Thanks to stylish, contemporary décor and a top-of-the-range spa, this is Zante’s leading 5-star hotel.
This place is a leading light in Zante’s luxury scene. It’s an ultra-stylish retreat, with a pair of huge pools and a choice of elegant dining spots. And the classical style spa takes care of pampering.
It’s a minute’s stroll through the olive groves to the soft-sand beach. And it’s a 15-minute walk into the heart of Tsilivi, where you’ll find a big choice of shops, bars and tavernas.
Enjoy the many spa treatments on offer, such as massage and body wraps. You can choose to relax in the heated indoor pool and whirlpool bath, or wind down in the sauna and steam room. Whether it's a special occasion or you'd just like to treat yourself, visit the hairdresser and choose from a range of services.
For breakfast and dinner. Offering Greek and international specialities, as well as themed evenings. You can decide if you'd like to sit indoors or outside overlooking the pool. Dinner is part of the Half Board option. There's a dress code here, men are asked to wear long trousers at dinner.
We booked on a B&B basis so apart from the breakfasts I cannot comment on the meals available. Breakfasts consisted the normal foreign holiday fayre of meats cheeses yoghurts etc but the bacon available was the best that I have eaten in a foreign resort. The omelletes were also a hit with me. For some reason they insisted on putting tomatoes into the scrambled egg every now and again whch could be off putting for some.
Why a five star hotel should put UHF milk on the tables for tea and coffee is beyond me as it makes everything taste plasticky. To get a good strong cup of tea take your own tea bags it saves a lot of effort from tring to get flavour from bags provided.
The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and the pool area comfortable. The sun loungers were comfortable but I feel may need new coverings as some were showing signs of wear and tear and some mouldy spots where bathers lay on them after a swim. I am sure that on our guided tour we were told that one of the pools was for adults only but chldren seemed to play and swim where they wanted. This wasn't a great problem apart from the occassional splashing and screaming but if there are rules they should be enforced. (sun bed hogging can also be a problem at times but nothing was done about that either despite signs to the contrary)
The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily. Our towels were changed every day without asking and the shower was a joy. If possible a rom on the first flor would be preferable as other guests walk by the balconies on the ground floor. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
There is a back way out of the hotel which saves a few hundred yards walk when going into town but we didn't twig it until the second week and nobody mentioned it. (there is a gate leading onto the main? road near to the road traffic furniture which goes over a small stream)More

Beautiful honeymoon retreat
My husband and I stayed at the Lesante Hotel in mid August this year for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful time!
We booked with Cosmos and were picked up from the airport by one of the coaches. We stopped at several places on the way to drop other holiday goers off and watched them drag their suitcases off the coach and off to their hotels so it was a wonderful surprise when we arrived at the Lesante to be met by a groom to take our bags, champagne on check in and then personally taken to our rooms with a tour of the hotel facilities. In our room we had petals on our bed, a bottle of champagne, a bowl of fruit and an invitation for a in room breakfast- we were delighted and were made to feel very special.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful and kept very clean and pretty. We had fresh towels daily and the staff were lovely. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice but, although we were staying on a half board basis, we did eat out some evenings so we could experience a bit more of the local atmosphere.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would like to thank everyone at Lesante for giving us a fantastic start to married life!More

Lovely relaxing hotel!
We visited this hotel as a family (Mum, Dad and 19 year old daughter) at the beginning of September for two weeks. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a glass of sparking wine each whilst we checked in.
We were then shown to our room by Anna who gave us a brief tour of the hotel on the way. We has a deluxe double room which had a sofa bed. Our room was on the group floor facing the pool as I emailed Anna to request a pool facing room as suggested by trip advisor. The room was a decent size for the three of us and a good size bathroom with a bath. The rooms are cleaned everyday and new towels and bedding were provided everyday.
Having read all the reviews on trip advisor, we noticed that the hotel has acted on points raised in the reviews. Such as appropriate fencing as been put up to block the view of the building site on the other side. Also, there was no mention of men having to wear long trousers.
We were half board at the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet with everything you can want! There is also a section where omelettes and crepes are made to order. Dinner in the main restaurant is also a buffet with a large choice to suit all tastes, for the whole two weeks we were there nothing was repeated. We ate in the hotel most nights apart from 4 times when we ate out for a change or surroundings. There is also an a la carte restaurant which has special nights such as a gourmet and Greek night. We attended the Greek night which was very good with good local entertainment. You also get 30% off as we were half board. This restaurant also serves lunch along with the pool bar. There's a good range of snacks and meals at lunch.
All the staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming!
The pool is very clean and there are lots of sun beds. You may need to be up early if you want to sit in a certain place though. There is also a spa which is good. We had a treatment which was very relaxing.
Tsilivi town is only a 5/10 min walk away and is a quite well lit road for Greece! Beach is about 2/3 mins away and Zante town is only 10 mins in a taxi at 10 Euros.
Even though the hotel is 5*, it is not stiff and formal. We found it relaxing, friendly and modern.
Overall it is a excellent hotel with great staff and good food! We were not disappointed.More

What can we say?!!!
Its hard to find the words to express what a wonderful stay we had here - just back yesterday! As we approached the hotel my heart sank - Tsilivi is very commercial and over developed and I couldn't imagine what the hotel was going to be like amongst all the rubbish and generally over exploited and exposed area.........what a wonderful surprise! The staff and facilities are wonderful, high levels of fixtures and fittings throughout, food was magnificent, we had a junior suite with a fab bathroom and the most comfortable bed I think we have slept on whilst on holiday. We met lovely people, both on the staff and those visiting, can't say how highly we would suggest a stay at this lovely hotel!More

This is a beautiful hotel, just perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Linen and towels changed daily and room was spotless. Meet with a glass of sparkling wine and a very warm welcome. There is plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff are very attentive. The only reason this does not get full marks is that the evening meals were not as good. Most nights the food was cold and there was seldom more than one veg choice. You may also like to note that the drinks in this hotel are very overpriced. This said we had a lovely time. Would recommend you leave the hotel in the evening and drink at the Sunshine Garden hotel where you will get a very warm welcome. They also do great snacksMore
