The design of the Vedema Resort is based on the 400 year-old winery that is at the heart of the property. As one of the few hotels in Greece that is part of 'The Luxury Collection' of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, the service and facilities more than live up to this status. Ouzeri is the new eating experience at Vedema, where you can snack on Greek appetizers while drinking Ouzo and other aperitifs. For drinks, quench your thirst at the Pool Bar, where you can sip on a cocktail sat by the pool or head to the Whirlpool Bath Bar next to the open-air whirlpool bath, where fresh juices and fruits are served to you while you recline on a hammock or a sunbed among olive and pistachio trees.
