Not to be missed is the waiter service restaurant at the Masseria Don Sante Hotel where you can experience typical Apulian cuisine that has been locally produced from the farm. At the farm it is possible to purchase local products such as extra virgin olive oil, fruits, vegetables and preserves.

Also worth a visit is the town of Martina Franca, famous for its strong white wine used in the preparation of vermouth and spumanti and for its many Baroque and Rococo buildings. Not to be missed is a trip to Locorotondo ("round place"), a beautiful town designed in a circular plan set on a hilltop from where there are splendid views over the Itria Valley.
