The typically Greek Meltemi Suites put you within easy reach of Perissa's beach and town centre.
This charming, whitewashed complex has a great location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Perissa’s shops, tavernas and bars. And it’s less than a 5-minute stroll to the beach.
There’s a lovely, half-moon pool, with views of the nearby mountains. Meanwhile, on the beach, you’ll find a formal restaurant, serving Greek specialities, and a lunch spot that uses local produce.

We stayed at Meltemi Suites for a fortnight this month, and we honestly could not have asked for more. This has got to be one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, mainly due to the wonderful, friendly Manager Athena, who goes out of her way every day to make sure everyone is looked after. We booked a room with private jacuzzi, and we were given room 14, it was excellent! We had our own private terrace, with sunbeds, jacuzzi and a table and chairs, the room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge, and very comfortable, the cleaners came every day and the sheets and towels were changed regularly. The breakfast was delicious, always a different hot dish every day, either bacon & eggs, or omelette, and all the usual breads, meats, cheeses, jams, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, cakes, juices, fresh coffee and tea. We had our Wedding while we were staying and Athena was so helpful, and great with helping us to arrange taxis etc. We didn't want to come home! We would definitely recommend this hotel!More
Our 2 week stay at Meltemi Suits began with a warm welcome from Athina, who proved to be the ideal host, with nothing too much trouble. The site layout and facilities were faultless and the location ideal for a very enjoyable beach holiday. Breakfasts were excellent with Athina also providing her home cooked dishes. Unusually we will probably return at a future date, as other guests have..More
A lovely holiday
We have just returned from Meltemi Suites and had the best holiday. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean, and Athena, the hostess, is so welcoming and helpful. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was amazing - definitely recommend it! The room was ideal, spacious, air con and a had a fridge. It's perfectly located a short walk from the beach and restaurants/bars on the front, and the bars on the main Perissa road. There is a bus stop here for the local bus, but we'd recommend walking 10 mins along the beach towards the water taxi as there is a bus stop here next to The Magic Bus bar where you're more likely to get a seat. Santorini is stunning and we'd definitely recommend visiting Fira, Oia and Amoudi Bay (can all be done in one day using the local buses) and also book a table at Santo Wines for the sunset - Athena booked us a table here with an amazing view. Thank you Meltemi Suites for helping us to have a fantastic holiday. More

A very enjoyable stay
From the moment we arrived, the manageress Athena made us feel that she was welcoming us into her own home. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. The break fast was outstanding, with something different every day.More
Spent two weeks in suite 7, on the ground floor, a schcluded room but busy enough to still chat with neighbours - highly recommended. No need to have an upgrade on a jacuzzi as there is one to share on the roof terrace and they are the same temperature as the pool. All rooms have a fridge, kettle, safe and hairdryer. Like others have said, if you have hair longer than 3 inches you may be better taking your own. Quite location but a very short distance from the beach, tavernas, supermarket and busy main street. Bus transport easy, best to catch at the first pick up point as they fill up quite quickly and you will not get a seat or if full will drive past. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. A lovely welcome from Athena and super breakfast which she gives an explanation of each day. Cakes available to take away for later and ask her for Mr Wises fish food to feed the fish in the sea. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days, good fun just pull over to let the locals and buses through otherwise they get a bit frustrated at having to. A slow quad. Visit For a and Ire, just check when the cruise ships are in so it is more enjoyable. Volcano trips, sunset cruise and a visit to ancient Thira are all worth doing. Wonderful holiday. More
