Alykanas Village  

We love this place. A new addition to our FamilyClub Xtra range, the Alykanas Village has got a lot going for it. And we do mean a lot. Take the location, for instance. There's no daily trek down to the seaside. Instead you can more or less roll out of bed and onto the beach each morning. Granted it's a dinky sliver but the sand here is perfect for kids' construction work and to sprawl on. Plus the views are to die for. Gentle mountain slopes frame a picture-postcard bay. And the sea is an almost luminous shade of turquoise. What's more, you've got bars and restaurants practically on your doorstep, and it's only a five to ten minute walk into the resort centre. A big thumbs up location-wise, then. As to the property itself, you couldn't ask for more. All of the apartments and studios have TVs, fridges and air-con, while most also have pool or sea views. On top of that the complex is set out like a little village, complete with terracotta rooftops and Mediterranean washes. And then there are the three glittering pools to think about. Simply pull up a sunbed, flip the lid on your suncream and chill. Sunbathing aside, it's FamilyClub Xtra that really does the star turn here. Think creches. Think playgrounds. Think kids' clubs. You name it, there's everything on tap at the Alykanas Village for a fun-filled, hassle-free family holiday. It's like we said, we love this place. And we're pretty sure you're going to love it, too.
