Thanks to stylish, contemporary décor and a top-of-the-range spa, this is Zante’s leading 5-star hotel.
This place is a leading light in Zante’s luxury scene. It’s an ultra-stylish retreat, with a pair of huge pools and a choice of elegant dining spots. And the classical style spa takes care of pampering.
It’s a minute’s stroll through the olive groves to the soft-sand beach. And it’s a 15-minute walk into the heart of Tsilivi, where you’ll find a big choice of shops, bars and tavernas.
Enjoy the many spa treatments on offer, such as massage and body wraps. You can choose to relax in the heated indoor pool and whirlpool bath, or wind down in the sauna and steam room. Whether it's a special occasion or you'd just like to treat yourself, visit the hairdresser and choose from a range of services.
This place is open for breakfast and dinner. It offers up Greek and international specialities. You can decide if you'd like to sit indoors or outside overlooking the pool. Dinner is part of the Half Board option. There's a dress code here, men are asked to wear long trousers at dinner.
Spent a week at this hotel early October and could not fault a thing. The staff were pleasant and friendly and a special mention to the maids who kept the room immaculate. Although I am not normally fond of buffet food I have to say that Lesante was one of the best for choice and the food being hot.
The walk to town is easy and there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We took a taxi into Zante which was 10 euros.
Well done Lesante I hope you maintain the standards and look forward to visiting again in the future.More

They've made it really difficult for us to try other Greek Islands because the Lesante ticks all our boxes and more which is so difficult to find when choosing a holiday, just wish we could pick it up and take it with us.
Just returned from our 4th visit (and planning our 5th) to Lesante, twice this year once in July and a week just mum and daughter in October sadly the weather wasn't kind and only had 2 days of sun in October but still had a fab time.
The staff and management make us feel like friends rather than guests and get such a genuine warm welcome it makes us feel like we are 'home' when we arrive. The staff are attentive, polite, friendly and clearly trained to a high standard.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern, elegant and very calm and relaxing. Some may say 'posh' but certainly not stuffy. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to cater for your every whim ... So don't complain on trip advisor speak to them and give them a chance to to put whatever right!
We've stayed in 2 different rooms the deluxe and the premium deluxe the latter being the best with double basins, mood lighting, spa bath, very comfy beds and extra storage space and much larger room. This was the block facing the smaller pool but facing the trees and path at the back which we preferred the quietness and privacy of not having a pool view this time( by the way the path leads to a back gate which closes at 11pm and brings you out near the supermarket).
The hotel is immaculately clean ... Rooms, towels and linen changed every day.
The hotel is a 15 min taxi ride from airport and a welcome glass of champagne awaits and while your luggage is delivered to your room you are given a tour of the hotel which personally made me feel comfortable straight away so you know where to go and what to do.
The food in the hotel is delicious, breakfast consists of everything you could want with fresh crepes and omelettes. Dinner is different every night with pasta, fish, seafood, carved meats etc and the desserts are to die for. Don't expect typical English children's meals like nuggets and chips it's proper food here. The a la carte restaurant is lovely and breezy to enjoy lunch on an afternoon. We always chose to sit outside on an evening overlooking the beautiful pool bathed in candlelight. The hotel does expect (quite rightly) that guests dress for dinner and men wear long trousers sadly however some don't do the hotel justice and wear beach shorts and flip flops.
Entertainment is very relaxing with vocalists and guitarists playing by the pool with seating around and candlelight to enjoy a glass or two.
I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel for children however they are welcomed but there is no entertainment other than a small playground I think the emphasis here is on grown ups having a chilled out holiday.
The pool area is beautiful and calm with gentle relaxing music playing, waiter service and the most comfortable sunbeds ever! Pool towels are provided too.
All in all a perfect holiday and superb hotel.
Can't wait for 2015!More

