These peaceful apartments come with a pristine pool and a beach within striking distance.
Location-wise, these self-catering apartments couldn’t be better placed. You’ll find them down a quiet side street less than a 5-minute walk from Tsilivi’s main strip. And the beach is even closer.
There’s a pristine pool in the middle of the complex. It’s set among well-tended gardens and comes with plenty of sunbathing space. The poolside bar* will keep you topped up with drinks and snacks.

Could be more accommodating - Poor Thomson rep may also be to blame
I know I may be going against the grain here but am not 100% sure why everyone is so gushing about St Denis. I may be being harsh, I'll explain. Our first time in Greece as a family saw us spending 2 weeks here at the start of the summer holidays. The apartments are centrally located and we were immediately taken with them as our bus pulled up. Vivienne ( a real asset to St Denis and couldn't do enough for us when my son left his ipod in a taxi) greeted us and we were quickly and pleasantly shown to our room that overlooked the pool and bar. The rooms are clean but basic but they are regularly cleaned, the bed linen and towels changed every couple of days. Think Butlins 'silver' apartments'. In the kitchen we were shown that the door under the sink was coming off its hinges (we thought it may be soon for repair but no-one came). The bathroom was clean but certainly could have done with sprucing up; the showerhead was green (not mouldy as such but corroded), the door was difficult to lock and the frame was tatty and the linen cupboard door kept hitting the overhead light so you were worried it may fall off (though it didn't) The beds were quite uncomfortable and, initially, very squeaky. Whenever you moved you would be woken by the sound of the creaking. It was only when we spoke to other holiday makers who explained how to look at the lats under the mattress and put them in to the elastic holdings properly that this quietened down. One major gripe was the air-conditioning. We paid 15 Euros per day up front for the two weeks and expected to be able to leave it on as much as we wanted. As it was hot, if we went to the pool, we wanted to leave the AC on so we could come back to the room frequently and be cooled on entry as it took twenty minutes to cool the rooms down. As you have to put the key fob in to a slot for it to work, I took it off the key and left it there. 4-5 days in to the holiday we came back to a printed letter telling us that we had broken the key, that the AC remote was confiscated and we would have to pay 60 Euros for its return! The Thomson rep was useless, telling us one thing and the owners another. We also checked with her on the first day we were there if, as residents, we could take our own drinks and snacks from the apartment to the pool as there was sign saying you needed to use the pool bar. She said she'd never noticed the sign (even though she'd been there two years!) but that this was fine and that it would only apply to non-residents. We used the pool bar quite a bit and had lunch there a couple of times but, 3 days before our return home, as we'd noticed the drinks and snacks at the bar were 2-3 times more expensive than in the St Denis apartment's shop, we brought drinks from the shop to the pool, only to be told we couldn't and that the pool bar is owned separately to the apartments. The rep pleaded innocence in front of the bar staff saying 'she couldn't remember' our conversation. Mind you, she also forgot she was arranging a day trip out for us at the start of the holiday so should have been more prepared. The pool itself was well maintained but the toilets were not a pleasant experience, and we found the bar tender couldn't break a 20 Euro note for my wife to have a drink on a couple of occasions when she was at the bar on her own. Quite unhelpful. Outside the apartments Neflis travel were superb and friendly when arranging numerous trips out. Kukos restaurant (up off the back of the apartments and turn left) do great food and Greek nights. We will return to Greece, quite possibly Tsilivi, but think we'll give St Denis a miss next time and, hopefully, the rep.More

Recently returned for a 2 week stay from St. Denis and already booked for the 3rd year running! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by several members of staff, very warm welcome! As soon as you get by the pool, you know that's when the fun begins! and Giannis and Fotis are the perfect people to make your holiday the best yet! I recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to make this year special! Well actions speak for themselves so you best get on down to St. Denis! Regina (the manager) BIG THANK YOU, so friendly and made us feel so welcome. See what the hype is about and get own down!More

Reluctantly just returned from a great two weeks at the St Denis. We stayed in a two bed apartment in 'C' block, which was perfect for us and two teenagers. There was plenty of space and ample wardrobe storage. Everyone on the complex works hard to make sure your holiday goes without a hitch, from the management right down to the cleaners and gardener. As many before, have to mention Giannis and Fotis who run the pool bar and deserve a 5* rating all by themselves. The food at the pool bar was good and we found it just as cheap to have lunch there as anywhere else. Tsivili is a great resort - friendly and family orientated with plenty of good restaurants and bars. It took about 20 minutes to get there from the airport, which was a plus. For trips, would recommend Nefis Travel. We did the shipwreck/blue caves trip, which was a really enjoyable day out.More

Just about to leave the St Denis apartments, (21/08/14) been here for two weeks & had a great time. The St Denis is ideally situated a short walk from the beach & the shops & restaurants. Rooms are cleaned everyday except Sundays so keep your towels Saturday for Sundays, there are some great restaurants down the road i.e. The olive tree, Athina & sweet revenge, superb food & value for money, one to avoid is the Majestic!!!! Waited an hour for main meal & when it came it was cold, a lot of peoples meals where cold on arrival. Had to send it back. One couple walked out without paying! Don't blame them, give it a wide birth!!!!!More
A perfect location for beach, restaurants and shops. It literally is just a few minutes stroll from everything. Spotless apartments with regular linen changes. Some noise from a nearby bar can be heard depending on wind direction and which block you are in, but it didn't bother us. Lovely food served in the pool bar.Our 12 year old complained that his wi- fi connection was less than perfect but he was sulking anyway as we had put a time restriction on its use! Our only complaint was the lack of implements in the kitchen, not even a can opener, so we ended up eating out all the time which can be costly. Beware though, hardly anywhere takes debit/credit cards. They are only dealing in cash. Brilliant trip to see the turtles booked in resort with Nefis Travel. Spot on. Horse and carriage ride was also a lovely treat but expensive as they won't secure a price before you get on, then can take you on an indirect route, then try to charge you the earth. We will definitely return to these apartments in the future.More
