Well, over 100 years ago this hotel actually began life as a restaurant with specialities that they still serve today – namely suckling pig spit-roasted over the huge open fireplace and ricotta and honey ice-cream. And people ate so well that they struggled to make it home again, a few bedrooms were added and, voila, Su Gologone became a very special hotel.
