These beachside studios come with a pool, plus a restaurant that serves classic Greek dishes.
It’s easy to see how Blue View Studios got their name – the turquoise waters of the shingle beach are just across the road. As for bars and restaurants, you’re looking at 10 minutes’ walk to the centre.
The family-run studios come with a good-sized pool. There’s a restaurant that does well-portioned home-cooked meals, and a weekly Greek night with traditional dancing.

Service at its best
We stayed here 14/6-28/6 in room103. Firstly, the service and hospitality we received was way above standard. This hotel is run by a young couple Ria and Andreas who's sole concern is your comfort and contentment. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean from the rooms to the manicured gardens. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk but you will be hard pushed to find better food than the hotel which is excellent and plentiful. Do go to the Greek night on Wednesdays when Ria's mum dances her heart out,a joy to watch. Best wishes Ria and Andreas (hope your darts are improving) and thanks for a great holiday.More

A Holiday Oasis
Had read a lot of great reports about this hotel and it did not disappoint in any way a lovely family run hotel in a great location right in front of the beach. On arrival we where made so welcome and the rooms where spotlessly clean as they where all the through the 2 weeks of our stay Andreas and Ria work tirelessly to make your stay welcome and enjoyable with lots of help from Mum .The breakfast is typical Greek cold meats cheeses and breads with cooked eggs served differently each day so set you up well for the day the food served at lunchtimes and evenings was very good and we often chose to eat at the hotel instead of walking into the village something we dont do often but it was that good. The Greek night and BBQ should not be missed as it is great fun with great food and very good value thanks again for giving us a great holidayMore

You won't be blue
Just come back from a lovely week staying in the Blue View Hotel. We the exception of one hotel this is the best Greek accommodation we have stayed in.The whole complex is immaculately kept. The pool area is very clean and the gardens beautifully tended. The apartment was cleaned every day and the bins also emptied every day. The only issue although not a major one is that the self catering facility is very typically Greek, with a sink, drainer and hob on a double unit so there is no chopping area and also the utensils provided are very basic but why would you want to cook when there are plenty of tavernas in the area and the food hotel is so good?! There is a supermarket very close by for all your basic needs a and not expensive. There is a slightly cheaper market in Limenaria but much further to walk with your water! We did have an evening meal at the hotel and both were very nice but it seems that not all choices are available and need to be requested in advance. It is worth the walk into Limenaria to try the other tavernas we never had a bad meal and everywhere we went the staff were friendly and the menu choices very good and reasonably priced You should also pay a vist to Panos who has the first restaurant as you walk along the beach for your 'Shirley Valentine' experience. He always has a great choice of fish and is a great guy. The island is great to explore by car, you can see the island in a day just dropping in to see all the sights. We did go in to Thassos to see the amphitheatre but they are renovating so although you can see it there is a lot of work going on. Worth it for the view on the way up We had lovely meal at the Simi restaurant at the bottom of the hill. We would certainly recommend view Blue View although there is a little concern as to how the dynamics will change with the addition of the 'boutique' apartments and additional guests sharing the same pool area but this may not have any effect. We would like to thank Maria Ria and Andreas for a lovely holiday and every success in the future.More
It really is as good as all the other reviews suggest
We stayed for a week at the end of June 2015 and it really was a fantastic hotel. We had a studio, which was a double bedroom plus two single beds, a dining area and small kitchenette area as well as the ensuite and a balcony. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, the room was cleaned on a daily basis to the highest of standards, indeed the whole place was spotless. Everything worked, we had no issues at all. The hotel is situated right on the beach and is probably the best/quietest part of the beach at Limenaria. There were plenty of sun loungers. so didn't feel the need to get up early and put towels on them, though that didn't stop some people. We went with Thomson, who were great, and went for the half board option, which was not only good value for money, but also provided a consistently high level of food and very large portions. The bar was reasonably priced and well stocked, so good all round. The team at the hotel were very accommodating and couldn't do enough for you and were very easy when it came to any special requests, such as non-meat alternatives. The hotel is only a 20 minute very gentle stroll into the very centre of the town, so you can easily pop to the shops and cafes there, some of which are outstanding with great coffee and amazing pastries.. This is a very quiet and relaxed place, as is the island of Thassos as a whole, so most of the clientele were middle aged people, it didn't really seem like a place for younger party-going types which also meant that we didn't get any disturbed night's sleep while we were there. Top Tips - Get some anti-mosquito repellent, as we were bitten a lot. Also, worth getting some beach shoes on day one, as the beach is quite stony/shingly, despite the recently added sand. More

Heaven at the blue view
This is a family run small hotel with round about 12 rooms. It is spotless, the rooms spacey and comfortable . It is friendly and cozy. All the reviews about the angelic staff and service from this family is absolutely true. They work constantly to make sure your holiday is one to remember. The food at the hotel is superb, we had the best food there in the whole of liminaria . The view is fab... Sea gorgeous and just at the end of the path . Sit and eat overlooking the sea and Halkidiki- wonderful! Try the red wine that's not really red... Well it is Greece!More
