An introduction to Villetta Casa Alberto
Conveniently located just outside the town walls of San Gimignano, Villetta Casa Alberto enjoys a peaceful location with uninterrupted views over the beautiful, surrounding valleys. Originally a hay store, this tiny building has been lovingly converted. The entrance door leads straight into the living room/kitchen area from which metal stairs lead to a small gallery with a double bed. A compact little shower room is tucked underneath the gallery.
Outside is a large covered terrace which gives additional living space and the private lawn with lighting creates an enchanting setting to spend a relaxing evening. An important plus, unusual in the centre of San Gimignano, is the adjacent private parking space for the exclusive use of guests.