According to Greek standards is a 5 star hotel; I think is more a 4plus but is a good 1 week holiday hotel before winter season. Plus: staff is very attentive, close to Zante - capital of island 5 min by car, beautiful designed lobby & pools, cleaning is very very good, rooms are nice with coffe/tea preparation pots, good beds, nice bath; if choose deluxe room this is actually close to standard as amenities but is bigger in size. Minus: breakfast a little too repetitive, boring evenings in hotel if you cannot travel around island, hotel has no private beach so you have to walk 5 minutes to find a public one and this beach is not one of the best on the island. The car is a must otherwise you are stuck in hotel and only thing you can do is laying around the pool because hotel is on top of a hill. I reccomend Dafni beach even if you face a portion of forest road - is considered the best on island. There is also a sulphur&colagen beach in Xygia: the smell is bearable & you really can feel a difference on your skin. I strongly recommend a trip on island by car to view the 1500years old olive tree, a nice sunset at Kampi ans also another amazing sunset at Keri Lighthouse, Navaggio beach with wonderful view & colors of sea, Laganas beach, Gerakas & Banana beach, for snorkeling Porto Limnionas & Porto Roxa. Zakynthos is one of the best Greek islands and you need just few hours by car from north to south to see its beauties. For the ones who love Greek islands I strongly reccomend this island and this hotel for holiday but get a car if you want to travel around.More

Visited this beautiful hotel and spa in September. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were made to feel special and very welcome. Lovely cold glass of bubbly while we waited a short time for our room (flight times early). Shown around hotel and facilities by Concierge and then to our gorgeous room. Cases in room waiting for us. Ground floor room overlooking pool was new, modern, spacious and very comfortable. My husband wanted to bring the supersoft pillows home! 2 Pool areas were fab. One quiet area for adults and larger area for children, only a handful of families and children delightfully well behaved. Pool bar great for snacks and drinks all day. Nice selection of food and tea, coffee and other beverages. Reasonably priced too. Waiter service to your lounger if you wanted it. Loungers were most comfortable steamer style I have ever had....better than Sensatori! Restaurant fab. Well laid out. Asked if we wanted inside or outside table at breakfast and evening meal. Brilliant choice of food. All delicious and plentiful. Buffet style but no queing. Only gripe is the dress code for men. Clearly stated 'long trousers to be worn at dinner', yet most nights some men turned up in board shorts and flip flops...not what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. Spa was gorgeous, had a wonderful treatment and felt relaxed and cleansed. Town was only short walk as was beach. Both very nice but a bit scruffy. Zakynthos town is lovely. Rustic, traditional with lush restaurants and vast variety of quirky shops. Had lush traditional greek meal in one of the most popular restaurants....during the most amazing thunder and lightening storm! But it was still boiling hot even if it was tipping down! Overall, really enjoyed the holiday. Hotel definitely delivers in terms of style, service and hospitality. All the staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and always delivered with a smile. Lovely coctails from Nicos too! Sadly the resort lets it down. Bit like a beautiful oasis in the middle of a desert (or builders yard!). Back to Tenerife for us, but would recommend hotel as a place to relax and recharge the batteries.More

Lovely hotel with great staff
I've read a few negative reviews regarding the satff and couldn't disagree more. We were here earlier this year and everyone from the bar staff, reception staff and the concierge were first class. Friendly ,professional and hard working.
The hotel is on the expensive side, but provides high quality...You get what you pay for.
It was my girlfriends birthay and they upgraded our room to a suite free of charge and left 2 birhtday cakes in our room and a bottle of wine - This was a nice touch.
We booked direct with the hotel and they provide free transport to and from the airport which is nice.
We booked a trip to shipwreck cove which was amazing, although the sea was freezing at the time!
The hotel location is a 2 minute walk from the beach, but is quite a walk from the Tsilivi itsef. Taxi's are quite expensive, but probably, rather than walking back to the hotel at night from the centre!
If we go back to Zante, would gladly return to this hotel :-)More
