The pool here is a nice size so you'll be able to have a relaxing swim. Sunbeds are dotted on the surrounding sun terrace so you can enjoy a lazy day by the pool. There's even a bar so you can stay refreshed without having to leave the pool area.
These double rooms come in traditional designs with a contemporary twist and are located on the top floor facing the pool. Your room will come with a balcony for some space outside as well as air-conditioning and a minibar*.
This was our second visit to this hotel. We don't normally return to the same place, but this hotel was so good the first time. The Falesia is newly refurbished to a high standard, worthy of its 4* rating. The hotel is set in a largely residential area, alongside a golf complex and about 1Km (a 20 minute walk or use regular hotel shuttle) from the lovely Falesia beach.
What makes this hotel special, is the staff. From the moment you arrive to check in until you leave, you will be treated as a VIP. All of the staff we met, at reception, in the bar, in the dining room and the house staff and around the grounds, were delightful. Hard working, efficient but always friendly. The atmosphere around the hotel was very positive. We want to express our thanks to all who made our stay at the Falesia Hotel so enjoyable. The weather was great too!
We will certainly return.More
As a fussy individual I am always a little disappointed with hotels but not this one.
Excellent in every way from the stunning room to the lovely meal we found waiting for us on our late arrival.
Staff are superb very professional friendly and nothing too much trouble.
Cleanliness second to non.
Fantastic massage at the spa and indoor swim, and despite weather being awful still enjoyed our stay.
The food was plentiful and of good quality enjoyed the fresh crepe making and the service made it feel special at every meal.
And I must say well done housekeeping spotless room loved the towel animals and fresh large bottle of water every day was a nice touch, The view from the balcony overlooking the gardens was stunning also.
Would I return to this hotel ABSOLUTELY.
Would I recommend yes WITHOUT A DOUBT.More
From arrival at Reception all staff were extremely helpful , polite and friendly . We were upgraded from a standard room to a Junior Suite overlooking the gardens , which was absolutely wonderful watching the sunsets . The only small negative was that we were unable to sleep with the balcony door open , due to the screeching of the frogs in the ponds . We did not however think of changing rooms due to the fantastic views .
The communal facilities were all top class and we made use of both the outdoor and indoor facilities .
The restaurant catering was wonderful , with a huge variety of choice when it came to breakfasts as well as evening meals . The only thing I would say that I have seen mentioned by previous reviewers , is that some of the restaurant staff are too eager to clear plates while still eating . On one occasion my plate was removed while I still had the fork in my mouth , without even being asked whether I was finished .
We would definitely consider visiting this hotel again and would recommend it as a retreat to relax and enjoy the area .More

Fabulous hotel.. Great food, very quiet adults only hotel (as we like it), plenty of sunbeds, and staff very friendly. Especially Celia (Receptionist) who for the last few years has been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We go to the Falesia 2 / 3 times a year and have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the great standards you have set yourself.
Roll on June for our next holiday.More

Very good but not excellent
I really wanted to be able to give 5 / 5 for this hotel but I couldn't. As previous reviewers have said the staff are lovely, the food is good the indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room are all great - particularly for the rainy and overcast days we encountered. Excellent wifi available throughout the hotel. So in general the public areas were very good, even excellent what let this hotel down was our room. I think we may have been unlucky. I can only assume our room was one of the first to be refurbished as it was showing a bit of wear and tear already! The room furnishings did not really resemble those of the website - I will upload photo for reference. Only a two seater couch and coffee table. Ours was a junior suite, the neighbouring standard rooms had more in them! The tv signal kept breaking up and the sound was generally out of synch with the picture making it more or less unwatchable. The dressing table was screwed shut - I assume the mirror was broken! Extractor fan was noisy (it was turned off at 11 pm so could cope once maintenance had come and tried to fix it - the noise was slightly less) the air conditioning didn't work - the fan came on but it it didn't cool the room. So bearing all this in mind avoid room 441. As I said I think we may have been unfortunate with our room but the rest of the hotel was super and yes we probably would go back. If you are looking for a quiet, well run hotel then this one will fit the bill.More
