The Be Hotel is right in the centre of the action – two minutes’ walk from a sandy beach, and five minutes from St Julian’s nightlife hub.
The best thing about the Be Hotel is its location. It’s connected to a big entertainment complex, which is packed with shops and restaurants.
A Blue Flag sandy beach is just two minutes’ down the road. Five minutes’ walk gets you to St Julian’s nightlife district, which spills over with bars and clubs.

Rooms aren't bad - Reception ripped us off, Twice
Had no complaints regarding the room, quite a clean and modern hotel. Reception is a totally different story though. 1) Was told that Wi-Fi was free as I had paid the 'Walk-in' rate. Receptionist specifically said "click on pay once you log into the Wi-Fi and we'll negate the bill on check-out". Upon check-out, the other receptionist insisted that this was untrue and followed by sayin "I'm surprised you were charged â¬2.50, usually it's â¬9" I sucked it up as it was just â¬2.50 after all, but then this happened: 2) I told her that I had parked in Eden car-park and presented her with my Eden ticket that comes with a remarkably large 'Eden' logo. She said that parking was just â¬3. I gave her my Eden ticket and she gave me a pre-paid ticket. I continued to the car-park and once I provided it to the staff at Eden they said that this was a baystreet ticket and they are not affiliated. Long story short, I ended up prefering to pay for a lost ticket for â¬15 than going back to the reception and making a scene.More
Good value - but don't expect too much
Good room size, clean and well maintained - the meeting facilities on 10th floor also quite good. But no service, breakfast faraway and their definition of winter 15 degrees! So the pool area was closed. If it is windy you make shelter but don't close down. Felt betrayed. Close to the party area so still noisy at 1am on Tuesday :( More
Modern hotel with good amenities close by. Room on smaller side by comfortable!! Lots of pubs, clubs and eateries around the hotel - plenty for everyone! Good location close to the beach... a bit noisy at night as by the main strip of clubs... but nothing too dramatic!! (But do note if your a prude might both be the place to go as the area is a little racey/seedy! - but all good fun!!!)More
Good value and very adequate
First challenge is to find the reception entrance on the ground floor of the shopping mall, sign lost amongst the advertising and shop signs. Rooms are a good size and clean (deluxe double). Disappointments are - free wifi only in reception (9.50 per day for room access); no free water; air con only blows hot air in winter.....room like a sauna on arrival and poor TV channel selection. Restaurant basically on the 4th floor of the Mall. But dinner was good - Italian style and modern cuisine, well presented. Breakfast buffet was good by continental standards although the hot food was only warm. The area is noisy at night despite it being March and not busy. Very adequate for a short stay and good value. Amazing experience, such lovely hotel, staff and people in general
I am not really one to write a review but I appreciate the importance of it from a travellers point of view and from the business' point of view. I just wanted to thank Lizzy and the girls at be.hotel who made me feel so safe and welcomed for my first solo holiday and my first time in Malta. Lizzy especially helped me better understand what is going on in regards to what I can do while I was there and up and coming events in May/June the Malta Street party. Bless her, she called about 5/6 companies to make sure I at least did something. I am so grateful. Thank you so much. I will definitely be seeing you all again. It allowed me to definitely be myself as your company slogan states. Plus you called my hotel room a day after I arrived to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. That was truly lovely! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and homely. I am VERY particular with cleaniness and staying in hotels in general. So I was happy to stay somewhere that was cleaned everyday. No issues what so ever. I trusted them enough to know if I ever had issues it will be dealt with immediately. The maintenance teams were also amazing as well and I missed our little chats! Great staying here and I will be booking with this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely experience xxx High five and a Blue Peter badge to you all!!More
