Away-from-it-all Greek holidays probably don't come much more charming than here at the Nostos. The well-decorated studios are spacious, bright and airy, and look out over olive groves and pine-clad hills. The friendly owners live on the premises and will assure you of a very warm welcome.
Head for the beach to sample the watersports or flop down with a good book. In high season you can hop on the water-taxi to Thassos Town, or catch the bus to the pretty inland villages of Potamia and Panagia. Set among the pine trees, these hillside villages have several churches and a folklore museum to explore. It's an enjoyable 4km walk back down the hill through the forest to the beach, or you can always hop back on the bus.

This is the place to go if visiting Thassos Island. Studios are basic but well maintained and very clean. George will look after your every needs. A warm and hospitable staff await you. Garden is superb as is the bar. A must for anyone wanting to try... more on this review
