Just returned from a great week. Everything was wonderful. We had a lovely Junior suite which was very clean and smart with free fridge and safe and 2 flat screen tvs with bbc1 and itv. The staff at the hotel were a delight from the Manager to Reception to Cleaning staff, bar staff and catering all wonderful. The thomson reps were lovely and young Emily an absolute delight. The entertainment staff were great ably lead by the lovely Harry - Bing Bong!!! Used the indoor pool and Jacuzzi a couple of times and had it to ourselves - what a treat. The food was great - only complaint too much choice and too much weight gained!!! Hope to be a Returner.More
This was our 4th year returning to the Falesia. We love this hotel.Really can't fault anything about the Falesia. Its a hotel that you just feel really comfortable at. Beautiful gardens, rooms (We always book the junior suite), staff, food, entertainment.More
Well above average
My wife & I spent 10 days here at the beginning of May 2017. Our experience was very good, and exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy and we found the reception staff to be extremely courteous, providing us with good information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Without exception everyone working at the hotel was cheerful, chatty and helpful, which is unusual these days. The restaurant staff seem to be encouraged to engage with the guests. Food at the self service restaurant was plentiful & varied. Breakfasts were a particular delight. Overall, a very well run hotel with lots of space externally for plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the gardens. You don't need to be on top of your neighbours if you don't want to be. The top floor room overlooking the pool that we occupied had a secluded balcony with table and chairs where we could sip our sundowners without being overlooked. The frogs in the gardens were very noisy, though!!More
Ok so I've only just returned from the Falesia hotel yesterday, already I'm wishing I was back there. I took my girlfriend there for a week for her 40th birthday. We got a taxi from Faro airport (don't do that) arrived at the hotel to a very warm and friendly reception. We had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned and ready but that's not an issue when you're sat in the sun around a gorgeous pool with a cocktail in your hand. Got our key, had a briefing about the complex and we headed to our room. Opened the door to an amazing, spotless, airy, roomy junior suite. Probably the best room we've ever had on our adventures overseas. Huge tv, balcony, massive rain shower.......bliss. The whole week has just been fantastic, I can't say anything wrong about the place, the food, staff, drinks, garden, pool all fantastic. Even sneaking a bread roll out every morning to feed the carp was a joy. The gardens in the hotel were beautiful. Give this place a chance and I promise you you'll be back. Already looking forward to booking again. More
Spent week here just before Easter. Lovely hotel and well situated for beach. This is Adults only hotel which made it more relaxing. Staff were so friendly & helpful, food was good and rooms clean and spacious. Entertainment most nights and cocktails were great! Large gardens with fish ponds & the occasional noisy frog! Nowhere was crowded whatever time of day you were by pool or in gardens. Courtesy shuttles available to Albufeira or Vilamoura if more than 6 going at a time. The beaches are perfect for children and the cliffs are worth seeing too, with their bright orange soil.More
