The Hotel Falesia’s good-looking gardens set the scene for a terrace-framed pool and al fresco dining area. A 20-minute walk brings you to sandy beach and some of Portugal’s best golf courses.

The property is located not far from the beach with the same name. The staff is professional. The rooms are totally renewed and that the good point. The common part will have to follow. The breakfast is correct.More
SECOND VISIT NOT AS GOOD AS FIRST
This was our second visit to this hotel and must say on the whole we had a good holiday helped mostly by fabulous weather 25degrees in November. We loved the new Junior suite especially the rain flow shower husband wants one at home now. Our first visit really impressed with the quality of food but unfortunately was dissapointed with selection of choice of courses was not as many people in the hotel this time except a big party from Canada. One thing that we didnt like was pressure to buy drinks in restaurant which we found quite expensive also very quick clearing of plates found the waiting staff not good. The reception staff were very good. We liked the peace and quiet but unfortunately with that came the empty bar nobody seemed to use at night. Would come back again and hope that the food was back to previous visit.More
Totally enjoyable in every aspect. Room a junior suite clean bright and comfortable. Food was delicious and plentiful. Plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meal. Drinks I didn't think were overpriced. Entertainment excellent. Plenty of quizzes. Water in outdoor pool very cold. Did use indoor pool and facilities. Hotel laid on buses to alberfuiro and villomuro (can't spell haha). These incurred a small charge but a stress free ride. Don't bother with the market, a field nothing else but the bus station about there. More
Most relaxing holiday ever.
My Husband and I stayed at this superb hotel for 10 days in July 2016 We had a Junior suite that overlooked the beautiful water garden area and got the afternoon sun. The room was huge and kept spotless by the very attentive house keeping team. Wine and fruit were waiting for us on arrival in our room and a fresh bottle of water was left every day. This hotel has excellent staff, who all go out of their way to make you feel welcome, they obviously enjoy working at the Falesia and it is clear they want you to enjoy your stay and we certainly did. However things to consider are the hotel is located in the very quite area, with a handful of shops and bars, so evening entertainment is limited and there isn't a sea front as such to walk along, if you are not particularly interested in cabaret style entertainment, which is provided at the hotel then you might find that you will have one or two early nights. We did find ourselves propping up the poolside bar of an evening being entertained by Armen who does make superb Cocktails (from the heart). Busy Albufeira is a short taxi ride away and the hotel run a courtesy bus there during the day if your looking for more shopping and bar options, but it is party central, and I was always glad to return to the tranquil and relaxed atmosphere of the Falesia. The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk through the neighbouring Pine Cliffs resort with use of their outdoor lift, or by courtesy bus from the hotel which drops you at the top of the steep hill at the other end of the Falesia beach, it's worth going on Victor's organised walk so you learn the way through Pine Cliffs. Neither options are suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. The beach stretches for miles all the way to Villamoura. It's possible to find quiet spots as it's so vast. If you plan to walk along it check the time of the tides, walking is far easier on the firm wet sand when the tide is retreating. If your looking for a truly relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge your batteries in a stunning setting then you will love this hotel, as we did, but it won't suite everybody.More
Fantastic week at the Falesia Hotel!!
My wife and I spent a wonderful week at the Falesia Hotel this last October. The rooms have been refurbished at the beginning of the year to a very high standard. Our room was really spacious with a fantastic bathroom and shower. We ate every night in the hotel and the range of food was amazing. It seems that there is always something for every taste. It's very reasonable cost wise and you can eat as much as you like. At breakfast the range of food was impressive with freshly squeezed Orange Juice. The pool area and gardens were lovely. We never had a problem finding sunbeds whether it be round the pool or in the splendid relaxing garden area. But for us what really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff, they are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and determined to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning!More
