These beachside studios come with a pool, plus a restaurant that serves classic Greek dishes.
It’s easy to see how Blue View Studios got their name – the turquoise waters of the shingle beach are just across the road. As for bars and restaurants, you’re looking at 10 minutes’ walk to the centre.
The family-run studios come with a good-sized pool. There’s a restaurant that does well-portioned home-cooked meals, and a weekly Greek night with traditional dancing.
These superior studios are a great base for your holiday. There's a well-equipped kitchenette so it's possible to prepare your own food. You'll also have a balcony outside where you'll be able to capture the sea view. Air-conditioning* and a safety deposit box* can be requested in resort.
These simply styled superior suites will have all your basic holiday needs. There's a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing food or drinks. Outside it's possible to relax in the sun on your balcony or terrace where you can take in views of the sea. These rooms sleep 3 with an extra bed provided in the lounge. Just so you know air-conditioning* and a safety deposit box* can be requested in resort.
Stayed here in August 2015 after reading reviews on trip advisor.I am glad the reviews were right. This was a lovely quiet hotel, with the friendliest owners and staff we have ever come across.Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so welcome. We had emailed in advance to ask if we could have 2 rooms next to each other and as requested we did.The pool was a decent size and as this was a small hotel there were no fights for sunbeds and the pool area was nice and relaxed.Rooms were nice, with a good size balcony, the cooking and washing up area were quite small but as we ate out alot this wasn't a problem. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the maids tidied everyyhing up and made the bed everyday. You had to pay extra for air conditioning and safety deposit box but we expected this so it wasn't a problem. There are lots of restaurants in Limenaria which is about a 5-10 minute walk away, but to be honest the nicest food we had was in the hotel. The hotel is on the beach, which is partly stoney and these are free if you buy a drink. We hired a car from Speedy who were cheaper than Sixt which is who Thomson recommended. No problems with the hire car, would recommend a 4x4 if you are planning to go up the mountains and off road as the roads are very bumpy! Had a lovely time in Thassos, the island is lovely and people are friendly.Would definitely recommend Blue View as we had a lovely time here.More
Great place to stay
The hotel is right on the beach although the beach is a little stoney. The hotel is a great place to stay its kept spotless by the staff. The family that run the hotel are the best and treat you part of the family. All rooms face the sea. The food in the hotel is very very good.Tavernas and shops are only five or ten mins walk away.Iwould like to thank the family for looking after us so well.More
