremely friendly and constantly want to help you, polite and happy. The small things like this I would be happy to pay good money for, personal touches and taking an interest in their guests is a big "win win" for me. On the downside we found Tania on reception to be very unhelpful, a couple of occasions my girlfriend and I asked for help and we received pretty much one word answers and it seemed she would not go out of her way to find answers which is a stark contrast to her fellow colleagues. On a personal note, I would avoid going to the hotel the last 2 weeks in February. On our first night there was a large group of older Spanish couples staying at the hotel who I must say were extremely rude. We were pushed out of the lift when trying to access our room and when we tried to go to the restaurant to eat people would often to push to the front of queue when waiting for food to be served. This is no fault of the hotel and by the own admissions they advised that the group can be very demanding and leaves very little time for any of the other guests. I really wish that this hotel was a little closer to Albufeira Old Town as I think a good 30% of our spending money when on taxi's. I couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel and would definitely visit her again.More

Value for money hotel
The hotel atmosphere is relaxed, quiet and friendly. Well located in Acoteias with a few good quality restaurants around. The rooms are a good size and are cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff are very good, the grounds have improved with a lot of planting. Good choice of food, buffet breakfast and dinner. Special mention to yellow fish taxis for airport transfers. Nice and polite drivers and the vehicles had free wifi. A++++ Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.More

This hotel has a lot going for it. The rooms are spacious and very clean. the food is varied and very good, even a vegan will be able to feed himself. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. All the room have a balcony equipped with a clothes drier. One sour note is that the wifi is iffy and unstable in some rooms.More
Awesome value for money yet you don't skimp on quality!! :)
First impressions were of awe...the lobby was so impressive we feared we had the wrong address :)Photos online do not do it justice! Stayed here happily for 5 nights with two friends. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facilities of indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing and in a lovely quiet space to use.We also enjoyed the sauna ;) We were so close to the beach and it was pretty secluded at this time of year. There was a main road of restaurants to choose from within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And ordering room service was cheaper then dining in the restaurant one evening! I would definitely without a doubt love to stay here again if possible with family and friends. The location was fantastic and central for us to explore Silves, Albufeira old town and all the lovely beaches in Lagos. It was all made really affordable even in a private taxi organised by the hotel. And we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it was all adult only! Bonus (all at less then £25 a night with the split cost). Been to other hotels before in Turkey and Spain but this has been the best! More
