It has taken me a while to get round to writing this review just down to personal circumstances as it was truely amazing. Stayed here with my husband in September for our 20th wedding anniversary we booked through Olympic holidays the whole experience was fabulous. We were met at the airport and had a private taxi transfer to the hotel where we were greeted with glasses of champagne a very nice touch. As it was our anniversary we were upgraded for the first night the room was very large and comfortable. We were also gifted a bottle of champagne and fruit from the management which was lovely and very much appreciated.
Next day our things were all moved to the room we had booked which although smaller was absolutely gorgeous we could not have asked for more and the pool view was lovely.
Food on the first night was a little bit lukewarm (we didn't dine until about 9pm) however this was rectifyed and every night their was a good variety and it was piping hot. Breakfast was either continental or cooked some of the things on offer were a little different but most were worth trying. There was also a station for omlets and crepes which were excellent. On our last night we decided to dine at Neptune the alacarte restaurant although expensive you get a 30% discount the food and service were well worth it. The hotel also serves cocktails which I loved sampling and had live entertainment on quite a few nights. We particularly enjoyed the singers.
We also made use of the Spa and enjoyed a couples massage. The indoor pool was lovely just a little cold for my liking.
All the staff were friendly and in the majority of cases really couldn't do enough for us.
The area surrounding the hotel is needing a bit of a facelift in particular the road heading into the resort centre there are a few derelict buildings etc. Please do not let this spoil your holiday as the hotel itself is fabulous and spotlessly clean. We fully intend to return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone especially those looking for that little bit of luxury. Thank you to all you certainly made our anniversary and holiday amazing.
We also had a lovely surprise in the post this morning a Christmas card form the management at the hotel thank you.More
very nice hotel and great staff
my wife and I visited Lesante in May this year and we really enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is relatively new, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a large pool as well. We were on half-board and we really enjoyed the food every day. They had a new menu everyday so we never got bored with the selection of food. The restaurant staff were all very friendly.
In general the staff were very friendly and helpful, but we want to exceptionally acknowledge and thank the hotel concierge Dimitris (hopefully spelt right) for all the help and advices he gave during our stay. He made our stay more enjoyable as he suggested activities and places to visit on the island every day.More
Amazing hotel and very welcoming staff!
We came across this hotel on a previous holiday to Zante in 2014. We decided to visit and asked to have a look around, as we were looking for a hotel to stay in for our wedding nearby, in October 2015. Not only did they show us around the hotel and it's facilities, they also took the time to show us every different type of room that was available to book. We were very impressed with how welcoming and helpful they were that as soon as we got home we booked for a weeks stay in a premium deluxe room for October 2015.
When we landed we were met at the airport and taken to the hotel in a very smart, clean car. Our luggage was loaded and unloaded for us and taken into the reception by the hotel staff. We were greeted with a lovely glass of champagne and checked in very efficiently. A member of the reception staff escorted us to our room and we were shown the facilities on the way. Our luggage was also brought up to our room. The hotel is very modern and beautifully decorated and we were made to feel very welcome.
We were very impressed with our room. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed in it. It was nice and spacious and would definitely recommend the jacuzzi bath!
The pool area was clean, tidy and spacious with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. We only visited the spa once but we wish we had used it more often. It was extremely relaxing and the pool was lovey to swim in as it was very warm.
The restaurant staff would always ask if you would like to be seated inside or outside and move tables together if you had a larger group. They were very polite and friendly especially one of the male waiters who would always be smiling, laughing and joking with the guests. It was a great atmosphere. The food was amazing! A very large variety every morning and evening and it was nice to see some of it cooked in front of you. It was always hot and fresh.
The staff made our holiday/wedding day 5*+. They did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed our stay and every member of staff was polite and friendly. Nothing was too much for them, from removing a padlock that was stuck on one of our suitcases, to decorating our room on our wedding night with towels shaped as swans and confetti sprinkled on the bed. They also made our day special at reception as when my father and I were waiting for our car on my wedding day they opened a bottle of champagne for us before we left and wished us a wonderful day. One of the ladies on reception also helped me with my dress on my way from the lobby to the car and then helped me into the car with it. They were so lovely. We were also treated to a complimentary breakfast in bed for a morning of our choice and there was a bottle of champagne in ice waiting for us when we got back to our room on our wedding night, with a plate of fresh fruit.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and we are definitely going to return to stay here again in the future. More
So good we've booked again
We arrived at the hotel after a good flight and wasn't disappointed. From the moment we walked through the doors we were made to feel very welcome, being greeted with a nice glass of fizz. Check in was fast and smooth, then escorted around the hotel being told where everything was and times for the meals in the restaurant. Our room was lovely, we didn't have a pool view which didn't bother us as we had the gorgeous afternoon sun on our balcony. The room had everything you need only thing missing was a dryer on the balcony for swimming things, but the chairs came in useful for this. My one bugbear is to see towels etc hanging over the balcony rails The food was excellent with lots of choice, all the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and helpful when choosing wine to go with your meal. Cocktails at the pool bar were a must before our evening meal.We didn't stay in the hotel on an evening so can't comment on the entertainment. Its only a stroll into town with some good bars and restaurants if you want a change. We loved this hotel so much after being home two days we booked again to go 2016. Don't think about it BOOK IT.More

Luxury hotel with amazing staff
This hotel was recommended and lived up to expectations. From the time we arrived we were treated to an excellent level of service. The staff right through from cleaning, poolside, bars, restaurant and reception made you feel special - many remembering our names which gave it a really personal touch - especially as we were single travellers.
The room was well equipped and even though there wasn't much privacy on the balcony it wasn't an issue. We had no problem with sunbeds and invariably spent the days by the pool where there was a nice breeze. We also went to the beach which is less than 5 mins away. Sometimes we would swimin the sea and just walk back. But there are lots of bars along the beach so its a lovely walk. The sea was crystal clear and warm.
Back to the hotel - we were half board but fully intended to use the discount and have lunch then go into the town for evening meals. Two things...lunch menu isn't varied and not much choice. Due to a mobility issue we couldn't get out of the hotel for a few days so had to eat in the restaurant at night. And I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing. So much so that we stayed finest at the hotel and ate most evenings. There was plenty of choice and it was always hot and freshly prepared. The salmon en croute was so good I made a note of which day it was on the menu to make sure I had it the following week. But....they don't do a repeat each week. So although disappointed not to savour it again, it was exceptional that they varied the menus - much better than the usual repetitiveness.
Breakfast was also great with a choice of freshly prepared omlettes and crêpes. Also champagne on offer so a nice bucks fizz on my birthday started the day well.
The hotel is well placed for the town and there's plenty to do. Some bars are a bit loud but there's plenty to chose from. Walk to the beach or the local shop for an ice cream....its 8 euro in the hotel whcih is more then their cocktails. There was a large party which arrived..I think with it being a popular wedding destination that might happen. They didn't bother us but it was noticeably louder when they were in the bar or restaurant. It just makes you appreciate the more relaxed atmosphere although there was always something going on in the evenings and plenty of people. I loved the greek night and enjoyed the dancing. Request a demonstration from antonis the maitre de.....he'll show you how its done.
Special mention to eva, Lucia and makis in the restaurant and avaguita at the pool. All staff are brilliant but these stood out. And an extra special thank you to the matre de...antonis. So professional, polite and kind.
We did a trip to cameo island and the shipwreck. Planned them independently and would recommend. Also a must is a visit to the olive tree restaurant......its through the town and is amazing.More
