Eden Hotel  

Lido di Jesolo and the Hotel Eden go back a long way. One of the most well-established hotels in the resort, it's been welcoming guests through its doors for decades now. And the secret to its success? Without a doubt its location. Right in the centre of town, the Eden sits on the corner of Lido Di Jesolo's lively main square, the Piazza Mazzini. It also borders the resort's main street, the Via Bafile. As such, you've got bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.



The hotel scores another location coup – it's got its own private stretch of sand, complete with complimentary sunbeds and deckchairs. Simply cross the main square and in a matter of minutes you're on the beach. Of course you can always stay put at the hotel – there's a rooftop swimming pool fitted with hydro-massage jets.



As to the interior, in 2007 the Eden got a complete makeover. Think Italian minimalist chic. The lobby-lounge incorporates funky green and black sofas set against a monochrome backdrop, and the bar, which spills out onto the Via Bafile, has been given a contemporary zip with angular White bar stools and parlour palms.



It's a similar story on the bedroom front. While the standard rooms are simple and straightforward, they've been dressed in cool, earthy tones - the colour palette revolves around pale oak and magnolia. They've also been given nice little touches like satellite TVs, wireless internet access and air-conditioning. It's worth pointing out that standard rooms face into the centre of the hotel and come with a window or French balcony. Deluxe rooms, meanwhile, are slightly larger and have balconies.



The Eden also offers up split-level apartments with balconies or terraces. Up on the mezzanine there's a double bed. Downstairs you'll find an integrated lounge-come-kitchenette with a sofa-bed – great if you're coming away with the family or friends.
