These beachside studios come with a pool, plus a restaurant that serves classic Greek dishes.
It’s easy to see how Blue View Studios got their name – the turquoise waters of the shingle beach are just across the road. As for bars and restaurants, you’re looking at 10 minutes’ walk to the centre.
The family-run studios come with a good-sized pool. There’s a restaurant that does well-portioned home-cooked meals, and a weekly Greek night with traditional dancing.
We stayed at this hotel in September and it was a wonderful experience. We cannot thank enough the staff and owners of this hotel for making our stay so great. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and excellent service made this a great experience.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms good, and spotlessly clean. The cleaners were exceptional. They cleaned every day, and even made sculptures of towels on the bed, and patterns with the toiletries. It is the cleanest place we have ever stayed at.
The pool area is very nice, the dining area overlooking the beach is beautiful, and gives a "Shirley Valentine" feel. The beach is pebbly, but immaculate, and we prefer this to fine sand that gets everywhere :)
It is not far to walk to the town should you want to try a drink and food elsewhere, although you will find the hotel food hard to beat.
Even though there was a horrendous storm while we were staying, the staff managed to keep going and our stay was not compromised in any way.
Jackie the Thompson adviser needs a special mention. We do not like to be hassled on holiday, and this was certainly not the case with Jackie. She was really great fun, and a tremendous help arranging additional travel etc. She made lovely cakes for a charity event, and regaled us with stories of previous posts. Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of her bat! Sorry we didn't manage the ice bucket challenge for her.
Thank you Ria, Andreas, Pannos, 2 Athenas, Thannos, Sophia, and Ari the dog for a wonderful holiday. We were treated like family which made us feel extra special. We will be back. Yamas!!More

Another wonderful holiday
We came here for a holiday last year and had such a great time, we booked again this year. The family that run the hotel remembered us and made us feel so very welcome. It was like coming home! Once again everything was wonderful, the food is fresh every day and cooked perfectly. (The portions are very generous and delicious). We travel quite a lot and the cleanliness is the best we have ever encountered. The bed sheets and towels are changed three times a week. I defy anyone to find a speck of dust in the rooms, and the sheets are arranged decoratively with a flower arrangement.
The pool and gardens are immaculate and there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas.
The sea is just a few steps from the hotel and the town a short stroll beside the sea. There are plenty of little bars and restaurants, but to be honest none any better than The Blue View.
What makes it so special is that all the staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble.
We will definitely be going again. Thanks Andreas, Ria, Pannos and the two Athenas.More

They welcome and treat you like one of their family!
Ria, Andreas, Panos, Athena and Little Athena (not forgetting Aris!) welcome you into their hotel as if their home and treat you as their house guests, what a special experience. The hotel, rooms, grounds and even the beach were spotlessly clean (they even sweep the beach!) with the two cleaning ladies seemingly non stop cleaning throughout our two week stay. Thanos and Sophia were always on hand to bring whatever your heart desired to the pool, decked area or beach and always with a smile and friendly conversation/helpful advice. The small team worked tirelessly against adversity throughout our stay as a tropical storm flooded the family's accommodation in the hotel and all the laundry was soaked. No matter, the hotel ran as normal with no disruption to the guests or their relaxing holiday experience. Ria in particular was constantly available to provide helpful assistance for what ever was required including assistance with doctors, chemists and the like way in excess of that which would be expected of a hotel owner. The food in the hotel was excellent and meant that we had no need to use the in room facilities, other than for a morning coffee, which was easy with the kettle and fridge. The location of the hotel is perfect with a short 10min walk into town just enough to work up a thirst for a cold drink in one of the many friendly bars. This is not a touristy resort and all the shops we encountered were keen to please and offered discounts and deals without being prompted the local people genuinely want to please and are proud of their town. I am in two minds about such a glowing review as it may make the hotel busier but there is a need to share such a gem and Ria Andreas and the rest of the team deserve massive praise and success for the hard work that goes into making a holiday at their hotel so relaxing! A quick word for Jacki our Thomson rep who was always happy and joking and nothing was too much trouble.More
