Situated in a quiet and secluded position, reached by a kilometre of unpaved road, Villa Paola enjoys magnificent views of the town of Arzachena and the surrounding Sardinian granite rocks and local vineyards. The villa is finished to a high standard inside and out, and until recently it was home to Ludovico and his family.

The spacious living/dining room has leather sofas and a satellite TV. The separate kitchen is spacious and has another comfy sofa, decorative fireplace and a dishwasher. The large master bedroom is on the ground floor and offers plenty of storage space in the beautiful wooden wardrobes and the en suite bathroom with shower attachment is furnished with a Devon bathroom suite with hydromassage bath. On the first floor, accessed via a granite stairway, there is a double bedroom and a second small room with a double bed which both look out onto panoramic views of the countryside. The adjacent shower room is typically Sardinian with colourful celeste tiles.

Outside the wonderful garden has plenty of space to enjoy meals al fresco. You can choose from the shaded terrace at the front of the house or the open terrace by the pool with tables and chairs to enjoy meals cooked on your own barbecue.

Wherever you choose to unwind you are bound to find a wonderful view which only gets better at night once the whole area is lit up. If you can tear yourself away from this relaxing property there's a choice of sandy or shingle beaches 15 minutes' drive away, while in Arzachena you will find a choice of restaurants and shops.

For those who like to be more active there is plenty to chose from - golf in Cala di Volpe, watersports in Cannigione and boat trips to La Maddalena .
